She added our daughter to our policy recently, and a vehicle, when we had a need for certain information quickly in order to secure a tag, etc. I really appreciate Josephines attention to detail and her help getting these items back to us, all set up and ready to go.We always have a good experience when we call Craig Wiggins team. I received a flyer in the mail that had a homeowners insurance quote for $407 annually. I called and was quoted $1250 annually for lower coverage amounts than given in the flyer. I can understand slight differences based on specifics that I give, but a 3x difference is clear false advertising. Dont waste your time with them.EDIT: There is absolutely nothing special about my home or situation. Public records would show square footage, year built, etc. If their advertised quotes are so different than actual quotes, perhaps it would be in everybodys best interest to leave them out of advertising. Again, dont waste your time here.

Do not go to this Allstate. Craig Wiggins could care less about you or your policy. As long as he gets paid. Beth Lambert lacks in communication and frankly, I don’t know if she’s knows what she’s doing. Save yourself time with a different company. The prices aren’t worth the headache they give you.

The moment I spoke with the agent was truly a blessing to my family. The follow up with my home and auto coverage has been extraordinary. Every person that I spoke with was knowledgeable and explained what I didnt fully understand. They offer extra help that is amazing just for being a ALLSTATE customer. Cindy is so wonderful and helpful. It was almost closing time on Friday and I needed car insurance urgently in order to receive my new car on Sunday. Cindy gracefully and promptly help me out in no time. I got my insurance quote and insurance card within minutes. Cindy is so precious. I wish everyone is as efficient and as good as you are. Never in my life will I do business with Allstate again especially this office. Met with in-house staff a couple of times to discuss changes to my policy. Upon first meeting I discovered I had been missing out on discounts for over a decade. I know it’s my responsibility to research these things, but I would expect more from agents that should be working on my behalf. I mean they can’t answer the phone without pushing additional coverage for “my benefit”, but they never mention the multiple discounts unless you shop their rates. As a 14 year customer I expected more.Second visit my rates increased significantly from what was previously quoted. Needless to say I canceled after they refused to honor the previous number they gave me. I wrote to Craig Wiggins to express my frustration, but there was not response or follow up.

We went to the office for the first time to get help on a claim. Having had our insurance with Allstate for 10 years, I had never stepped into the building. The lady who helped us was very helpful, and very delightful to talk to. It was nice to know there are good people working when we need help. We greatly appreciate the support we received.

If possible try to avoid Beth Lambrecht when dealing with this agency. There are some wonderful individuals who work here, but Beth writes incorrect policies and does not admit to mistakes that cost money. Buyer beware when working with Beth Lambrecht.

Firstly, I have been with Allstate for 9 years. This past Friday, we added our 16 year old daughter to our policy and our rates more than doubled. I asked if we could get a discount since my daughter had successfully completed an instructor led driving class. They told me no, since most schools are now requiring this. (As a side note - Allstate does not tie drivers to a particular vehicle as most other insurance companies do.) When I called to cancel my policy a few days later, they asked why I was leaving. I told them it was due to their rates. The person I spoke with had the audacity to tell me he hoped that all insurance companies started rating new drivers like Allstate did! I emphatically told him I hope they dont!!! I would not recommend Allstate to anyone with young drivers in their home and would highly recommend getting quotes from other companies.

This is the absolute worst company to go through. I had made sure to let Butch know that I wanted two policies cancelled but somehow he managed to drop the ball. They supposedly record all of their phone calls but when you go back to look into why a policy has not been canceled per your 3 prior requests they somehow don’t have proof of cancellations. Never apply for auto draft through this company because ever with their negligence they do not refund their own mistakes.

FYI - at least 2 of the reviews below posted on Google are from their employees, which is just slimy.We have been with Craig Wiggins Allstate for 19 years, concurrent with our move to Huntsville. The agencys customer service has been in a state of decline for the past several years; couple that with Allstates inability to be competitive within the insurance market and its a poor combination. We will likely be cancelling all of our policies with them, which makes me sad.

Recently changed from State Farm to Allstate. The transition went fine and it was nice working with Beth as the agent. Allstate had a much better deal: same coverage for a better price which is always a concern for a consumer when buying insurance.

Wish I could give negative stars!!! They quote you low rates, then lock you in and then get a letter from Allstate stating they dont cover for wind damage. I asked them specifically if they covered for wind and tornado...so sorry thats no longer covered 😡 Then you ask for a quote and magically you now have a policy to pay for and if you dont pay after continually calling them to fix their mistake you get sent to collections. Are you kidding me!?! This office never has the same people working in it, so that tells you the owner is difficult or fraudulent to work for or both. So then the discounts they say you get fall off in 2 years so buyer beware your rates will double and they wont reduce them or give you discounts again and they dont notify you of your rate change. 😡😡😡 NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with these people. 😡😡😡

You get what you pay for with Allstate. They were substantially cheaper when I priced them when buying a new home and also for my cars. Months went by with no issue, then I started to get a roof leak on my house. Called Allstate and they brought a consultant to do my claims inspection. I found it odd that they had zero interest to even look in my attic to see where my leak was. The gentleman just looked around a few spots on the roof and when I informed them of things I had seen up there, I got the ole, yeah ok, I’ll take a look, but he never did. He did offer a lot of suggestions for things I should get looked at by a roofer.... odd. The agent and the consultant were at least friendly. They found zero wind or hail damage despite my roof being 10 years old and just a 3 tab type shingle, here in northern Alabama... Basically said there was nothing they could do for me. So there I was, stuck with a leaky roof and I have to travel a lot so I didn’t have a lot of availability to get this thing fixed. I had a few roofing companies out to take a look and every single one told me “(insert other insurance company here) would have bought this roof, no question”. One roofer pointed out numerous areas of damage to me. So I was left to pay for that on my own dime.Fast forward a few months. HVAC maintainer finds mold in my HVAC ducts. I call the Local Allstate agent to inquire if this is something that could be covered. The First Lady, who was real nice, told me sometimes they do cover this type of thing but I should get more info from the HVAC guy first so they can determine the feasibility of coverage. So I call back later with more info and a gentleman answers. He proceeds to tell me mold is hardly ever covered, if I put in a claim they will probably increase my rates if it’s denied, having more then 2 claims within a certain time looks bad to other companies, even if I ended up going elsewhere. I try to explain to him the new information I got, but he proceeds to reaffirm that only sudden and accidental things are covered and mold is usually a maintenance issue. It’s kind of a grey area with this particular issue, I understand that. But the manner this guy talked to me and the way he wouldn’t listen nor affirm in any concrete way, really rubbed me the wrong way and sounded as though his goal was to discourage me from making a claim. This is not a little issue however. All estimates for repair were substantial. When I had companies over to give me esimates I would ask them if any clients ever had insurance cover a similar issue..... of course I got the same answer as the roofers. One actually called his client to ask him what insurance he had to cover his, which was the exact same issue as mine..... it wasn’t Allstate. Your in no hands with Allstate.You get what you pay for I have found. A quick google search for “Allstate sucks” and you’ll get a plethora of information on how horrible this insurance company really is. Junk yard parts for your car when you get in an accident, having to fight to get your home covered when something substantial happens. A lot of horror stories. Some are probably exaggerated or not telling the whole story, I get it. But how many aren’t. But on top of my experience with them when trying to get something done, I get a renewal document.... and guess what?.... they are increasing my home owners annual premium by about $250 and my auto insurance by about $70 every 6 months. Not today Allstate, not today. See ya!

If I could rate this office a zero (0) I would! I had the absolute worst customer service experience ever with this office. Highlights of the service includes: (1) Signing me up for services that I did not request ...nor were the services explained to me prior to signing me up. This is completely unethical! (2) Had to deal with non-experienced Reps who did not understand my policy and did not know what was going on from the prior Reps notes; (3) Promised return calls that never happened; (5) Failure to quickly reinstate my policy after THEY made a mistake with applying the incorrect credit card to my account (due to a typo on their part) and the policy accidentally got canceled, and finally (4) After leaving a message for the agent himself (Craig Wiggins), I did not receive a return phone call even though I threatened to call the Corp Office in my message. I only received a return call from him AFTER I had spoken with the Corporate Office and requested an Agent change. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THIS AGENT!!!

Beware of this agency! Kept getting hounded by text messages, emails, phone calls, etc. I finally agreed to have a quote emailed to me. Next thing I know Im getting letters in the mail about my new Allstate policy. I was finally able to get them to cancel it since I never agreed/signed a thing. Then I get a letter stating the policy was canceled, yet I owe over $200.

The Huntsville, Al location has the most Horrible customer service, I was lied to by multiple agents, they were rude, and thought it was funny that my license was suspended (laughing in the background, long holds, and making sound in the phone) all because I needed proof of coverage that I had with them. They accepted no fault for their mistakes. Do not get insurance with this agency, they give Allstate a horrible reputation.

This is by far the worst Insurance Agency I have ever dealt with. And I have seen many in my days. Know one there seems to know what is going on, was not truthful about any of the policies from the start. And Wiggins himself will not even talk with you, I would not recommend.UPDATE: Two years ago we left Craig Wiggins Allstate and went to Michael Higdon in Guntersville and could not be happier, Michael Higdon and his staff really treat you like human beings, and help with any questions and concerns. This is the way a Insurance Company should be run.

If you dont mind being treated like Number-go right ahead and give them a call. Shortly after my husband died these guys took over from a long time agent we had for over 30 years . At that time they used the call center model. You never knew who you were going to get when you called on the phone. Just what I did not need during a time of crisis. We had just gone through 2011 tornadoes and six weeks later my husband died. Talked to a different person each time I called-total confusion.Drove to the Madison office to pick up paperwork, The office I was told was handling the accounts for my old agent,and found out I had been talking to someone in south Huntsville. Yes she had the paperwork but instead of a 15 mile drive from my home near Ardmore it was now a 30 mile drive in heavy traffic. Tried to discuss my premiums with another agent and was told that the reason the premiums doubled on the cars that I tept aftermy husband died was because now I was single . Found an independent agent and my premiums were reduced by over $1000 .never do business with them again

Theyve been calling me for months now and not taking the hint that I am not interested. I already purchased my insurance. They call either when Im working or when Im sleeping so I am unable to answer and give them an earful. Ive blocked their number but it still makes its way to my voicemail and I had to finally send them an email to threaten to call the police as well as file a report against them if they call me ever again. There should be a level of common sense that a person isnt interested after 3 months to STOP calling!UPDATE: Even after the email they continued to call me leaving me long voicemails while I was at work. This time I emailed them and their main office to ensure that the calls would stop immediately. I think I recieved one more call after that (its blocked but still goes to voicemail so I dont see the number coming in and there wasnt a voicemail left just a hang up) and finally it has stopped!!!!!!!I dont recommend showing any interest in this company unless youre available midday to answer their calls and ask them to quit calling you otherwise youll be getting a lot of calls.
