The only way I can see someone going here is if they have not gone anywhere else. I went for a gel pedicure & gel polish for nails. I dont even feel like I got a pedicure and the polish looks like I did it honestly. I was trying to keep from being rude but I am so embarrassed for anyone to look at my feet right now. It looks like it was my 10 yo daughters first attempt at doing gel. They offered to fix it but it kind of seemed like they did not realize the problem so in my mind it would have been a waste because they dont know what a good quality gel looks like. Also, I had to point out the areas on my feet the he missed doing the pedicure. He seemed like he was more concerned with who was walking through the front door inside of my pedicure. Like I literally left crying. I didnt even get my gel nails after I saw my feet

Happy with my day at Classy nails! Tina did my pedicure which I believe was a deluxe or something that was a massage included!! Perfect. !! Then I got a fill in by Kevin!! The color is Electric purple ! would recommended and would go again ! Was $105 for both. 👏🏽

I was not satisfied with my nails at all. When I walked in the guy that sits at the first desk by the door made a smart remark because I didn’t know what color I wanted. The other guy who did my nails glued a few of them down cricket i didn’t notice this until I left . My nails were also uneven . On the contrary, my pedicure was great, nails were evenly cut and polish looked great . There was a little bias going on the lady who started on my feet got moved when another customer walked in she is known to do a great job but was moved to assist someone else. For a pedicure I recommend but for a full set go somewhere else or just avoid the guy who sits in the back by the wall in front of the tv .

I’ve been coming to classy nails for a couple of years now. Usually it’s a hit or miss sort of experience when it comes to costumer service. However today was AWFUL! I had Lynn and she was such in a rush and she would randomly disappeared. She did an awful job. I have glue on my skin. She didn’t cut my nails. It was very unprofessional frankly it made me feel very uncomfortable. She kept trying to rush the process she didn’t even make sure the height of my nails matched. I paid $45 for acrylic nails. Which on the board it says 30. My nails are shape rectangular so it’s not like I asked for a different shape.

I called ahead of time to see if there was a wait and was told it would be about 10 minutes. I ended up waiting 30 minutes to get a pedicure. The pedicure consisted of her rubbing lotion and water on my legs and that’s it. Then had the nerve to charge me $5 extra for callus remover which usually comes standard. Waited another 20 minutes for my manicure. When I showed the manicurist what I wanted he said the only person who could do designs had left which I didn’t understand because there were at least 8 workers there. He then continued to do my nails so poorly I almost didn’t want to pay for it. They’ll never get my money again!!!

Do not let Lynn do your nails!!!I went to get my nails done and the girl there was getting up constantly while she was doing my nails..not professional. She also made me bleed on 2 of my nails, she drilled into my skin, my fingers hurt. There was still dust on my nail when she put the top coat on. She was very aggressive and I felt like she was just trying to get me out. As I went to go wash my hands she already had someone in my spot with my purse still there..I’m very disappointed, I will not return here. And I advise everyone else do the same

Wonderful place for a man to have a pedicure while sitting in a total neck to butt massage chair. They offer a fantastic leg and foot massage for a little more money, but it is the most soothing, relaxing and pleasing experience Ive ever paid for. Highly recommend taking the time to see for yourself. You will be glad you did, thats for sure!

I have been going here to get my Mani/pedis for over 12 years.

The nail tech did a half job. When she was massaging my legs her hair was all up in my feet. The water was cold from the very beginning and she just skimmed over doing a pedicure. When she got to the manicure she did the same thing. Then the top coat she was putting on was so stringy I had strings everywhere. Lottery from one hand to the next. I have these bubbles all over the nail polish too. If I can figure out how to post a picture, I will.

Went to get a pedicure and the lady skipped around scrubbing my feet after rushing me to pick out a color. Very unprofessional I would have walked out if my feet weren’t in water soaking.They walk around you talking in their language laughing. I won’t go back there and don’t recommend this place!

Okay, i’ve used Classy Nails several times. But today they charged me $75 for a job that normally cost maybe 35-50 dollars.

Classy Nails has been my go to nail salon for several months. All of the women do an incredible job, attention to detail is incredible. The no chip manicure easily lasts 14-20 days.Their prices are comparable to other nail places in Huntsville. The amount of color options is outstanding. They easily have 300+ colors to choose from for both no chip and regular polish.The salon is always clean and they use cleaned tools for each new client.

Classy Nails is a clean, roomy nail salon with a very soothing atmosphere. They are very professional and the staff is GREAT! Its a bit of a drive for me, but worth it!

I had absolutely the worst experience. I was getting SNS and they were using the power tools and kept veering off the nail and hitting the surrounding skin. I left in a bloody mess with pain and burning of all my cuticles. I’ve never had this bad of an experience getting my nails done ever. During the manicure I kept telling Kim that she was hitting my skin and it was hurting. She kept trying to tell me that it was color instead of blood. I told management again at the register and they gave me a five dollar discount. I didn’t want a discount. I was worried about the cleanliness of the power tools and being cut by them. I am so upset. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Massage chairs and pampering, what more do you need? They have gel and the hardening powder which is my favorite cause acrylic destroys my nails. They are pretty easy to understand and very nice. Prices are typical nail prices for good quality service I will definitely be going back.

So the gal that runs the place with her husband did mine today. I asked for a gradient blue to pink. She even suggested I do something special for my ring fingers. Im so absolutely thrilled with the results! It helped that she was as excited for the end result as I! She was so glad someone didnt just want the boring pink and white French!

I went in today and the area I was at was very dirty. The girl I had was very rough and moody. She did everything and didnt even make me wash my hands with all the powder stuff on my nails, and painted them anyways. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Lets just say they dont care about their customers. They dont refund people for terrible work. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My girlfriend wasted 40 bucks on nails that fell off within a day. Dont waste your time or money. Shes also in Seattle, Washington on vacation, and Classy Nails said they cant do anything if she cant come in within the same week. The owner wouldnt even speak to me on the phone.

Do NOT visit this salon. I have gotten my nails done professionally for over 10 years. This was the all time worst experience. I had a pink and white set removed and a follow up manicure. The set was not fully taken off, so the tech filed with the dremmel until he hit nail bed on almost every finger. He actually said tell me when hot. He applied lotion and immediately wiped it off with the towel. No massage. Cuticle oil was applied and then wiped off with the towel. No wash. The light pink polish then wouldnt dry and bubbled. I asked for it to be taken off. One swipe with the remover didnt remove all the polish. I was then pointed at and talked about by several members off the staff. Never going here again and wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. I wish I could add the photos I took of this manicure.

I dont usually leave bad reviews, but my whole experience with this place sucked. The wait was forever and they werent busy. Probably 4-5 customers in the entire place. I got gel nails yesterday and the polish is already peeling off in places. I left with polish on my skin in multiple places. The lady cut my finger pretty bad while cleaning up my cuticle... It was still bleeding when I got home. Due to the blood she didnt completely paint that nail, so now I have a section of nail that just isnt painted. What a waste of $30!

I quit coming to Classy Nails several months ago because it seemed like they never either kept their appointments, or the receptionist never knew what was going on and you had to wait longer than she said. I decided to give them another try today. Unfortunately it would seem nothing has changed. When I arrived I was told it was a 15 to 20-minute wait and that I could get a pedicure and a pink and white fill at the same time. Tammie, who is awesome as always, started my pedicure. I asked her about my fill, I asked the receptionist two more times, and not until theyre putting the top coat on my toes did someone finally come to start my fill. Very frustrating considering three people have their nails started before me and one tech was just wondering around.

I Absoluetly love this place. The staff are all super friendly. I come here for a quick wax and nails. Im a huge fan of sns nails. Its the powder nails that you dip your fingers into the color and it last around a month. I like it more than gel nails that last just a couple of weeks. Today, I got my first pedicure here called pedicure in a box cucumber it includes cucumber salt, cuticle care, mud mask with hot towels and stone. The pedicure was much needed. My feet look fantastic!!!

Girlfriend went here and got horrible uneven nails for 40$ that she could have done herself for free. The massage wasnt a massage at all the just quickly rub your feet. Couldnt even speak to the manager because he wouldnt come out of the back room. Wouldnt refund us for a terrible uneven not fully coated nails. The women who work here dont care about you or your experience, you will probably accidentally get cut when getting your nails done.

Every time I go here I am disappointed. One trip the massage chair was broken for my pedicure. Another visit the wouldnt do my cuticles. Yesterday I asked for a manicure was talked into gel nails and received polish only and no manicure for $20. I asked my technician 4 times if she would do my cuticles or lotion or manicure and she just kept saying I didnt need it but charged me for it anyway and didnt care that I wanted a full manicure regardless of whether or not she thought I needed it. Terrible customer service on every single visit. I kept trying to give them another. Hance but I wont be back.

I just left Classy Nails. In the past, I have had a TON of manicures at other locations and a few here. I have never been as dissatisfied with a manicure as I am with this one. I am actually considering making the drive to Madison (25 min away) to Oceans, where I went before moving to Huntsville, just to have them redo my mani. Also, the cost went up to $15- I wouldnt have paid $5 for this quality. The cuticles were not cut away from the top of my nails (only the sides), and she started painting really low on my nail. The massage was probably less than 30 seconds per arm. I could tell she seemed to be in a hurry, and before she began polishing my nails, her appointment showed up. I believe her name was Lisa? Anyway, I wont be back. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I had such a great time with Dina, Rachel, Ken, and Lynn. They treated me and KK so special, and did a great job on our toes and nails not to mention they were extremely nice to us. I will definitely go again.

I went there for the first time. I kind of got the feeling of being prejudged when I walked in the door, Im guessing they probably thought I couldnt afford their services. It made me feel out of place. I am a black female and the workers just sat there and looked and then the cleaning lady walked up and asked me what kind of service I would like. I ended up getting the dip powder. They did a great job, but one of my nails(had a tip put on one nail) broke in half the next day(see pic). I have been getting dip nails for the past 2 years, this is the first time this has ever happened.
