John Wood and his Allstate team are amazing. Not only did they beat out many other companies as far as rates go on my home and insurance, but they were absolutely amazing after my daughters car was hit head on by a dear. The claims process was easy and they even called several times to inquire about the well being of my daughter.

I called almost a dozen insurance companies to get auto quotes and they beat everyones price. And they had the quote to me in 15 minutes or less even though the other guys didnt.

Ive had nothing but a great experience with this agency from the beginning they helped transfer over from my old insurance provider to them with ease. I would recommend Allstate for auto insurance and they offer locked in rates. Allstate offers decent affordable rates for auto and homeowners insurance. However, their formal communication with the coverage should be fully address before they insure a policy. Had no problems until they blind inspected our home property and then had an unlikely finding that the roof is curled and will not keep our homeowners policy effective after already insured for close to a year. We have no problems with our roof foundation that is secure and has no leaks, wear and tear even with severe thunderstorms or weather inclement conditions. By all means homeowner insurance is for God forbidden disaster strikes coverage. We are now covered for auto and home elsewhere and thank heavens have not run into this circumstance that we need a new roof.

Allstate and agent John Woods provided me with more coverage, at nearly half of what I was paying a competitor insurer. I could not believe the savings. Also, everything was done over the phone in a short period of time, with no hassle. Great service.

Talk about patience and above and beyond.I called and said I need several quotes.I wanted to make sure I kept what I had, increase in some areas.I needed homeowners, car insurance, landlord in a different state and added an umbrella.They found an agent to create my landlord.Due to my previous insurance company we had to call and correct a wrong reporting that was raising my rates.
