Really great units and amenities, cool location for downtown living. The staff is nice and overall it is well kept. Mail situation kind of chaotic at times. Difficult place to live if you are a bad sleeper. Fire alarms go off OFTEN and fire trucks often downtown for other buildings. Apartment doesnt protect you from any sounds from the restaurants.

My mother lived here for a year and it is a beautiful place! People are friendly and helpful. The staff, Whitney, Mackenzie, and Jasmine are super professional and always so kind. I will surely miss my mother living here.

The fire alarms randomly go off a few times a month (for the past 3 years I’ve been here). Could be 3pm, could be 3am. Currently writing this review after being woken up by it. If you like sleeping, go somewhere else.

Such a stunning place to come home and the staff are extremely helpful & prompt.

I have lived here for over 3 years. It is a very nice place and should have 5 stars. However, the management put in place just prior to covid has been less than perfect. This poor management does not communicate well or solve issues proactively. Without warning they removed one of our community kuerege machines thinking there was abuse of the supplies. Most recently they have not communicated changes in package delivery and many residents can not find packages - even perishable items!. They do not sort packages in the mailroom nor let us know we recieved something. The only times I see them lately is when they are selling to new tenants. This place was awesome and fun and can still be. Its just that the current management does not seem to care or operate to make residents life here the best it can be. The rent goes up nearly $100 each year, while I have seen less amenities and desire to keep us informed.

Even though we have decided not to lease with the Avenue at this time I would just like to thank Leasing Agent Bri. My boyfriend and I have been searching for an apartment for a job relocation. Bri was prompt in responding to any questions I had, and quickly gave me a video tour of the beautiful community. She is the best! Many thanks Bri! 😁

I have lived in The Avenue since it opened and have been extremely pleased. The management staff Tiffeney and Jeff are fantastic. They go above and beyond to insure your home is held to a high standard. The downtown location is perfect, and in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I would recommend this first class complex to anyone.

The staff here are amazing. They really care about their residents and are very welcoming and friendly. This is a great community, our neighbors are so nice. Its very quiet compared to the other apartments I have lived at. The build quality is top notch. The building itself is very secure. You really do not have to worry about someone just walking in off the street. My wife and I feel much at home here and we are glad that we moved in.

Just went and toured this fantastic place to live. The leasing professional that toured us was Jeff and he was very polite, and informative. The apartments are very luxurious and spacious for the price, MUCH better than The Artisan. I am going to be very pleased to call this place my home very soon! I would highly recommend giving The Avenue a chance!

It was unpleasant going there. There was a blond lady who was very rude and races. The guy there also was rude, he didnt even answer me when I asked him a question. I cant believe how they hire people like that in such a nice place. Honestly I dont want to live in a place where people are weird and not kind.
