Dont rent here... landlord parks is clueless..she just says thing that sounds good but inaccurate and the prices for a 400 sq ft ...I would not recommend..and the way the AC is built bugs are going to get in through the AC unit..and dont get my started on the washer and dryer combo..might as well just use the laundry room..go down the street to sherwood where you get what you pay for at least...the Vue has the exterior of a 70s apt and the critters outside knows...

I paid a pet fee when I moved in and they decide to tell me I didn’t when my lease is 3 months from being up. They said it got “lost” with new management. I don’t think so. This place is trash.

I’ve have lived at VUE at Rocketcity Apartments for 5 years. And I’m Home for Life. Professional Management, quality maintenance and all new appliances, and washer & dryer. I love it here. We’re family.I visited the new pool, today. Amazing, clean and set up with awesome chairs, lounge chairs. And I’m a big guy, and I was very comfortable. Got home last night and it felt like 1000 degrees in my apartment. I called the management just hoping that they would be able to help same day, but not holding on to any miracles due to the time. She was on the phone immediately after my call, and within 30 minutes I had a new A/C unit in. Thank you so much for your quick response! I really do appreciate it!!

I lived here from 2014-2019 as my first apartment on my own.Management switched each year I stayed there. I had multi issues over the years some got handle & some I had my father come fix but it was common issues nothing major till the last two months of my stay. But the new management Briana handle the issue right away. She is so far one of the best lease management Tara Garden could have. She reply within 48hrs.Thanks I enjoyed my couple years.

I live here currently and they are by far, the best at everything. Our air conditioner went out and it needed a different unit and they replaced it THE SAME DAY😊😁. It is bug free, crime free, quiet and clean. The office staff are very polite and helpful. I couldnt ask for more and 5 stars isnt enough for them.

By far the best deal in Huntsville. Its close to everything, has brand new units and amenities, and its still one of the lowest prices in town.

If I could give zero stars I could. Infested with all types of bugs, pest control is a joke. Both of my cars were broken into and was brushed off. The manager Tara lost my rent money order and acted as if she didn’t care then tried to evict me because of it. Stairs were coming apart and had a huge space in door where bugs would crawl through. None of my maintenance requests were ever met. No space for anything. Horrible all around. I wouldn’t stay here for free.

The management here is the most responsive and efficient management Ive come across so far. They address situations directly and do their best to resolve them in a way that helps everyone. That is a quality that many places dont have, so it feels great to live somewhere that does!

Does a manager work here? Full time or part time? Have to find the maintenance guys for help with anything because the manager isnt there when the office is open. I get the run around about everything. There are people that work and people that collect a paycheck. Tara Garden is definitely getting screwed with this lady.Response to Owners reply: That is not true. I have tried to meet. That is why my review asked if a manager worked here. Tired of getting put off. Not anymore. She has no desire to do anything but get out of doing anything. I am looking for another long term lease elsewhere.

I currently live in Tara Garden, and must confess, it has been quite the opposite of what I heard about the place from a few people prior to me living here. So far I love the responsiveness of the new manager of the place, Miss Lisa. In fact, I heard a lot of negative things about the former manager of the place but Miss Lisa has definitely made my stay at Tara Garden worthwhile. She is so kind, caring, and very courteous. I love the convenience of the location of the apartment--5 mins drive to NASA and in such a close proximity to shopping centers etc. I also enjoy the serenity of the environment here.I have really enjoyed my stay here so far and will definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a peaceful place to live in Huntsville that is so conveniently located to everything else in the great Rocket city.

I moved in at the begining of January around the time they came under new management every time i walk in the office i feel at home. Lisa the new Manager is awesome. She is very Professional but at the same time you can talk to as a friend. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable bit stylish place to live.

Absolutely HATE it here . Bug INFESTED. TERRIBLE STAFF. Pest Control is JOKE here. SO many roaches & other bugs. Terrible maintenance as well. A great place to live for young professionals, students and temporary residents. Minutes from UAH and Calhoun, and both are accessible by walking. Its also very easy to get downtown. The ramp to 565 is literally right down the street.I could not ask more from the management - My fridge had a funky smell to it and they replaced it the same day I put in a complaint. The only real downside was a lack of natural lighting, but that may have just been because I was in a corner unit.Overall, I would highly recommend Tara Gardens to anyone in need of affordable housing. I would definitely live there again.

The washer dryer takes 4 hours to do one load, and fills your tub with lint and residue from the backflow.

Terrible place to live. I have needed a new door for the past 3 months. I told them 3 months ago and they told me they was going to get somebody to look at it and they never did. 2 months ago I said something else and they told me the same thing. So 2-3 weeks ago I told them AGAIN I needed a new door and they told me i was on the priority list to get one and that I would have a new door by the end of that week. The end of the week came, and guess what? You guessedit, no new door. I seen the door installers working on another apartment door and I asked him about it and he showed me the list of priority and 2 priority and my apartment number was no where on that list. I messaged Tara garden apartments about it and they told me I assure you you are on the list and I dont know what list he showed you. The list he showed me was a print out of the email that Tara Garden sent to him. I wouldnt rent here. Bugs and they will give the run around on EVERY LITTLE THING

From the outside I wasnt sure what I was getting into but I LOVE the close proximity to Bridge Street. The apartments are a good value. Convenient and nice management.

The ladies at the office are very nice and welcoming. Bugs are bad here. I was without power for 2 days because Tara Gardens failed to report/update, notify my information to Huntsville Utilities of my move in date. Also the last owner of my apt did not pay the last utilities bill and i recieved a notification on my door about it. I thought i was being scammed but wasnt. I had food in the fridge that i did not trust to eat afterwards and had to buy new food. This should have never happend to begin with because i gave them a heads up. They promised me that i would not lose power. Im an adult in this world addressing my problems but what can i do? Tara Gardens claim Hsv utilities made errors. And Hsv utilities told me Tara gardens made the mistake not us. Tara Gardens did say thst they were sorry. Also Google Maps location is incorrect on this page. Its Old Madison Pike not Madison Pike. I have mail that never reached me because it caused confusion. This is a decent place to live its a little hoodish. I miss living at Hampton Falls.

We currently live here and we hate it. The people in the leasing office have no idea what they are doing, they have no idea how to do paperwork. I went to speak with someone about a buyout fee a few days ago and brought my lease with me, and when she pulled out the lease in the office it was a completely different lease than what I had. And the girl who did our lease is no longer working here.Our apartment is old, and nasty, when we were told we would be getting all new appliances and carpet. When we moved in our bathroom sink was rotting, and our stove was from the 80s with all the numbers and settings rubbed off.There are so many other things I could go on and on about, but seriously, We hate this apartment complex. I just feel like they hire people who arent qualified, and have no idea what they are doing.

It didnt work out but Tara was absolutely great. She was patient, kind and worked with me to try to get approval. She rocks!!

The hospitality here is very outgoing very good its just a blessing to have a good place to live thank you Lord can I get a amen.

I love it that simple.I moved in just a few weeks after it came in under new management and its great.Studio Apt is affordable and stable.Management is friendly.You have the feeling of coming home when you talk with them.Lisa is a great manager to talk with while still being a manager shes cool to talk with as friends.

DO NOT LIVE HERE ! If I could give 0 stars I would !!! This place is one of the WORST places out there ! Pest control is a literal joke ! I was literally seeing spiders the size of my hand. There were roaches everywhere! I made sure NEVER to leave food out and I cleaned on the regular. The amount of roaches that are there is absolutely disgusting. I told her twice I needed an exterminator. For months she gave me the run around. I got bit and everything and she still gave me the run around. I kept seeing people throw perfectly good mattresses with bed bug zip up sheets. (I know what they look like bc my parents got bed bugs while traveling 7 years ago) That was a red flag! No too long after I found a full size bed bug!!!! At first she tried telling me it wasn’t a bed bug ( Even though I kept the bed bug for her to see) . Then she told me the mattresses were from people moving out. Who throws a perfectly good mattress out? Finally, (after keeping the spiders and bed bugs for her to see) the exterminator came and basically said I brought the bed bug in even though I had not traveled or stayed at anyone’s house or been to anyone’s house.( I was new to Huntsville) So he told me I had gotten it from a restaurant, when the bed bugs are only active from like 2am-5am. He told me not to treat the apartment with bed bug stuff from Home Depot bc it would make it wors and told me I would have to pay out of pocket to pay for a “professional” bed bug treatment. Btw the Home Depot stuff worked. The day we moved out, someone dumped a couch and it was INFESTED with bedbugs. You could literally see them crawling around on it. So please tell me you don’t have a bed bug infestation. My boyfriend told her months before we were going to move out when the lease was up. She tried to charge us two more months rent because we “didn’t give her a notice “ then she said she didn’t remember that us telling her . We refused but we still had to pay just one more month of rent. Also, she does not reply to emails or calls ! Like NEVER ! I had to blow up her inbox a few times to even get a reply and even then she wouldn’t. One time my boyfriend called her right before I walked into the office and she literally let it ring. 2 seconds later I walked in and told her my boyfriend had just tried calling so we could all talk. She said the phone never rang, but I had heard the phone ring just before I walked in. So clearly their costumers are high on their priority list.

My son lived here, thid place is horrible,toilet has stayed operaible for weeks, he has to go down the street to the store to use the bathroom because the management wont fix it, his apt was broken into,some one kicked the door in and the security cameras were next to his apt and mgt woulndt let him view the footage to see who it was,then his door wasnt repaired for 4 days so he had to sleep with a chair propped against his door to keep from getting robbed. a week later he was robbed at gunpoint by someone who lived in this apt complex.DO NOT RENT HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFTEY.

I have no doubt that staying at Tara gardens was the most detrimental thing to happen to my life . I cant believe how unprofessional and disgraceful these people have acted towards myself . I wouldnt let my dog stay there for free . Enough said, thanks for nothing you sorry excuse for a living environment .
