148 Maple Blvd Gurley, Al was a living nightmare from start. After we moved in we discovered that house didn’t have electricity on one side of home, Bad Leak under house that cause floors to buckle up & cause mold & un safe inhabitable conditions. Toilet was not mounted down and the other toilet would not flush. No running water due to to wash your body or anything else. Electricity was wired incorrectly that cause a Electrical Fire it caught on fire in walls forcing us to go to hotel not even 2 weeks or less after move in. PMI refused to fix or repair anything so Fire Department of Gurley close and shut down house unsafe & inhabitable living conditions. Me and my daughters was almost killed by PMI unprofessional & poor Quality and value. No response on fixing and on top it all off we was robbed items out of our home while we was living temporarily in hotel & they kept coming in home when they wanted and often without any notice by law of Tenants/ Landlord laws. They have not returned our security deposit or rent money or tried not once to cover our fees at hotel. Never did they apologize t us our meet our needs by the law.PMI Management Bridgette Thomas is a liar and act like she didn’t know conditions before we moved in which was a lie I have proof she did and the slum landlord Mr Gunn. The contractor they have is not a contractor his work is sloppy and unprofessional as he is lots like child’s work. His name is Darren from PMI he has texted my phone with threats and we have received harassment from him repeatedly by coming by knocking hard on door and threatening saying we’re going to get evicted when we just paid to more in not even two weeks ago!!! Awful my family had went through pain and suffering I was even hospitalized due to the unsafe and inhabitable conditions have bill to prove it!!!!!! Please don’t ever rent from PMI I’m pretty sure you will regret it!!!!🤷🏽‍♀️😢😩Proof in pics show how someone dumb had attic wires crossed and use regular extension cords and taped ect.. holes in walls, unsafe hot water tank. Mind all of you I had a 2yr old in the apartment as well and they was not too concerned about anyone leaving unsafe traps for my 2yr old all over the house.

What kind of a company treats their responsibility to their customers as though it is irrelevant? Why wouldnt someone inform their customer when the tenant hasnt paid?

This business deserves a rating lower than one star. Renting a home is supposed to be an investment but because of PMIs incapability to do the bare minimum of their jobs, Ive lost at least $6000 in rent and repairs. The attached picture, the company owner himself said he wasnt too terribly disappointed. Thanks for nothing.

I would highly recommend Melissa Lacey! She is an expert in her field and is of high character!!!
