I will likely cancel my policy with them. I was in an accident that was not my fault and though I do not have full coverage this agency would not even begin to help me find out the other parties insurer. They had given false information on the police report at the time of the accident. I’ve been with them for over 30 years. I was called to take a survey a few weeks later and expressed my displeasure and the agent apologized and said she would call back. Never heard anything.
