I asked for the pink to be closer to the top and they Didn’t do my cuticles all the way my nails are already looking like they need to be done again and I just got them done last week the other place I was going to I would have to go and get my nails done again to three weeks so they did a poor job here with doing my nails

Great customer service! Complimentary beverages with services including wine. This is the only nail shop I go to. Ive never been disappointed.

Went for a pedicure a few weeks ago and they burned the bottom of my foot with a hot stone. My nails were cut down so short they looked nubby. Not worth the price paid.

My tech was AMAZING the foot/leg massage was seriously so good. 😩

The.cleanliness was great, updated and nice facilities. The workmanship was amateur.Kevin did my acrylic nails. It was awful. Every nail is not sized correctly and some of the base nails are crooked. The acrylic powder was supposed to be white with a colored top. The color ended up being all over the nail and all nails are different and like finger paint. They are way too thick and my fingers are cut in a few places.It was disorganized and took way too long.

I went to Taylor Nails on December 19th to get a Full Set, Coffin shaped nails long but not XLong. On December 19th my right thumb nail bent in half and I picked the remaining thumb nail up. On December 20th my right index and left numb nail did the same thing. On December 20th I went to Taylor Nail and got all 3 repaired free of charge. On December 23rd my left thumb nail broke in half again. On December 24th my right thumb nail broke off again. By now I’m out of their “guarantee” window. Well this morning, December 28th, my right pinky broke off. I have had my nails this long before and never had this issue. Poor workmanship on the part of Taylor Nails but smart business on having a “guarantee” window.

I have been coming to this place for over 10 years now as of today I will not be coming back. I always tip 50% over my bill. Today I was getting a pedicure done and I was advised that I would be charged 4 extra dollars to have my shellac Polish removed. I dont Think this is very fair as I was already paying for a pedicure that included a Polish change. Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service. I have sent this business at least 60 new customers and I myself also in retail and this was not the proper way to treat a customer that is loyal and that has increased your clientele

If I could give this 0 stars, I would and that’s saying a lot. Save your money and don’t come here. They did a horrible job with my nails and refused to redo them. I spent 35 dollars for nothing. Tina was extremely rude and dismissive. I’m guessing because I’m a student my business is unimportant but that’s perfectly fine I’ll take my money elsewhere. I just wish I didn’t waste any money here. I’ll post pictures so you guys can see how bad my new nails look. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I’m extremely disappointed. They honestly don’t care about customers. They charge for every single thing!

This makes me sad to say but I was very displeased with my service today. Ive been going to Taylor since the day they opened and the service has definitely changed since the business was changed over. Today, I told the girl exactly what I wanted three times and she took it upon herself to do what SHE wanted. I like my nails a specific way and what I got wasnt even close. Although I got a great pedicure, the paint job was only half right. The staff seemed unhappy and almost annoyed that people were there wanting service.

AWFUL!!!!! The lady cut me 3 times- refused to fix a nail that she ruined. Absolutely rude and horrible customer service. Then refused to cut my nails with clippers.

Ive given Taylor Nail several chances, never again. All I wanted was a shellac manicure, should be simple... Well the nail guy kept insisting I need powder and over lays etc and I kept telling him no I just wanted shellac on my real nails. So he gets frustrated and tells me they are too short to shape. I told him just clean them up and paint them, by this point I was already frustrated. Then he tells me there is leftover powder on them but hes not going to charge me to remove it and he begins to grind down my nails. I yank my hand away and inform him I havent done powder in over 3 months and the last thing on my nails was shellac from THEM less than two weeks ago (it peeled off during Harvey cleanup)! So frustrating and annoying. And to top it off, the color I choose on their unorganized nail chart was not the color they put on my nails. The only reason I put 2 stars was because at least he painted them fast and they are the only place open on Sunday. Never again, Ill stick with Glamour Nails by Target.

Wish I had got their names... The main lady that gave me a pedicure was very friendly an went out of her way to please me. There was another lady an guy to do my nails... One was gonna do shellac, the other, powder... Which ever I had decided. They both kept going back an forth as to which treatment they thought is prefer. I picked one color, they offered another. I could also tell that they were being rude to the lady that was giving me a pedicure. Of course they were speaking in their own language. But I could tell by her facial expressions that they were not being nice. She was doing her very best, I could absolutely tell. However, while doing so, she scrubbed a layer of skin off the top of my foot. Talking about, OUCH!! Needlesss to say, it has been 3 weeks an my toenails still looks perfect; as if they were painted only yesterday. I will be returning today for a refill on my nails. Only reason my toenails will be changed, is to match the nail color I choose today. An hopefully this time Im able to choose the color I want... An not what the nail techs feel is best.

Do not use Kevin!!! I took my daughter in law the day before her wedding for her first mani-pedi. He hurt her so bad she did not EVER want to have another. I was assigned to him the last 2 times I have gone in there and he is so rough and really hurts. I have gone to this salon for a few years now. I let my nails rest a couple months then go back. Since he has done my nails, they look horrible. I will not go back again. I hate to change salons, but enough is enough.

Absolutely love this place, BUT I talked a friend of mine into coming in and getting a full set, they looked beautiful but one nail cracked down the center within 3 days, so went back in to get it fixed with warranty and the lady was VERY RUDE. Because she did not know how it cracked the told her its like buying anything else it doesnt last forever. If she would just do absolutely nothing then she will not crack a nail. Then she continued making rude comments with other colleges. VERY Unprofessional. Very dissapointed

Non reliable hours. Came on a Friday at 5:15 pm (says they close at 6:30 pm) and the lady was closing and left.
