Sarah was amazing! She was extremely professional and communicated with me in a timely manner! She had me an auto quote and policy within two hours. What really meant a lot to me is that she followed up to make sure I didnt have any questions or concerns. She made me feel valuable as a customer. I shopped around for prices and I was with progressive for a while. Nothing at all can substitute for the care and responsiveness as having somebody in your neighborhood. I had a mishap with progressive and they turned me back again to tried and true State Farm. It means a lot to have somebody you can call and know where you are in your city, not count you as only an account number, and help you out. I tried to get a better deal, but you can’t replace a reputable company with good people. This is your place. I tried others, but this is the insurance agency you want. If you ask me on the street, I’ll tell you the same thing. I’m that sure.

I’ve been very disappointed with my experience. The agency did not give the underwriters information requested internally (replacement cost estimate) so my policy was canceled without my. Knowledge. My homeowners insurance was escrowed and it’s caused a force placement nightmare. I was told “surely a letter was sent, maybe I should check the mail”. When the agent called, either the call was disconnected or she hung up with no attempt of recontact. They dropped the ball and have had no inclination to assist, not even with my change of agent request.

I was, key word there, WAS a LONG time State Farm client (28 years) till I moved to this area and had to deal with the agents in this office and specifically Caroline Hoover. She is very rude and treats you like you are beneath her. I have since cancelled all of my polices with State Farm and went with Allstate which so far is WAY better than State Farm. If you are moving to this area I definitely suggest that you find a different agent because there are only 3 people that work in this office and it seems like Ms. Hoover runs the show here if you know what I mean. The sad part is she is just an associate not even the actual agent which really speaks volumes for this office. Anyway beware, I learned the hard way hope no one else makes the mistake I did. Oh and if you are wondering why I just didnt switch agents well Allstate saved me QUITE a bit of money so I just decided to switch all together after getting treated so poorly and even calling corporate didnt help.***UPDATE 16 JAN 2016***Just to show how bad this agent is she and her associate both sent me Facebook Messages because of my post here. The Associate wrote me a nice little poem, if you know what I mean, as well as called me names and the agent threatened me with legal action. I hope she tries!!!! Oh and she pointed out that I had spelled a word wrong in my previous review. Thanks Natlalie for pointing that out. As you can see I fixed it! #worstagenteverrrrrrrrrrr
