This is a beautiful place to live, and the staff is very professional and quick with moving new tenants in. I couldnt ask for a better place to call home

The new office staff have been so amazing .They really care about lakeshore and the residents. They go above and beyond to help and make sure things are fixed. They give out newsletters every month which I love to get. They throw events for us and make us feel appreciated ! I had multiple issues with the past management company and they did nothing to help and I went to the new management and they got thing fixed right away. They are always so nice to me and make me feel good living her. I hope they stay long. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

I have no complaints. The new owners come on board and are on it big time. Actions speaks louder than words, Im proud to see the other beautiful buildings that they own so that encourages me to know they will take care of Lakeshore Crossing. The maintenance is on it also. As a resident, I make sure I am doing my part to be a part of this great team.Thank you

I am very pleased with the new management here and they are doing a great job. I have not had to wait for longer than 24 hours for a response to my maintenance issues the maintenance crew is on point. I am looking forward to seeing the new management team restored this place to what it used to be when they used to get awards. If they could get the residents to take care of their own apartment such as blinds, garbage and pick up after their pet it would be great

The new management team is doing a great job with everything, Ive seen old things has been upgraded and new amenities (dog park) & holiday events has been added. I can honestly say this is definitely a complete upgrade. Thank you Lakeshore Crossing Management Team for making this community great again. AWESOME JOB!!!!

The new management team has been awesome! The front office staff they have now is helpful and are so nice. My work orders are always taken care of right away. I love the new changes and it will be for the better. Can’t wait to see what they have coming.

Dont believe the reviews here, because the tenants are HOOD AF!!!! The staff works hard, but you can only take so much or deal with unpaying residents for so long before they have to go!!! The apartments themselves are ok, but the residents leave trash every where and hang out all day. By the way, who leaves their kids outside all day when their younger than 4??? The maintenance staff is tired of people putting things like full diapers down the toilet and then being mad about it not working. The kids are losing their minds, because there isn’t anyone holding them accountable in the household!!! Just ask the local store owners or the teachers at the elementary, middle, or high school!!!! Long story short make the best of your situation and make sure you pay your $25 section 8 rent on time. For the great tenants, move your friends and coworkers in so the area can improve!

Lakeshore is amazing! Friendly management staff and clean apartments! If you’re looking for a new apartment, I’d advise you to check this place out!

I have been a resident here for almost two years and the way they are handling things now are awesome! They are even doing community events!

The worst management and maintenance ever hands down. Management take two to three hours lunch breaks. Or they leave early or dont even bother to open at all. Maintenance is a joke. They dont know how to fix anything. Lakeshore should just start over. I wish I could give them a -5 stars.

I have been here over seven years & have seen a decrease in everything! No perks for the tenants, kids everywhere doing everything, pulling fire alarms, office never open when needed. We need our drop box back, cameras on the property. People working on cars and loud music early mornings & late nights. Cars moving too fast through the complex. Now they are raising rent again twice the amount than last year! Why?

We have been here for 5 years....Weve had no major problems. Management has changed and they are beautiful caring individuals. They will help you in any way that they can. I give a shout out to our management here and also to the hard working maintenance men. Thank you all for keeping our apartment compex up to part, safe and very clean.

Im listening to all these reviews and complains and whats sad about it is that i am looking for a nice and quiet place to live i love this place i have being riding by every now and then hoping something would come available for me because i think it’s a beautiful area i get up early in the morning and go to work all day i am a hard working woman i don’t have no kids to come and tear these people place up nor do i have a bunch of people in and out of my house i would take care of there property and i can’t get out there because every time i try they dont have anything available because SECTION 8 done took over.they always tear everything up i can’t even find a nice decent house here in Huntsville because section 8 have took over and all these kids is just tearing the propertys up and its very sad🤔

RUN IN ANOTHER DIRECTION. I’ve been a resident for 4 years. This last year has been the worst. Maintenance resolve your issues with temporary fixes (cost effective I guess). & PARKING!!!!!! Parking is the worst & they tow your vehicles because THEY don’t have enough parking spaces to accommodate their residents & guests. So if you don’t mind paying $200 every other day in towing fees then this is the place for you

Feral children running the streets, attracted to anything that isn’t ghetto like moths to a flame. Every car that their bases on income house hold can’t afford... keyed... every fence ment to keep the infection out... pulled down... a cardboard cross christens the one way in which happens to be the one way out... an Inescapable reminder of the unsolved murder that happened at that very spot. I look on saddened... in a way a scientist might when a result he fears is confirmed. As that is basically all it is... a social experiment... a failed social experiments. A living, breathing confirmation that you can never escape the ghetto... because YOU ARE THE GHETTO. you look on and hold hope and great aspirations for children, you say to them you can be ANYTHING. but in actuality those kids never had a chance. Is the ghetto a mind state? Is it a predetermined fate? A very wise man once said to me... if you give a homeless man a billion dollars a few years will pass but ultimately he will be homeless again. I didn’t believe it... rather I didn’t want to believe it... tho as I look on, I fear this theory has been confirmed. We are all ultimately exactly where we belong. And no matter how much assistance is given, or hope for change... it’s all just delaying the inevitable. And in strange cases such as someone putting an based on income apartment complex in a great neighborhood, that neighborhood will be terraformed into the ghetto, making the circle whole.

I absolutely love it here! Great part of town, quiet neighbors, and very nice office staff that always treats me like family! Would definitely recommend living here.

I love the location! Management has always been very friendly and went the extra mile to help me. Maintenance responds to any issues within 24 hours. I am satisfied with my overall experience here. Like any other place there are always ppl that cause trouble but management is working hard to correct any issues. Oh and Amber is the sweetest, absolutely love her!

We had a small issue with Lake Shore Crossing but with the professional support of the management group Gate Way Management our issues have been resolved. Working with the staff at Gateway was a professional experience and was handle swiftly. Nothing but good things to say when you have people that take pride in what they do. Thank You

Wonderful place to be. I love the amenities they have to offer for kids and adults. No matter where you stay, you have to be careful about your surroundings anyway. Dont make this beautiful place look bad.

Great location to live in Huntsville....right in the middle to get to everything...Very quiet and I never had any problems....great place for children.

I went and applied today and it was a wonderful experience management staff and maintenance staff were very friendly and happy they all had smiles the outside was very clean and pretty the location was absolutely amazing they took their time and went over everything well with me and answered all my questions...even if Im not chosen to live here I will have still been left with an amazing visit

In addition Lakeshore is so conveniently located to shopping and dining. Definitely a wonderful place to live you wont be sorry

Very spacious, right by all the shopping centers, maintenance crew always come when you need them. And will have a little events for the kids during certain holidays

Im warning anyone looking into this crappy apartment to please save yourselves the suffering of this place! I lived here for almost 3 years and they have continuous management turns arounds. The management staff is unwilling to help or work with their tenants issues and they are rude as #ell. They are also racist pigs and look at you a certain way, especially if you are in an interracial relationship. They singled my fiance and I out because of this so they made any excuse they could against us to get us to out of there and nit picking at every little thing! I felt so uncomfortable towards the end of staying there! They enter your apartment without warning which is illegal! I had a leaking ac unit and their clever solution was to clean up the water, spray the baseboard and walls which developed mold and wipe it up. The soaking wet carpet was rancid, and they lifted up the moldy carpet and put a fan underneath it to dry. This is so unhealthy to be breathing. It go so bad with the horrendous smell we had to shut off the fan because it was making us sick, not to mention all the spores that had been spread. This place is just a joke! The only thing good about this is the neighbors were very nice and friendly!

Great Neighborhood, Great Apartments JUST PRAY U DOnt HAVE RUDE NEIGHBORS that keep you up all night and there is NOTHING done about it!

Move here if you want your apartment run over by mice! I’ve been here since June and the mice have me about to break my lease. And it’s not just my unit, the children who play with my son have all said they’ve seen mice in their units. Maintenance said that pest control says it’s due to construction nearby but that doesn’t fix my issue. Not only have they not supplied any type of bait or traps, the lease office seems bothered by me. I refuse to live here any longer than I have to.

Maintenance team is horrible. It takes months for them to respond to your request. You have to place your request over and over again. They also half fix things by saying they have to order parts and never come back.Ever. If you have a light that required 4 light bulb, they only change 1 to get you by. There are kids everywhere that always curse and will curse you out if you tell them that they need to watch their language. The kids stay out past hours at all times. The office management has a bad habit of loosing your deposits. You think that new management would be helpful but they are just as worst and nothing has improved.

RUN AWAY dont not rent from these people. Crystal is a thief she preys on tenants and steals their belongs. Its not your neighbors you have to worry about its the management.

Marian is the worst manager of Lakeshore Crossing Apartments. She lies a lot and play all kind of games. The office is closed more than it is open.

This has been the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in! It is very very unsafe, people hang out in the apartment complex at all hours of the night. Last friday a man attempted to rob me in the parking lot! There are so many kids in the neighborhood that they swarm the parking lot. The tenants that live here are loud rude and ghetto. This is just like living in the hood! DONT, I BEG YOU, PLEASE DONT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Management is horrible. They evict you and steal your belongings. RUN FOR THE HILLS!

DONT GO HERE!!!! They management team crystal and a black girl tried to still everything from them. They evicted her illegally and had packed their cars with items attempting to leave but recovered some of the items but not everything. Please find somewhere else to go this place is HORRIBLE!!!!
