Ive lived here for about 4 years now, and, honestly, for a 2 bedroom apartment, the price is hard to beat (especially considering the location). I work on the arsenal which makes my commute insanely short, and I thoroughly enjoy being almost in the middle between Madison and downtown Huntsville stuff. Being located within walk/bike friendly Research Park itself has been nice as well (walking distance from Bridgestreet no less!). The apartment itself is relatively nice for what youre paying (I do enjoy the more open layout between the kitchen and living room). Also, any time I have had some sort of maintenance issue (a rarity), the staff has had a quick turnaround on getting it fixed. Plus, Brittany and Bree are the bomb! All in all, I would definitely recommend.

I really loved my time at The Bridges! The property is top notch, and Bree and Brittany are excellent managers who keep everything running smoothly. Maintenance requests and other issues are often handled same-day, and there is an emergency after-hours phone number you can call if needed. You are treated as a valued resident, not just a number on the door.

I moved to this apartment complex back in the Fall of 2018 and still reside at this complex in 2021. I didnt know this complex existed when I first moved to Huntsville, but I have loved living in this complex these last 3 years.Adam and Shawna were very nice and helpful when I moved in during the Fall of 2018. Management hasnt changed with Bree and Brittany in 2021. Bree and Brittany still do an amazing job helping me whenever I need assistance and are very nice whenever I have to walk into the front office.I have had multiple maintenance requests over the years and each one has been met with great response, including one response after hours over the weekend. I know this complex has great management and is one of the top, if not the top, when it comes to great response time and attitude of response.You cannot beat the location of this complex. It is very central to everything and is one of the top reasons I moved here in 2018. You can even see the firework displays at Bridge Street and the Rocket Center. The community feels very safe and is quiet. I always enjoy getting to greet my neighbors whenever we come in contact.The layout of the apartments is superb. I used to live in a larger apartment by square footage, but my current room feels larger just because the layout is so open. I have even been able to add more into my room even with the smaller size.The price of my apartment was much cheaper back in 2018, and I understand the price has gone up since. I also understand there is a lack of amenities at this complex compared to other complexes at the now same price. But the price per year does not increase that much once you become a resident. You can add on the UAH membership for an extra amount on top of the rent for an amenity.If amenities is not a factor for you, I highly recommend this complex and I am very happy to be a resident here. If you want a location that is safe, central to many places (especially I-565), has great management, built-in appliances that are modern, and excellent room design... then you definitely want to check out the Bridges at Research Park!

I can’t say enough good things about The Bridges in Research Park! I have been a resident for 2 years now and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. I love the convenient location, how quiet it is, and overall how GREAT the apartment unit is (i.e stainless steel appliances, the layout and in-unit washer/dryer). On top of that, management is fabulous. They are very responsive, open and so kind when communicating with you. I may just live here forever !! ;-)

Living here is as beautiful and relaxing as the view around my apartment. I am only a rock throw from every thing and the management team is the best. From the day I inquired about living here, they have been a joy to work with. I highly recommend the Bridges in Research Parks!

I have nothing but good things to say about my time so far at The Bridges. Two things really stood out to me when we decided on this apartment: washer-dryer included in-unit (huge deal!) and the transparency of payments/pricing. No hidden fees! The office staff are friendly and helpful, as are the maintainence guys. I appreciate the gated parking lot and location within the research park. As an added bonus for me, theres lots of precious dogs to meet being walked throughout the complex! We happily renewed our lease with no second thoughts.

Management hides all the 1-star reviews that they very much deserve. Do not live here, they will steal your money and when shown evidence of it they will imply that you are lying or faked evidence that came from their own email address. They will lie to you, and when shown evidence of their lies, they will bend over backwards to find a way to blame you. Horrible people

Ive lived at The Bridges for over a year now, and Im still very glad I chose to live here. Having lived at several apartments before, the two most important things to me are having good management and a bug-free living space - and The Bridges has both of those things and so much more.Positives:- Bree and Brittany both do such a great job at managing the complex and have been friendly, professional, and understanding as various things have happened throughout my time here thus far.- The apartment itself has needed minimal maintenance, but when I have needed it, theyll send someone out within 24 hours or so to fix it.- The apartment is clean, quiet, and has a great floor plan. Furthermore, the noise level from other tenants is almost non-existent at any time of the day or night.- The location in the Madison/Huntsville area is hard to beat, as youre right next to two major Huntsville arteries (255 and 565). Getting to the airport, downtown, Whitesburg, Monte Sano, I-65, etc... is quite convenient and the Bridge Street shopping center is essentially right across the street.Negatives:- Parking has becoming increasingly scarce since I moved here over a year ago, so expect that you may have to walk a bit to get to your apartment if you return after 5-6 pm in the evenings.- The complex has two entrances, both with keypad gates. You have to physically type in a number (or call someone on the keypad) instead of being able to use a remote. The gates themselves are next to worthless in terms of keeping people out, as 3-4 cars can easily go through the gate after one car opens it. So the gates really just slow down incoming traffic rather than improve the security of the complex at all.- The layout of the main entrance near the office is not the best. The exit to the right has to make an essentially blind left turn into (potentially) inbound traffic. The mailboxes are nestled right in between this exit and the main entrance, further congesting traffic. Plus, theres not really a great way to quickly park and check your mail without having to fully pull in to a main office parking spot, which gets you in the way of inbound traffic.- There arent any amenities at the complex, which is probably why theyre able to keep rent costs down (relative to their location and niceness of the apartments). Living at The Bridges was really nice. The apartments are right next to Cabelas, and there is a sidewalk that leads up to Bridge Street, less than 2 miles from the apartments.

Poor management. When we first came to tour the property, the manager Shawna told us explicitly that UAH gym membership was included in the cost of rent. After they got my money upon move-in, she said it was actually an extra $25 per month on top of rent. They’ll say anything to get you in, and then tell you “tough luck, there’s nothing we can do about it now”. Buyer beware.

If you live at The Bridges in Research Park Apartments, you will be treated as a valued resident not just a number on the wall next to the apartment door.The apartment community is new, quiet, clean, well-organized, and at an ideal location for career professionals, retirees, and higher education students. The apartments are luxurious, comfortable, spacious with 9-ft ceilings, and equipped with reliable home appliances. Also, the apartment community is managed and operated by a local company.The apartment community is meticulously inspected by the management team members and maintained daily. This is not an overstatement; you will notice this immediately after you move in. The management team members strive for the residents satisfaction. The maintenance crew members are respectful, knowledgeable, and skilled.I am completely satisfied and happy to live at The Bridges in Research Park Apartments, and I have just renewed my lease contract for another lease term.

I will admit that this review is a bit early, but I feel compelled to share our experience with The Bridges in Research Park, thus far. My hope is that it will save someone else the unnecessary stress and wasted time of viewing other apartment complexes throughout Huntsville and Madison. My husband and I are happily preparing to move in this weekend!Since my husband works very long hours, I spent a LOT of time doing research, reading online reviews, and visiting numerous complexes in person. To be honest, at first glance, I was certain The Bridges was beyond our price point; however, I was very wrong! We have a stunning 2-bed (plus a small office/storage room), 2-bath apartment with an incredible open floor plan for a VERY reasonable price. I am not exaggerating when I say that it looks like a nice HOUSE inside. The grounds are absolutely immaculate; there isnt a spec of trash to be found anywhere. From what weve seen so far, the complex is calm and quiet. The parking lots are generous in size. The property is waterfront, so you have a gorgeous lake right next to your home (you can even take small boats out on the water). I love that I immediately felt safe upon entering the complex. I could go on, but I will try to keep this somewhat short.As for the office staff, Shawna and Adam are wonderful to interact with. They were incredibly patient with us (thank you, again, for that!), as at one point, we were on the fence about going with a different complex. Talk about dodging a bullet... I am VERY thankful that my gut feeling steered us right back to The Bridges in Research Park. Thank you both, Shawna and Adam, for being so professional, as well as genuinely kind and welcoming.I am not one to go out of my way to write a review, but this place deserves more than five stars. We are beyond thrilled to live here!!!

Amazing place to live! Everyones super friendly and helpful. You have a beautiful view of the rocket right over a little pond. Its close to a lot of really great things but doesnt get super loud.Edit: We just moved out and I stand by my original rating. Bri and Brittany did a really good job of making us feel welcome while living there, and were incredibly understanding and transparent even after we left.

I researched and visited ten apartments in Huntsville and Madison. The Bridges in Research Park was the best option. The staff is warm and welcome. The location is great! Hands down The Bridges is the only way to go when looking for that new place called home. I was new to the area and that can come with a lot of stress trying to find the right place. From start to finish the application process to the move in date was very simple and straight forward. I have lived in my fair share of apartments and you can not go wrong with The Bridges. You will not regret it!

Great place to live with very involved, caring and knowledge staff. The management is grade-A here.In addition to the staff, you will enjoy lake-side views, new appliances, and the availability of a garage. All tenants are friendly and professional. The location is secluded in Research Park and convenient to Bridge Street Town Center and Redstone Arsenal (15min commute both ways).You will truely be at home here!!I highly recommend The Bridges in Research Park for your next apartment.

I loved living at the Bridges! The staff is second to none and super attentive and make the complex truly a community. Ive lived in four different apartment complexes in Huntsville over the years, and the Bridges is hands down the best in every category! The location is right in the middle of everything while still feeling secure and being quiet. They spared no amenity and comfort for their residents! The only reason I moved out is because I bought a house! If you are looking for an apartment home, go for the Bridges! You will not be disappointed!!

The Bridges was an excellent place to live in Huntsville. I lived here for 2 years, and in that time I couldnt have asked for a better location for the quality of living & price point. The management was excellent, Adam is very quick to help with anything you need. Located right across from the Bridge Street shopping complex & Monaco movie theater, there is plenty to do right within walking distance. You will be happy you chose The Bridges!

This has been such a wonderful apartment for myself and my husband. Its conveniently located to quite a few shopping centers and close to Research Park where many engineers and civil service employees work. The staff at the Bridges is top notch! We rarely had any problems with our apartment but when we had a wasp nest on our porch Adam and Shauna came to our rescue and sprayed it. There are plenty of sidewalks around the complex for you to walk your dog, and other dog owners are good about keeping animals on leashes. The apartments are spacious and youre lucky if you can get a gorgeous view of the lake. I think what I will miss the most is watching the sun rise over the lake and the Saturn 5 rocket in the mornings. This apartment is amazing and such a great place to live!!

My husband and I have lived in three different places since we got married in 2014 and The Bridges is by far our favorite! It is the perfect location and the apartments are beautiful. Adam (the property manager) is wonderful to work with and always goes above and beyond to help when anything is needed. Since moving in we have had two friends move in as well since we rave about how wonderful it is! So glad we finally found a place to call home.

I was very nervous about finding an apartment in Huntsville because I was moving from out of state and very unfamiliar with the area. The Bridges was one of the highest reviewed complexes in the area so I decided to check them out in person...The apartments are great! New buildings, very clean, modern appliances, etc. They are located very close to multiple shopping centers, theaters, and Top Golf. Shawna and Adam are also great! They have been very helpful with any issues/questions. The few times I have had to call for maintenance issues they have been out the same day. Great place to live!

Ive loved living at The Bridges. Ive been here a year already, and just signed up for my 2nd year. Adam and Shawna are THE BEST when it comes to landlords and property management. Any issues Ive had with electrical equipment or appliances has ALWAYS been fixed within 24 hours. These guys are the best, easy to work with, and care about you and your happiness while living here. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment in this area.

The Bridges in Research Park are excellent! The management - Adam & Shawna, not only are professional, courteous and friendly, they also became personal friends. I had to relocate to Colorado for a different contract, otherwise no one would have gotten my apartment from me. The BEST apartment experience I have ever had in my 65+ years!

I moved to The Bridges in April (so Ive been there almost 5 months).Everything is brand new and good quality - glass-top stove, good washer and dryer included, good refrigerator. I love the dark cabinets as well.The management is very friendly and still professional. Ive spoken mostly with Adam and he takes the time to recognize me and wave when he sees me.Theres construction going on right by my building, but the workers are all polite and I havent had any issues with noise outside of typical day-job hours.Ive already convinced two people to move here, so I definitely recommend it. Its a great location, great price and worth every penny.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! If there was one thing I could ding it on it would be how I get shocked everytime I use the gate pin pad. Just ground that thing!!

Adam and Shawna are amazing. They are extremely responsive and caring indiviuals. The Bridges were my number one choice to start but the management sealed the deal.

The management is super nice and helpful. The floor plans are open and modern, and the location is super convenient for anyone working in the research park or at Red Stone/Marshall. Its also nice being walking distance to restaurants and shopping at Bridge Street.

These units are clean and quiet, and the management is always so helpful! The location is extremely convenient as well.
