When I moved from Illinois down here to Texas a friend told me I need to use this office. With one simple phone call to the office Taylor had all my accounts switch over to down here.Anytime I have a question I pick up the phone. When they answer they all are very professional and quick with the answers. If they don’t know they get back to me right away.I would recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a great agent with extremely knowledgeable staff.

Update: Mr. Joe Monteleone called me to apologize and explain the charges, actually I was wrong and no extra month was charged. He also followed up twice to make sure everything was taken care of.Previous rewiew::This people handled very poorly my auto policy cancellation, SF charged an extra month b/c of this and Ive to wait 3 weeks for a refund.

Everyone in the office is so friendly and genuinely cares about what you’ve got going on and getting you the best insurance they can. We have our autos, home, life and boat with Joe and wouldn’t have it any other way. Changes are made quickly, they always call to check in when claims are going, and we’ve never found anyone more interested in our long term goals and protecting what we feel is important. I got life insurance thru this office and I am was very happy with my results. The rep knew I didnt want to go over a certain amount in my monthly payment and she worked with me to get the best coverage for what I could afford.
