Sierra was by far the best CS rep I have ever had! She went above and beyond to ensure I was fully aware of everything. She was so patient and kind when explaining and walking me through my questions. She is a huge asset to the company! She helped start to finish without getting frustrated and even went back over everything I had done on my own to ensure I was given the best experience. These people would not even answer my call after I had a wreck. I have full coverage insurance and nobody would honor my tow which cause my car to be towed by a wrecker service only to have my claim Agent Sheradon tell me she changed her mind and wont honor my courtesy tow because she didnt feel like it. I will be contacting my lawyer because my car is now over 500 to get out and all she does is hang up in my ear! I have never witnessed anything like this right before my birthday no compassion what so ever! Runnnn

Was one of those days

The insurance agent was nice (the two stars), however the roadside assistance is HORRIBLE. After my car broke down on the highway, I contacted them for assistance and they never came. I ended up using my AAA.

Rates are ok depending on certain circumstances

The problem is, the cost of auto insurance is a good deal BUT you can not just purchase auto insurance you are Required to also buy a life insurance policy at the same time. And at the time I was a little younger but it wasnt exactly cheap life insurance. It was $55.°° for a $10,000 policy on me and it was higher for my husband because he was 3 years older and if anyone else has to be on the vehicle policy they to have to buy the life insurance policy. So though the people who work here are all very nice and good personality your going to pay more because of the required life insurance policies youre going to have to buy.

Ms. Krisitie was very polite and and oh so helpful! I was very pleased with her customer service! She completely made my day. I would recommend her to anyone. She has my business forever. And I’m an hour away from her office so that should speak volumes!!!

I was hit by someone who was the policyholder with Direct Auto Insurance. It took me two months to get things kind of resolved. Their claims department SUCKS. They were not forthcoming with information AT ALL, and they were completely unhelpful, and they shorted me $500 because they withheld information and hustled me around. Not a fan at all.

Ive been with direct for over 5 years. They have been a great insurance in the past. I love the people at the local office. Christy is super. Recently I had a 13 dollar charge added because I live with my mother whom I take care of that is bedridden and on hospice whom has on been on her porch 1 time in 2 years and outside 2 times in 2 years. She doesnt even ride in the car. Gave up driving 5 years sgo. They are charging me for her. I dispute it but pay it. Thinking about switching to Bellamy state farm. Local agent tried to get charges dropped but no luck.

Did the best the could 2 get me all the discounts

I was hit with someone with Direct Auto Insurance.Terrible to deal with their claims department. Took me 4 months to get paid when I got hit.... They came up with every excuse in the book and only paid me about half the value my car was worth.Left me without a car to drive for 4 months and wouldnt get a rental car even though their insured party was at fault.

Very kind, helpful, and quick to return calls, or E-mails. Price is the best I found, and believe me I called ALOT of places.

The most economical insurance company I have found plus you get a life insurance policy with your car insurance and totally at less than any other auto insurance policy anywhere that Ive found. Fast customer service and they always remember who I am.
