Contessa and Vicky are exceptional. They are willing and ready to take care of any concerns that I may have and they do so in a very prompt and professional manner. They really do care about the residents here and it shows. The maintenance department is an excellent plus here. I cannot say enough how awesome it is to have someone come as fast as they do when you need something taken care of. My experience here has been excellent. I will continue to live here because of that. I also give this place a 5-star rating because of the wonderful people that they have here on their staff.

Vicky and Contessa are great! Always a pleasure to work with, the apartments are nice for the price point and the location is amazing. I really love the package concierge service and wish more apartments would offer this type of service. Maintenance is always fast to respond, this will be our 3rd time renewing our lease and unless something drastic changes we plan on staying until we are ready to purchase a house.The only bad thing I would say about the place is that you might get an occasional bad neighbor that is noisy or doesnt respect assigned parking but that is really not the complexes or managements fault.

Maintenance fixed the issue I had in my apt the same day I told them about it. Everything working great now. Prompt Service is greatly appreciated

If I could rate a negative 20 I would. This has been one of the worst complexes I’ve ever lived in especially since they transitioned into the new management company and got a new leasing manager. Maintenance requests either take weeks to be rectified or they go unanswered. They also mark the request in the system as completed and your apartment is still hanging on by a thread. And if corporate doesn’t believe me.... check my maintenance requests. The current leasing manager talks to you as if you’re bothering her. I understand that with everything going on with Covid, there is “limited” interactions but if the request isn’t deemed “emergency” by them, they continue to yell you that “when this dies Down we will get to you.” We are Still paying our rent on time with all of this going on so I expect my stuff to be fixed within 48 hrs of my request. So you mean to tell me you can’t come into the apartment, with my permission, while I’m at work?! Trying to get in touch with corporate has been a hassle. I just want to break my lease. YESTERDAY ‼️

I have lived here for 2 years and just renewed for a third. Maintenance is very quick to respond (usually 15-20 minutes) and very friendly.The management staff is awesome and pro-active at bringing events like food trucks and blood drives to the complex every other week.Free coffee at the office center, and occasionally free food!These apartments are walking distance to ABC Liquor, Village of Providence, and greenway walking trails. Kroger is a 2 minute drive away. UAH is a 10 minute commute.The only negatives I have are the neighbors can be loud and smells sometimes leak in from my neighbors. Like the other review says, management is quick to remind neighbors of the smoking policy the same day.The gym is nice and gives you access to showers in the bathrooms and vending machines. I see a third party cleaning service clean these restrooms weekly.There is a mail room securely stores packages which you unlock with your phone, I feel confident in shipping expensive items here.All in all great place to live, close to everything I want and gives me a short commute to work. The pictures of the complex are accurate.My advice before moving in: be aware of where your unit is located and check for air conditioning units outside your bedroom window

Terrible complex. Maintenance was never on time. Had to call law enforcement multiple times for parties and noise complaints.

I recomend Main Street Apts Becuse the Manergers here are good people and Maintence are nice and Friendly. its a great place to live, though A playground, Public Grill, and Meeting room isNeeded here.

I have had an awesome experience with Main Street Apartments. I have lived in many places all over the entire United States of America; and I can honestly say that the staff at Main Street have been extremely caring, efficient, and consistently thrive to maintain excellent customer service. They are the best! My first experience was with Joseph. Joseph was and always has been extremely professional, courteous, accurate, helpful; and has consistently ensured that my move in and living experience has been nothing but the excellent; it is obvious that he has a real passion for this type of profession. I have also observed how Joseph has interacted with the other residents. Therefore, I am sure that they will agree with me. Another staff person that I would like to make mention of is Shiloh; she has also been wonderful and provides excellent customer service. The staff at Main Street Apartments has placed me in a position to want to stay here for years to come; they are truly amazing! If I could rate higher than 5 stars; I would. I am blessed to reside on this property.

I will probably move out come July when my lease is up. Why you may ask. The neighbours above me, like to run their washing machine at 3AM, thump around their rooms, from 2AM until 5.30AM when I go to work. They prefer to deposit garbage like chicken wings on the stairway rather than a bin.They always seem to be coming to the apartments to Change filters, Fire inspections, Mortgage/Kitchen inspections, etc. I for one value my privacy and do not like constant invasions. There are some decent blocks. Unfortunately not mine.

This Property is one of the best properties I ever been at. I have Traveled all over and I have seen top notch properties, with horrible customer service, The office staff will go out of there way to make sure that you are number one. The maintenance Staff is awesome, from my observation there response time is less than 2 hrs. Even under Office staff change everyone has delivered 110% Excellent, Outstanding, service. I have Recently signed a 15 month renewal term,. =)THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE I WOULD CALL HOME!!!

I stayed in Main Street for about three years. Great property and the maintenance was all ways there when needed. The community manger was helpful,friendly and flexible. One of the best places to stay in Huntsville! Definitely would recommend.

They only acknowledge my roommate on the lease, and tried to give rent receipts in her name only. Most issues she would have to call for before anyone would respond.Heating and cooling units X 6 outside my window for 10.5 months were excessively noisy. I was told there was nothing economically feasible they could do to reduce the noise. Then when the roommate insists they come hear it, they get worked on.The roommate gave noticethst we would leave at the end of the lease,so they try to tack on $25 saying they found our garbage outside. Even showed the roommate one of my receipts to PROVE it was my garbage.They always are in our apartment without asking, as it is an emergency to check the filters they just changed a month prior.The pipes are still leaking every time we use the hot water, but we were told it is pipes expanding. Since when do expanding pipes drip...and for 11 months?

By far the best apartment complex ever . Kristin and her management staff are outstanding. The maintaince guys do a great job responding and respecting your things . I’ll recommend staying here . I really enjoyed my stay (2 years ) .. Thank y’all

I have lived at Main Street Apartments in two separate occasions. Once for 2 1/2 years and I recently moved back. I have lived here under both sets of management and they are both great! Change is never easy but everyone currently in the office and maintenance really care. Whenever something meeds taken care of in my apartment it is done ASAP.They have everything you need. Amazing location, washers and dryers included, patios with screen doors and patio storage, great gym, great pool. Of course I hear my neighbors from time to time but that is apartment life. Another reason I decided to move back is that all the apartments seem to be built like corner units. You share pretty much one wall with another apartment. Its close to everything without having to pay outrageous prices. I love it here and dont plan on leaving anytime soon!

When Cathy and Patrick were here this place was thriving!!! They were awesome, can say enough about them really great. Now there is a new crew Kristen, some horrible unfriendly dude and the maintenance guys are sketchy. They look like drug addicts especially the white guy, really he gives my wife the creeps. He stares are her and is always lurking around looking through windows and into cars. How he got this job I dont know. This place as far as I can tell only rents to the lowest of the low...some students and some people like our selves who got lost. Really, dont live here if your a honest working class person. They will eat you alive. When our lease is up WE ARE GONE. and counting the days.

Considering me coming from the Reserve at Research Park apartments to Main Street. I will always say my husband and I made the best move. From day 1, we have been treated with the upmost respect and having the best customer service experience. From the beginning, Joseph and Shiloh together worked on our move and made everything so simple and easy for us. We even got to move in early because Shiloh informed me that the apartment was finished sooner than what I thought, which made things so much easier because we had to be out of our old apartment Dec 1 and thought we were going to have to get a storage unit to store all of our stuff in and stay with our parents until our apartment at this location was ready. I can t speak nothing but positive things about this location and how caring they are. Every maintenance issue is always resolved the same day, even when I am not home, there is always a note there that they have been by to fix my issue. My husband and I love this property and our families love our new location. Joseph and Shiloh are very upeat, positive, caring, loving, sweet, generous, professional, what more else can I say. If you are looking for an apartment with positive and caring staff with a beautiful apartment, this is the place. As long as this staff is here to stay, we are here to stay.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Thank GOODNESS we did not lease here. We were in the office getting ready to sign the lease and found out about all most $200 worth of fees that we asked about when doing the tour. They charge a rate of $40 per person for water, sewage and trash(we have 4, one of which we only have 4 days a week and the other is 6 weeks old) and i will admit we did not thoroughly read the packet showing each individual charge on account of being told that the average extra fees for water, sewage and trash was $45 a month.(did not think she meant per person). We weren’t mad at all, just a little disappointed. So we told them we were not leasing BEFORE THE DAY OF SIGNING WAS OVER. I called the next day to say if I could get my $199 admin fee back (which she flat out said YES) then a week later I call to give them my new address and then she changes the whole story and says her”regional manager says we couldn’t have it back, because we didn’t tell them until after the day of signing” (WHICH IS A LIE) needless to say they won’t give me the info to talk to anyone, every time I call to get the “regional managers information they don’t answer”. I had very poor costumer service and was LIED TO on multiple occasions.

My roommates and I moved into this place around august due to college and we fell in love! whenever something is wrong all I have to do is go straight to the office and Im taken care of. I do know that if I need anything I can depend on Mr. Joseph!!!! Hilarious, full of life, and dependable are all the characteristics of that man. Go in and ask for him he always provides a joke and a smile for you. THANKS MAIN STREET!

So I been living here since November and I must says everything has been great Joseph and Shiloh has been very helpful in so many ways I always look forward to seeing Joseph when I come in cause he always have a smile and Joke for me because I am Fedex guy who brings him all the Packages lol . But overall Joseph and Shiloh are great people and they always find a way to help you out and get the job done no matter.

These recent people are being paid to write good reviews. This place is not a good place to live nor is it a safe building. The maintenance crew is ok, but they dont clean so the buildings are trashy. The office is not as good when Cathy was here and Joseph is absolutely horrible. He brags they wont fire him because he has so many lawsuits with former employers, as a matter of fact I think he tries to be horrible so that they will fire him. Shiloh is sweet and brings some class to the office. Most tenants are nice but it has a large element of thugs.

Love living here building is great. joseph and staff are helpful in making your living experience a great one there very helful. i have called on Joeseph many times and he has responded right away. OVERALL GREAT PLACE

Management was very horrible. I did not have a great year at Main Street apartments they towed my car at least three times over $900 with the tow fees, just the worst apartment complex you could ever live in. They have a bad issue with parking at Main Street apartments and their solution is to tow residents cars with the parking decal on it which indicates that you live there and they will still tow your car. And after they tow your car they would put a new sign indicating a new tow zone just to Justify them towing your car. Maintenance comes in to fix my leaking ceiling and messed up some of my clothes with the paint they use to fix the ceiling. The front office is never on the same page. One person will say one thing and the next person will say other. Just save your money and time and dont move to main st.

I always experience excellent customer service from Shiloe Weiger and Joseph Fields at MainStreet Apartments. They always make you feel welcome and not looked upon as being just a customer. Keep up the awesome work!!!

When I first moved to Main Street Apartments it was great. The old management (Kathy and Patrick) were phenomenal and very helpful. I cannot say that for the new management that has taken over. The staff is very rude and not so friendly, they do not make me feel welcome as if the apartment is home.The residents of Main Street are very rude. People are constantly coming in from all hours of the night. They have no respect for people during night time hours. I always would wake up in the middle of the night due to people stomping and yelling in the hallways. One night i was awaken by some woman screaming in the parking lot and yelling at the top of her lungs for a good 15 minutes. She proceeded to honk her horn the whole time as well. Everytime I walk out of my apartment it wreaks of Marijuana which I assume is the reason for continuous traffic coming to and from. I have even found Marijuana in the parking lot more than once which is disturbing to say the least. Residents here are very lazy, almost weekly people throw their trash in front of the dumpsters and dont even take the extra second to try and get their trash into the dumpster.People also drive at high rates of speed through the parking lots. I would not recommend someone with children to even think about moving into these apartments.

Moving is always a stressful event in ones life, however, I wanted to write a quick note to express my appreciation to MSA staff for making this a smooth and pleasant experience for me and my kids. MSA management and employees have truly impressed me with their professional, helpful, and cordial attitude. Ive also put in a few work orders during my first few weeks (nothing major) and they all were fixed within a day. Two thumbs up! Especially Id like to commend Joseph who personally came by, took care of things, and then left a handwritten note on my door. This not only added a personal touch but shows me that MSA management cares! Thanks again!! Glad to be living here.
