I was a walk-in. They were incredibly booked but the barbers collectively said they’d get me in. After a few minutes, they were true to their word. Nell cut my hair and gave me one of the cleanest fades I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was really enjoyable. Everyone was having a good time, music was great, NBA highlights on repeat. I felt energized before my cut even more so after I saw Nell’s skill.I watched quite a few people from all ages, genders, and races get a cut while I was there and ALL of them were high quality. All of the barber’s skills were impressive.I’ll be stopping through every time I can. This is a must visit in Huntsville!

I’m glad to have found this shop. Jai cuts my hair and King cut my sons hair, but I would be more than satisfied if I got a cut by any of the barbers. They are all just that good! Most of the barbers dont know how to cut straight hair. I had to wait for long time to get haircut because only one baber knows how to cut hair other than afro hair. I then decided to leave and look for a different barber shop. However, they were friendly and welcoming.

The people who work there seem very nice, I was there for a food trailer who set up outside of their location.

My son and I were walk-ins and we got fit into a very busy schedule on a Friday at that. We left very satisfied, its clean and very professional we will definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of having my haircut by Jai (who also happens to be the owner of the establishment). Not only was my haircut top of the line, but he provided a safe, relaxed atmosphere that made me want to return again someday. The store was clean, the other barbers were kind & respectful, & the other customers were patient. It was the perfect experience. Ill definitely be back next time I need a trim.

Worst place that I ever been. I did a walk-in. They have no host person so I had to talk to one of the barbers. He told me they accepted walks in but I had to wait because they had two walks in waiting plus two appointments. I waited for more than one hour and they just kept serving people that were getting to the place and kept ignoring me. I left when one of the barbers finished a haircut and it was no more appointments I guess and he took a smoke break when he came back he took a person that just got into the place instead of getting me. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE.

In the era of COVID its hard to be able to just walk in somewhere and get a good haircut. Most barber shops require an appointment made at least three weeks in advance. Friendly barbers and a great atmosphere make this one of my all time favorite places.

These guys are incredibly good at cutting any type of hair with the utmost skill and precision. They are professionals with expertise and artistic backgrounds.I was a bit skeptical at first as I have had bad experiences in Huntsville. I will continue to seek their services. Cherlo demonstrated expertise with constant attention to detail which is critical in very detailed cuts. He spent an hour and a half perfecting his work, and then only charges $25 for a cut. That’s a fantastic deal especially if you compare it to other places in town that tout their skill sets. Many higher end shops in this town want to charge per 30 mins and don’t pay that close attention to detail.If you are on Zoom constantly and a professional in this town I would not overlook this place. These are definitely the people to go to especially Cherlo.Good atmosphere, every barber is highly skilled, and wonderful place to get anything done no matter the hair type.

My husband went yesterday. His fade looked really great so we decided to take our two boys as well. All three of them were done by Cherlo, however all the guys there are very talented. Definitely recommend!

Came to Huntsville to visit my cousin who had been ill in the recent months. He wanted a haircut and a few of my fraternity brothers suggested the Fade Factory 256. They took him as a walk-in and made a man, in the midst of healing from a stroke, feel and look like a new man. The lady and the men of the Fade Factory 256 are professional and are a little something more than barbers, they are artist. I watched as they transformed several individuals into something new. Went in as a walk in and was immediately greeted and got taken back for my cut. I never got the name of the gentlemen who did my hair but he was amazing. I gave him an example pic of what I wanted and he really exceeded my expectations. You truly do get what you pay for. FadeFactory has earned a loyal customer from this one experience.

Being on time is important to me and he is, but he communicates if anything changes. I always receive compliments on my haircuts. Called last minute for a much needed haircut and beard trim, did an excellent job on the cut and beard especially for it being my first time not giving a lot of directions to the barber and the length of time it had been since the last time I got my hair cut. The prices were about 1/3 of what I was expecting them to be so depends on where you used to live etc but I was surprised by how economical it was will be back

Two years later at a different location and this is the only shop I will trust to cut my hair. Ive gone to two other places due to recommendations from family and friends that simply did not come even close to getting it right. One visit here and Moe fixed nearly every mistake made by other salons while making a plan to help me fix the rest. Beyond thrilled with the care and quality of his workmanship.**Clean, professional and highly skilled shop. They gained a regular customer on my first visit. Id recommend this place to anyone who needs a chill, relaxed and utterly fantastic barber shop. Every barber I saw took pride in their job and took the time to make sure people looked great. You can go there and get faded by anyone, but book an appointment because they stay mad busy! FOR A GREAT REASON THOUGH!

I set up an appointment for 9. Guy double scheduled me. Although I was still there longer they went ahead and took other guy instead. I gave him a business card and told him to just let me know when he could fit me in later that day... Never heard anything back.... If looking for a great cut try whiskers in Madison on 72. Very professional and organized.

They made a regular out of us. Took my boys for haircuts. One wanted a Mohawk and the other just an edge up and they looked amazing. I’m very impressed and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Keep up the good work fellas👍🏼🤗

I took my son to receive an haircut the barbers nose was running and he was wiping it with his bare hands, I also asked the guy not to use an razor on the back of my sons head he immediately became offended and the owner encouraged it. There were kids running around all over the place its just an very unprofessional environment

The barber Jay was very critical asking to many personal questions. Instead of just doing my haircut as a barber should. If you see flaws correct them do not pinpoint and put me on demonstration like i need to use this and that . i recommend he does a social seminar on how to have better communication skills

Going to get cut by Snapshot is like chillin with an old friend who just so happens to be a really great barber. Its everything you would expect from a professional shop, great atmosphere, awesome conversation and the best haircuts Ive ever had in my life. Im extremely picky but this shop is now my go to shop when its time to look good. I walk out feeling like a million bucks. Why the hell would you go to that knock off in Madison?! They take their time and do a great job. Highly recommend. I want to bring my boys here to get their cuts, but not really child appropriate conversations/atmosphere. Theyd probably tone it down if I asked, but thats annoying and Id rather they just recognize that kids are around. Other than that its awesome.

Ive been going to The Fade Factory for about a year. The first day I came, I pulled into the parking lot and called the number I found online. The owner, Jai Coles, answered the phone and told me to come right in. Jai cut my hair that morning and hes been the only one to touch my hair every since. He never disappoints. My husband and I love the professionalism and environment of the shop. We wont be going anywhere else. The other barbers are equally as professional and personable. I forgot to mention, Jai does eyebrows too... and well! I highly recommend Jai or any of the barbers at The Fade Factory 256 on Jordan Lane in Huntsville!

Worse experience ever. Waited nearly two hours for a haircut which isnt a big deal, but my haircut alone took an hour and fifteen minutes... I had a long beard when I went in and told the guy I just wanted my hair faded on the side and explicitly stated to leave me beard alone. He went straight down the side of my beard.. at that point I just let him fix it up. I got cut probably 30ish times. Very small cuts but they still bled. He proceeded to dab the cuts with powder on the tip of his fingers. No glove. I began to wonder how sanitary everything was... That being said, after the hour and fifteen minutes I had to pay $25 with $3 for using my debit card. Because he spent so much time on me, regardless of not listening to me and doing a hackjob, I still said Id like to tip him $6 (more than 20% the original cost) and he put in a $7 tip. This place has amazing reviews and it honestly seems like they do a great job. Maybe I was just an unlucky person? Regardless I wont be back due to this experience and the cost... Unless I get HIV of course.Also would like to say, the very next day, I shaved the beard off completely because I though it looked horrible. Pretty upset about it because I loved my beard prior to everything.
