The walls leak terribly when it rains there’s trash everywhere mold growing in the air conditioner pest infested the bathroom is so small only one person can go in at one time it’s really inhuman I can GO ON AND ON SAVE YOUR MONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT I PAY $900 for NOTHING!!

Waiting for a month for air to be fixed and office wont return calls nor emails! Repairs are never made in a timely manner, if they are even addresses at all.

Almost got killed here!I was outside one day after work and a guy robbed me ago gunpoint! bad neighborhood!!they wont fix anything and go up on rent. they wont even let me resign the lease to get the rent close to where it was so Im paying all I can for a roach motel and my electrical outlets wont work for the fridge and microwave so I literally have my fridge in my living room and they charging $900 a month when my rent was originally $500!also, my bathroom sink is falling APART and its clogged up so I cant even use it! they never spray for roaches and these bugs are EVERYWHERE!!! dont move into this place!

Update: maintenance guy no longer works here but he put new parts on shower yet it still doesnt work and I was left with a patch up work that looks like I did it myself not knowing how. So now I have to see that eye sore daily. Stove not fully functioning at bottom takes extra long cooking foods in oven. Been Waiting 6 months now for stove part / window screens they say they ordered and now theres no hot water for shower. I wished I had better apt that didnt look like a money pit 😕 I really like it here just wished apt was better that all amenities worked properly ( 1-18-21)

This place is the WORST!! DONT MOVE HERE! I REPEAT DONT MOVE HERE! The staff is super unprofessional. Once I signed my lease they told me my apps apartment was unfinished, so I basically moved into an unfinished apartment and it literally took them weeks to come finish it. The bathroom wasnt finished neither was the kitchen countertop, or the closets. I moved in at the beginning of January, and my closets still are not finished. They also have those fees they tack on to your rent. They advertise rent for the classic as 829.00 but you end up paying 909.00 and its NOT WORTH IT!

My Nephew Louis Cedeno lives here and while he was out of town they decided to pave the parking lot. They decided to have his vehicle towed and since he was out of town on business, there was nothing he could do about it. He’s reach out to the management team there several different ways, but they have gone out of there way to ignore him after they said they would help. If you decide to get a apartment or a town house beware as the only interest they have is taking your money. Also, I have been to his townhouse several times and there seems to be squirrels or rats inside his walls. So buyers or renters beware!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I have a friend of mine that has been living here for half a year and has had issue after issue with this place. I was visiting him the other week and he had squirrels (plural) scratching from inside his walls! He called and they sent animal control out but said they will get with the office staff and come back and he hasnt seen them since. A/C also said they are getting in from the roof which means he probably has mold and animal poop inside of his walls or ceilings. He was told the reason that A/C hasnt been back is because the Manager up and left and I think we are starting to see why. This place is a train wreck and the staff dont seem to be competent enough to get anything accopmlished.

If I could give it less than one star I would between the multiple changes of office/property managers The inconsistency with maintenance and the lack of care overall care for the apartments and its tenants is deplorable wouldnt I wouldnt recommend anyone staying here.

They Handed me My lease on A Sticky Note and told me my rent would go up i have not singed a lease they keep losing my money and avoiding calls i had to get an attorney to file a motion to have them audited i contacted the property management company to let them know i will sue every party involved this is not acceptable under any circumstances

Its almost october my air went out in JUNE i STILL dont have air even tho ive put in 8 complaints already no air and my kitchen ceiling has been leaking since may . everytime i go to the office its either we dont have any work order for u or we dont have any staff to fix A/C units at this point im just being ignored and yet im still paying rent . its too hot in my apartment for my nephew to even come over without him being drenched in sweat. Smh

The worse place I have ever lived in my life. The rental office never answers the phone and when they do the receptionist will tell you the managers are always busy and will never return your call when u leave your name and number. I have had matienance issues 5 times with my air conditioner, 3 times my hot water heater went out and it was never replaced just tinkered on. I had to have my refrigerator replaced twice which resulted in me throwing all my food away. I have a gas leak and I called the rental office at 2:50 pm and I still havent came to my apartment. I guess they are waiting on me to pass out before they will come out. I was promised I would be moved into a newer apartment months ago and pay the rent I pay in this apartment but I know that will never happen because everything they have promised never happened. If u want to live in peace I suggest u move some where else.

Just moved in not to long ago was told that the apartment would be ready and it wasnt so they provided motel which was cool for a day still not ready ac vent no cover bath tub no screen clogs up while taking a shower paint chipping uneven steps maintenance left trash inside the apartment rocks in front of door charged more fees rent supposed to be 750 but it close 800 repairs the apartment still NOT finished sad thing is managment was here looking not even my first month here in these apartments if I was able to show you pictures I would. Thinking of talking to lawyer about these living conditions. Now the rent is $1152, $75 for water an extra $10 to pay rent in person after closing the online pay. Remind you nothing is still fixed. Aug,3rd 2021.

Before I moved in my AC wasn’t blowing cold air I told my AC was going be working and all fixed by the time my move in date gets here so March came around to move in and it took maintenance about 2 months later to fix my AC ! That was the first issue and then my kitchen roof started leaking water everytime we take a bath and it’s other terrible issues going on in my place ! I complained numerous times to the office, and maintenance guys, send emails out and still nobody have came by to fix nothing and it’s ridiculous and very very unprofessional

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. They only care about their own pockets. The staff is incompetent. They are quick To leave papers in your door about rent but won’t come and fix anything in the apartment. All they ever do is paint over everything. They don’t change out the filters for the A.C, they haven’t replace the rugs. Long story short find another place that’s worth your hard earn money not this roach motel. Oh yeah there’s an infestation of bed bugs as well. We had to leave for the apartment to get sprayed at our own expense.

Agents in the leasing office made the move in a simple thing. Quality customer service. They were very flexible with my busy work schedule. Thank you Madison Grove apartments.

They are real nice before you sign your lease, after that they real slow about making repairs; Months slow or pay you back the monies they owe you. They dont answer the phone or emails and say, dont come to the office because of COVID-19. They will contact you if you owe them. Quick too.

I wouldn’t recommend a dog to stay here. Bugs everywhere in every last apartment if you want extra roommates that’s gone ruin everything go on head. Don’t nobody fix nothing nor do pest control even come out. I never seen them not once come in my apartment. The homeless will literally be sleeping at your front door. Every package I got sent to them was stolen. I’m just over these people. They will literally take your money and move you into anything.

**UPDATE- only getting worse!! After almost 6 months here I wish I could give it a 0 star. NONE of my maintenance work orders have been completed in my apartment since 2 weeks after me moving in. I haven’t even been able to get my filter changed in 6 months, the easiest and quickest maintenance task you could possibly need (especially during COVID, you think they’d care more). When they rekeyed my locks, they didn’t keep a copy of the key and have literally no access to my unit and do not seem to care AT ALL that they can’t access it to do inspections or my maintenance requests since I made them aware over 2 months ago. It’s their responsibility as management to have access to their units, but no one has made ANY attempts to get a key from me. The mail room is locked after 6, so anyone coming home from work has ABSOLUTELY NO ACCESS TO THEIR MAIL. I personally go to work before they open it and get home after they close, so I’m left unable to get my mail ALL WEEK. This is absolutely ridiculous and goes to show how little they care about residents having access to their own mail. How are you going to have the mail room locked during the hours a large majority of people are getting home from work? The “laundry room” has been closed for “remodeling” the entire time I’ve been here. Literally 6 months of having to make other arrangements to do laundry while they continue to terribly remodel new units to get new people in, while not ensuring their ALREADY PAYING RESIDENTS have the amenities they are supposed to have. Theres a reason every single review talks about how unresponsive and unprofessional the staff is. You think the complex owners would get the hint that management is the problem. They keep raising the rent, and it’s no where near worth it. Please do yourself a favor and find a management team that actually cares about you, where you’re getting your money’s worth!!I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The management is completely unresponsive. It sometimes takes weeks and multiple emails to get a reply from anyone. They rarely answer the phone, I normally have to call 3-5 times before someone picks up. Maintenance is very nice but I have no idea what the office is doing when it comes to maintenance requests. I’ve had at least 10 work orders open for months. Things that I told them upon signing my lease months ago have still not been completed at all. I haven’t even gotten a RESPONSE on my work orders. Management seems to care about renovating units to get new residents in, but doesn’t care about the residents already paying rent every month!! They will be nice to you before you sign your lease and after that, they don’t care about your needs at all. Some of my maintenance requests would take less than an hour and MONTHS later I’m still waiting. There is trash all over the complex, especially in the areas behind our units. Cops are always in the complex due to crime. The bathroom is terrible, it’s so small and it was NOT renovated, it was refreshed. The tubs are gross, I have door frames falling apart and they haven’t fixed it. Ceiling fans ripping out of the ceiling, smoke alarms half way out of the ceiling. There are pests, especially ants, EVERYWHERE. In my 3 months here I’ve never seen pest control come, but especially never in the units. Management doesn’t send out news letters or keep you updated on the property at all. In my experience they really do not seem to care about paying residents and their issues, they just want to keep getting new people in. They’ve also raised the rent of the newer units and THEY ARE NOT WORTH THAT!!!! They are really overcharging, the units are not even close to worth that price. If you do move here, READ YOUR LEASE. Know your rights!!! I would really rethink living here if you want a response office who answers the phone and takes your maintenance requests seriously.

My grandma has been living here for awhile and the office staff treats her so amazing! I cant stress to you enough how professional and wonderful this community is. Not to mention the price! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I use to live there. I had a lot of issues. Mostly mold. The manager Julia offered to transfer me to another apartment but they ended up letting me out of the lease. If it wasn’t for Ashley and Amber in the office I would give this place no stars. The apartments suck but the office ladies were good.

I found these townhomes on the internet and was very pleased with the pictures i saw (from website). So i gps the address to get a better look in person and MY GOD. Those pictures are the complete opposite of what i saw. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AT IT’S BEST !!!!! I would never live in a place like this. Please believe the recent reviews !!!!!!!! DON’T BE FOOLED...

I have been living here for over a year and I just signed my new lease. I really like it here. Thats why I am so surprised by some of these reviews. I mean sure there are some maintenance issues from time to time. But that is to be expected when a property is older. That is probably why the rent is so cheap here. All I care about is when I call the maintenance they come right away. There have been some bad neighbors in the past but the office and police seem to take care of it. I don;t see them anymore. The office staff has been great to me. Ashley in particular has been extremely helpful to me on multiple occasions. I think these reviews are unfair. You can tell how much the staff and maintenance care and are trying to improve the property. The location is close to my job, my school, restaurants, malls and you cant beat the lowest rent in town. The apartments are big and I have never had any kind of bugs in my apartment. I recommend this place all the time. Its perfect for anyone who doesnt want to pay crazy rent prices.

If you’re considering moving here, I HIGHLY encourage you to NOT do so. The staff seems so nice when they’re trying to get you in and once they get you in, the masks come off!! I moved here in March of 2020 & since I’ve moved in, I haven’t had proper heating or AC. This was supposed to be a “newly renovated” unit so I’m sure they knew it wasn’t working prior. Someone finally came to look at my AC in mid May and I was told we had a duct problem and there had to be parts ordered to fix it. A week or so goes by and I haven’t heard anything so I call the front office and what do you know? There was never a work order put in so now I’ve been waiting for nothing basically. Nothing in here was new except the laminate and the carpet. My used stove has went out 4 times so far & each time they take at least 2 weeks to come fix it bc I have to call multiple times bc the work order is never put in the first or second time I call. Apparently no AC or working stove is not considered an emergency maintenance issue. I have 4 small kids and a husband who works long hours so this really pisses me off. Imagine working in a hot warehouse for 12 hours then coming “home” and it’s just as hot, if not hotter. We ended up buying a window unit bc they didn’t have any to loan us and we were told we would not be reimbursed or it wouldn’t be taken out of our rent. We tried to withhold rent for the month of June until they fixed the issue and received a notice for eviction after 5 days.(we’ve never not paid our rent on time until nothing was being done about this AC situation) Getting in touch with somebody in the front office is like playing catch me if you can. I have a list of things that’s wrong like sockets that don’t work, and the “newly remodeled” bathroom is a JOKE! Whatever paint they used to paint the old bathtub is starting to peel and I can see the rust in the tub! Imagine having to bathe your kids in that. Today was the last straw when I got locked out of my bathroom and spent 3 hours trying to unlock the door due to the weird door handle and I called the front office to see if someone could come out and was told they’d have to put a work order in and theyd get to It when they could. Ridiculous!!! Luckily my husband came and was able to get it unlocked. This place is a joke... please save your yourself the time and stress.

This is a horrible place to rent I have water coming out of the kitchen wall, living room floor, and living room wall it’s been a month and a half maintenance hasn’t even came to check it. I wish I could post the pictures I have! Bugs every where and I keep my place clean nats flying all over the kitchen no pest control. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because we havent moved in yet but my experience has been so positive that I wanted to share.Honestly, I found this place by accident while apartment hunting for my daughter. Had I looked at some of the reviews I may have been scared away BUT the new management is going out of their way to make this a great community. There is a $27M investment being made in that block of University. Within Madison Grove itself, they have installed security cameras, developed a working relationship with Huntsville police to step of safety, the outside of the homes have been painted and all the units are being gutted and remodeled. There are also plans to build a pool and club house (not sure when that will happen).What really sold the place for me was Ms. Nikki! When we stopped, Ms Nikki showed us around and I have to tell you that her professionalism was noteworthy and her excitement for renovations in the townhomes and the community were absolutely contagious. You just know from talking about her that she cares and you get the sense she will be supportive while you live there. Just this week I walked a completed unit and they look FABULOUS! The paint colors, cabinets, flooring and kitchen appliances are all awesome. Everything is brand new and the price is reasonable.I was also lucky enough to meet the Regional Manager - Ms Mona who was equally as nice. Ms. Mona shared with me the future upgrades for other properties in that immediate area. No doubt in my mind that the area will blossom over the next several years.So, despite the reviews, we have let our experience with Nikki, Mona and seeing the new units be our guide and we dropped off our deposit today. I am excited for my daughter to have a beautifully renovated townhome that is affordable, managed by a great staff and central to so much Huntsville has to offer. Fully expect that after a few months I can go from 4 to 5 stars. Ill do my best to update the review in the Fall!!

I went in to look at some apartments. I requested a 3 bd flat with washer dryer hook ups. I looked at a apartment that the lady said would look exactly the same as the one I requested with washer dryer hook ups. She said it would be available soon. I was pressured into giving a deposit and was told it was refundable. I needed this apartment as soon as possible in order to get my kids in school. When I went to check on the apartment I was told the apartment would not be ready in time and needed major renovations. I was offered a town house which I did not want due to the stairs and me being a single parent how could I get furniture up and down those stairs alone due to lack of help. I requested my refund and was told it be 30 days. We had a argument over that and I did have some choice words at that point. 30 days later I call and I’m told I’m not getting no refund. I requested corporates number and was denied. This is a very unprofessional establishment. Run!!!! All they do is lie and steal. I’m a single mother of 4 and I was force to go to another complex and spent more money now they have taken my grocery funds. I warn everyone be ware of this place!!!

I would def recommend anyone to come to live at northridge. Its very family friendly and it stays very peaceful and quiet. We have never had any problems, my family and I have loved living here. Also, the staff is amazing. The girls in the office are very helpful and anytime we needed anything fixed for example, they sent someone right over. They do an amazing job in making sure everyone is okay. We def wont be moving anytime soon.

That’s unprofessional, I work in a “professional” business and if I were to act like that to any of my customers/clients, I would lose my job. Bunch of con Artists, charged basically double ($100) for an application fee of a typical rental application. I was quoted a price to move in and gave them a date once my application was filed and moneys were exchanged I recieved no follow up and had to call them myself to find out about the application.finally got to talk to a leasing agent, who then told me my price was quoted for a different date than I gave them, I knew the date I gave because I know when my lease is up in my current apartment, the representative then became snarky and told me my options were to either pay extra to move in on the date I originally gave him or not move in at all,I asked to speak with the supervisor who basically reiterated what he said, dont waste your time with these people they dont keep their promises and also dont know how to conduct business and lack professionalism.And judging from these reviews my stolen 100.00 saved me some hassle.

I have a loved one that live at these apartments and I will not speak bad about them because of what Ive heard from Outsiders but from my personal experience I was there with a loved one getting an apartment for him and I heard shots ring out and seen a man running behind the building now I know that wherever you live it will probably be some stupid people especially when you choose an apartment that lives there so I wont make my opinion based on that one experience but from what Ive heard from my loved one he have had no trouble since hes been there and its also been somewhat quiet so I really cant give a good opinion on this

Horrible experience. I called and set up an appointment for my boyfriend to view an apartment, specifying I didn’t work and lived a few hours away and wouldn’t be able to be there with him. He toured, got some questions answered and we decided to put in an application. I spoke with the assistant manager Ashleigh a few times over that weekend and mentioned the fact that I do not work, but my boyfriend’s paystubs that we submitted showed that one paycheck was 4x/rent. She told me it wouldn’t be a problem and we would hear back Monday by noon. I hadn’t heard anything by 2:00 so I called and spoke with someone else who asked if we were married. I said no. We are engaged but haven’t gotten married yet. They told me we would hear back from Ashleigh within the hour. At 3:30 I called again because Ashleigh hadn’t called me back. She told me that I had told her boss we weren’t married after she (Ashleigh) had already told her boss that we were and that we were being denied because of it. Apparently unmarried couples both have to have income, even if one half of the couple makes more than 8x the rent. I explained about the engagement and that this rule made no sense and she said she’d talk to her boss about it and call me back. The office closes at 5 pm. I called back at 5 because again Ashleigh had not called me back. She still had no answer for me. She finally got around to calling me around 5:30 (the first time in all of this mess she actually called) and told me that her boss would not bend and that we were being denied due to lack of income. Again, my boyfriend brings home $5,000-$6000 a month and this apartment was $600. Ashleigh then told me that “she wished I had just talked to her and her boss would never need to know that we weren’t married”. When I told her that it would have been nice to know that they would deny us on a factor that wasn’t listed in the ad or application but we had mentioned BEFORE spending $70 on application fees she became very confrontational and accused me to referring to him as my husband which I never did. She went from being really nice and professional to being extremely rude while I was still being polite.We weren’t denied because of lack of income. That doesn’t make sense with the paystubs that we submitted. We were denied because we weren’t married and told by the assistant manager that we should have lied on our application/any discussions with her boss.

Ive lived here for a long time. I only stayed that long because that was the last place my mom lived when she passed away. I saw management come and go. This recent staff, they have are horrible!. They wont fix anything but go up on your rent every year. My hallway stayed concrete floor for 2 years because it kept flooding. The paint on the wall was from when I moved in the years before. The vinyl wall in the bathroom kept falling off and it was a big hole in the wall behind it. And when I kept insisting to upgrade my apt to match my rent, they wouldnt allow me to renew my lease. And only gave me days to move out (over 10 years worth of stuff) And got the nerve to try to charge me an obscene amount of money because of the condition of the apt that I kept begging them to fix in the first place . And on top of that, when I try to move, they kept bad mouthing me to other apts to keep me from getting somewhere to live. Very horrible unprofessional staff. That whole neighborhood needs to be bulldozed. I would give it a -10 if it was an option.

Eh, I’ve been here for 8 months now, & I’ve heard gun shots multiple times, the people who live here sadly don’t care about what the apartments look like on the outside, throwing trash everywhere but the dumpsters.I only signed a lease here cause I was in desperate need of a home, & ASAP, rent is super cheap but the problems that come with the apartment explain why.They do have a roach problem.The only air conditioning I have is in the living room which makes the bathroom & bed room super hot but living room freezing cold.Your living room is IN your kitchen. Not much room for stuff.Just can’t wait till my lease is due.I’m gonna stay in a hotel instead of this place. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I moved in 3/1/19. Today is 3/12/19...my heat went out twice, that was awful. I had my apartment sprayed for bugs myself (paid for out of my pocket) after being told several times by front office staff...that pest control is being sent out, but they never showed up. Ashley the office clerk needs a coaching on customer service as well as how to deal with tenants and issues that their having with the units. I gave 1 star cause it’s my fault for not searching for something better than this.

I’m new in town and looking for places to live, I go inside the office let me school y’all on how to do business and be professional. When you hear or see someone walk in, you get up and greet them. Don’t yell from another room, I want to see who I’m speaking to. A great thing for business is to listen to what a guest is seeking. You don’t not cut them off multiple times to tell what you don’t have. Allow the person to finish what they have to say then you continue what you where about to say. Instead of telling a guest what you don’t have, explain what dates or your next available lease date. Off the back my impression of being in there for 2 mins tells me a lot out how you handle business. Im glad you showed me how it is off the back. That would of been a BIG mistake.

. From day one my experience here has been an awe ful one. My apartment had a major leak. They supposedly fixed the problem and now I have mold growing inside the walls and out of my air vents. It grows up my bathroom drain into the sides of my bath tub of which has chipped paint. I hate giving my kids a bath in it. My home smells of mold and mildew so bad. The apartment a are super infested with roaches. Maitnence brought a redbridge into my home when I first moved in that was Infested. Plugged it up and they all flew out. Now my apt is overloaded. The plug in the wall will not work or hold plugs. If your thinking.of renting here I would run. Dont do it plus they charge u to pay your rent and just raised rent to 650 for a dump!.

Very dangerous part of town with numerous shootings and drug dealers. They dont like to fix problems with their apartments. Examples being horrible roach and bedbug infestations everywhere, problems with a/c and heating units, and water leaks causing black mold. I would never go back or have my children in this environment. I wish that I was warned before living here. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Poor place to live! Poor management! Their grounds men have no self respect of manors! The whole places is full of drugs and viloance! The news websites will pull back multiple horror stories from shootings to staff members STEALING MONEY ORDERS for RENT! I wouldnt let my dog live in this environment let alone my children! This place was my worst expierance as a young renter, and the most scary place Ive ever lived!

If it wasnt for the staff in the office they would get a zero star rating. If you call the maintenance men for something serious like a water leak in the apartment they put you on the back burner and get to you whenever we have black mold in the apartment on our drywall and still have not had someone come to clean it up

Affordable housing. Even though a lot of children live there, its atmosphere isnt child friendly. Drugs, shootings. The apartments are mediocre at best and most building have a roach problem.

Don’t fix anything. Big Bug infestation.

The Office workers were easy to deal with, the prices are great, and I like my apartment!!!* Its not expensive, but the rooms are large, the paint is fresh & I like the vinyl floor downstairs. All in all- if u have some poor credit, this is a great place to get an apartment!!!*

Edit: Run fast and run far. This place has been under other names and many different managements. Spend the same or a little more, because I see the 3 bedroom townhouse I lived in not too long ago is now at least $200 more a month. 100% not worth it.The staff generally arent the problem, though they have proven to be inconsistent. You never really know what youre going to get. The best way to see any results was in writing and referencing legal codes.The flooding from the way they did the pipes in the utility closet got under the kitchen vinyl, and no one ever followed up, even after being reminded, to treat for mold.People regularly drove through the yards so much I couldnt let my child play outside. My partner took the trash out and walked around the building wearing headphones and nearly got hit by a car. The residents also enjoy the ye olde past time of throwing trash AT the dumpsters rather than in it, or just letting it fall off their cars into the streets, and just saying to hell with it on occasion and setting the whole dumpster on fire.Ive had a neighbor growing in his apartment who got busted. Their tiny little dog chewed a hole THROUGH THE WALL and wandered around my apartment and destroyed some stuff. The next guy who lived there beat his wife and dog. The current neighbor smokes pot and cigarettes all the time and management never does anything about it, despite these being non smoking units and all of us having respiratory issues. They also run an illegal daycare.Love the sound of 3-5 screaming children at 2am? Who doesnt!!Maybe management doesnt do anything because the manager has been SHOT on the premise before. I dont know. A more selective and thorough application and interview process would definitely perk up the quality, instead of taking any old trash that blows in off the street.If youd love to have a washer dryer hook up, this is the place! Theyll tell you that youre all set for installation, but then youll buy the machines and have to reschedule the installation because management lied to you. And when they do fix the issue, the jerry rigging is so janky it floods the apartment. Swell!Their idea of touching up the painting is really slinging paint everywhere. Painted tub bottom, painted counter top, painted knobs and handles. Classy! Youll also have a lot of construction debris in random places. Have fun cleaning!As a bonus, even when you pay rent early on a regular basis, youll still get an eviction notice all because THEY changed THEIR systems and cant keep up with where their money is.GREAT PLACE! 0/5 stars!! 10/10 would not do again!

This is absolutely the most terrible apartment complex I have ever lived in. Everything is run down, they have a bug problem and they are money hungry. DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS. You will regret it.

Went into the office today to ask about renting a 2 bdrm apartment as a possible new tenant and a lady yelled from one of the rooms asking what I needed. Once I yelled back that I was looking for a 2 bdrm she called out for me to step into the 1st office on my right which I thought was unprofessional but went in anyway. Then she gave me a brochure with the bedrooms and pricing info and deposit then told me of the current May special and that was it. She wasnt rude or nice or friendly she was extremely emotionless and dry with no warmness at all as if she could care less if they rented apartments or helped people out at all. And unfortunately one person can speak to the tone of the full staff upon first impression. I guess I will be going back to follow up with a different property. Im willing to pay an extra $50/mth for quality and professionalism. Now I see why the reviews are so low.

Hi Im Darius Daniels and I have been staying at northridge for almost a year and I have immensely enjoyed my stay. The servicea provided here are impecable and the friendly atmosphere gives the place an extra boost

The staff (Latoya and Jimmy especially) are amazing here and they really do their best to make their residents happy. However, the company that took over the month before we moved ( summer 2014) out was AWFUL! I got an eviction notice on my door because I got a service dog (who I had LEGAL paperwork for by the way). They new management company posted the eviction notice on the door while I was moving my stuff out anyway, since a few days before the new owner told me I had to because of my dog (I found this to be the funniest part). When I confronted the new management company rep about it, she politely told me to go **** myself and deal with it. After all of this, the new management company recently had the nerve to submit my eviction to collections even though it was an illegal eviction (Ill fight it and win, simply because I have the paperwork in order and the note from my doctor). That new company is a joke and will try to screw people any which way they can. They need to sit their crooked selves down in a hole somewhere and let Latoya and Jimmy run the whole thing their way, it wouldve been a much better place to live!

The most horrible place too call a home, if I can give them -0 I would. STAY AWAY!

Went on vacation for a week and MF were staying in my house when I got back.the office was notified and of course they did nothing....if its your first time renting dont do it suffer and pay that extra 100 or 200 somewhere else it aint worth a dime

Bad neighborhood! High crime rate...dangerous place to live! My advice to you if you need a place to live...pass this one up!
