My Husband and I just recently moved here from California and we love it! Our apartment is great and The upcoming renovations to the property look very nice! The property is very pretty, well kept, and we love all the amenities for us and our little dog! The process of moving here was super smooth and Corderro and Cybonea at the office are super helpful and great with making sure the residents are happy. Maintenance is also very on top of things! We look forward to coming home everyday, thank you Gravity at 255 staff!

Nice enough place to live but beware that move-out fees are insane. We were charged for things no other apartment has ever charged us for before. We left the place cleaner than when we moved in, yet we had to pay for deep cleaning.

So I had a number of maintenance issues this last week or two (sink wouldnt drain, toilet wouldnt fill after flushing, microwave door broke,, AC wouldnt work) and both Gwendolyn and Steven came to help. They were very nice and efficient. The reason this review isnt 5 star is because all those things failed in the first place.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We have officially been here just over a week and can say this has been the easiest, delightful move we have ever encountered. (We’ve moved a lot between my husband and I for work and both equally despise the moving process). Due to the circumstances of Covid-19 and us having to move to the Huntsville area for work we were dreading the process of getting into an apartment. The Bridgewater staff went above and beyond to make us feel stress free and welcomed. They offered us virtual tours of the different apartments, and were completely transparent about all fees and what was needed to complete the process. Everything was completed online and in an extremely timely manner. The staff has been absolutely wonderful to work with and you can tell that they truly are here for their residents. The apartment is beautiful and the community is quiet. We can’t wait for this “social distancing” stuff to fade out so we can enjoy this wonderful community with our neighbors! We will definitely recommend this place to anyone and have no doubt that we will continue to have such pleasant experiences in our stay here!

I contacted the leasing to inquire about an one-bedroom unit. I informed the leasing agent that I was relocating from out of state therefore, I would not be able to do an in-person tour of the complex. I requested a virtual tour or to have a recording of the unit email to me. I was told a video of the unit would be sent to me and an email answering my questions. I never received an email so 2-days later, I called again making the same request, yet again Im promised a video that I will never receive. Unfortunately, after my third request, I gave up hope of receiving any video from the leasing office.

Best place I have ever lived. The apartments and location is beautiful, the gated aspect keeps it very safe and quiet. I love their website that allows you to pay rent and handle all your business online if you prefer.Their staff is amazing. All of my requests have been taken care of in less than a few hours (although I havent had many issues). When you go in make sure you ask for Kaylee! I have had positive experiences with all of them, but she has been amazing and has continued to be helpful even after moving in.

We love living at Bridgewater! We had a bad experience at a previous apartment and really wanted somewhere safe, reliable and pretty to live. We absolutely love it here. It’s safe, we have great neighbors, the maintenance workers are kind and quick to respond, and the office staff are helpful, friendly and really care about us. The apartments and facilities are clean. I don’t usually write reviews but I can’t recommend Bridgewater enough!

Im a very picky person, but this is easily the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. The ONLY reason I left is because I accepted a job out of state. I loved my time at Bridgewater - probably the most beautiful apartment Ive lived in. Never had a problem with bugs, maintenance issues were always addressed promptly, and apartments were reasonably priced! Its super quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Loved the staff, theyre always willing to go above and beyond to help you out. I will miss it there, my apartment was so homey and cute. Pool is gorgeous, too, but I never got to use it.

I lived in Bridgewater for the 10 months that I was on contract out in Huntsville, AL. This is one of the best apartment communities that I have stayed in, and especially at its price. Though the price is higher than that of other Huntsville apartments, the value is what makes it worthwhile. The staff are friendly and try to get to know you if you’re around long enough, and the amenities are great.Great pool/grill area. Well kept fitness center. Convenient car wash station, tennis court, and dog park. All of my neighbors were very friendly as well. The only cons to my expectations, that I can think of, are human factors that can’t be avoided, such as incompatible neighbors.

Nice place with good amenities. Front office does fun activities for renters sometimes. The streets are a little dark. WARNING! If you plan to move early you have to pay back the discount they give you every month (AND an extra months rent) which adds up. Sadly, this has left a sour taste in my mouth for the complex and I do not recommend.

A fantastic place to live in the Huntsville Area. I lived here for a year during my internship, and I have seen some changes in management. However, I did not have any problems that they were not willing to solve promptly. The 1 and 2 bedrooms are spacious, and the area is quiet. Its location was also perfect for me. Its close to Kroger, Walmart, many shopping areas, and Cummins Research Park. Overall, fantastic place to live.

The apartments are beautiful! My roommates and I were recommended by a friend and he didnt disappoint :) The staff is super friendly and helpful, and when we submit a maintenance request, its handled quickly! Also, the pool is super nice! Its saltwater and a good size - not so small that you cant swim, but small enough to be warm even when its more on the chilly side outside~ The only complaints I have are the neighbors upstairs having children who like to stomp and make our lights flicker and the ants in the kitchen - but the child isnt the apartments fault and the ants will hopefully be gone when the bug man comes. But on the bright side, its really close to University, UAH, the Arsenal, and 565! You can get anywhere super fast. Its also pet-friendly, which is good for my cat! Overall, its a fantastic place to live and Im really happy to be leasing here - a college kids dream first apartment! Thank you Bridgewater

I loved living here! The maintenance staff was very friendly and they were always willing to help. If I had to list a con it would be my neighbor leaving trash out for valet trash 24/7 rather than the set times (annoying and disgusting). The gym is decent but the saltwater pool is amazing! I would definitely recommend Bridgewater to live, Ive always felt safe living there. Also, the rent prices are pretty good too, especially for location!

Ive been living at Bridgewater for about 7 months now. I moved to Huntsville, AL from Florida and I absolutely love it. I was really worried about not knowing anyone in town and relocating for a job but the office staff made it so easy. I really love that they live on site and they are just so friendly. It must be that southern charm. They even sent me a thank you note after I moved in. I also really enjoy that dog park because I have a small weenie dog that was having a hard time adjusting to the move. He gets time to run around and meet other dogs on the grounds. I also really like the valet waste system as well. I dont even have to bring my trash out! I will be renewing in the next several months for sure until I decide on if I am buying a house.

I enjoyed living in Bridgewater when I first moved there. Over time management changed...Management began to treat my family & other tenants like trash. The management staff is very snobby & over - reactive on small petty issues. Look at the prior google comments and see what other people have had to say. left Bridgewater I stayed at another property. It was like comparing night and day. The apartments itself in complex are pre-fabricated, and cheaply made. Look elsewhere in Huntsville for decent housing. The management has turned this place from a decent place to live to a nightmare. I highly recommend you shop around. For the money they charge there are much nicer communities and much better apartments in Huntsville. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Been living here for over a year. Easy commute to work, gym, and shopping, and now a new Publix right across the road. Only issue was a busted water pipe two floors above me, but staff was on the scene immediately and everything was resolved and cleaned up quickly. No real damage done and everything was handled smoothly by management, at no cost to me.

Besides the constant and loud construction that takes place literally feet away from our building, there are constantly loose dogs (all large breeds specifically pit bulls) running freely all around the premises, and in the time I have lived here there have been three strings of car break ins that I know of. The gates dont do much good when you can literally walk right around them as there is no fence or anything stopping you from entering if you really wanted to. (Specifically talking about the back entrance.) The level of crime and suspicious activity that I am aware of has left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable and fearful. There are people walking around late at night in the dark and leave me feeling very anxious while waking my dog. The fact that my car was one that was broken into just adds to my feeling violated and unsafe. Our neighbors car was broken into and a gun was stolen! I feel as though these are residents that have gotten very comfortable with sweeping the parking lots late at night on the weekends. I never see a police car regularly patrolling the area, which I wish happened on a constant and frequent basis. At first, I really was proud in thinking I had found a truly wonderful and safe establishment to live in, but over time it has become increasingly unsafe and off-putting. Although the staff is very nice, not much action has been done in ensuring the peace of mind and safety of their tenants. When I walk my dog early in the mornings and later in the evenings, I am always on edge. As a matter of fact, one of the maintenance men who previously worked for these apartments lived in a unit, and as I was walking my dog, his dog ran right out of his apartment and attacked my dog! He apologized and that was about it. My dog was injured and I was traumatized because of this incident. We have walked upon many loose pitbulls just running freely. The gates are always broken, and serve no purpose as there isnt even a fence enclosing the complex.

Ive lived at Bridgewater Apartments for almost 2 years now and I can say without a doubt this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Love living here!! Staff is awesome. Its quite and well maintained. Not a lot of kids running around. My only complaint is all the dog poop every where and the complex really has no solution to the problem. Use to walk the property but stopped because there is so much poop every where. If they cant control it then they should at least be on top of the clean up of the property so that people who dont have dogs do not have to deal with this nasty and unhealthy situation. Another constant issue is the gates. It is suppose to be a gated community but the gates are not working half the time, but it is the best gated community I have seen in the Huntsville area. A new system needs to be thought about in reference to the gates.

From day one nothing but problems. The other night there were gun shots. Theres a growing drug problem. On site officer.... Useless. Gated community hardly. Gates are constantly broken and open. Never mind the fact the entire property you can easily walk into from the road. The garbage collection company employees are nothing but wanna be thugs. Watch them carefully. If your looking for a nice gated community, look elsewhere. This place is over priced and going downhill.

Best apartment I have ever lived in. Every apartment complex has its issues, but Bridgewater has fewer problems than most. Management was very helpful and understanding when we had concerns. Overpriced for what it is. The security gate is a joke I have seen countless people just drive in behind another car. I moved into Bridgewater Apartments June of 2011. At first everything seemed great! People were pleasant and the office personnel seemed very kind and courteous. The neighborhood was very quiet and laid back. Dogs were on leashes and it was the best 850 bucks I have spent on a apartment. Unfortunately, things moved downhill very quickly. The complex posted a letter on my door one day that there were going to be workers present the next day installing some sort of piping in the front closet and utility room of my unit. The next evening, I get home from work around 10:30pm and my door was left WIDE open, lights on, air rolling at 71 degrees, and a copy of my keys to my door sitting on top of the fire alarm right under my unit number outside of the door!! Not to mention the carpet was tore up in the front closet, and black stains all over the carpet where they had walked in and out. To top it all off, my brand new front loader dryer had dents on top from where the workers stood up on it to install piping!!! When I called the office to inform them, their best response was they are a contractor and things happen like this! WHAT??? They ended up fixing the closet carpet and gave me the inspection sheet back to write down the stains that were there. When I moved out this past July I turned my keys into manager, thanked her and went on my way. She called me 2 days later and said everything was ok and the apartment looked great! Then she calls me 2 more days after that and says they found pet stains in carpet???? Um, I didnt have a animal lady! She said I was going to be responsible for paying the carpet cleaning bill that was over 200 bucks! I asked to see pictures or proof of these so called stains but no one could show me anything. To make a long story short, after speaking to her manager, I gave up, handed her a check, and left just to be done with it. I figured it cost me 200 bucks to get rid of them. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. People walk around the neighborhood all hours through the night. Loud crotch rockets with loud exhaust are ridden around the complex late at night over and over again. Management started handing out letters stating there had been alot of break ins in the area and to make sure you lock your doors. Too much money is paid each month to have to deal with the lack of professionalism of the management there. PLEASE, feel free to email me and I will be glad to give you more information on this apartment complex. I have 2 friends that live there and are counting down the days to get out:) Best of luck!

Ive lived in several places, and Bridgewater is the nicest place that Ive ever called home. Staff has been more than helpful and courteous to any of my requests or needs. There is absolutely no tenant theater, which was my reason for leaving two other places that Ive lived. The grounds are gorgeous, and the valet trash pickup is now something I dont think I can live without. I dont miss putting my trash bag on the back of my car and driving to a dumpster that smells like a crime scene.I work from home and Im rarely interrupted by any other residents or staff and find the campus to be very quiet and peaceful. The windows work well (not the crummy kind that you can completely detach from the window and then not get back on) and keep my utility bill well below my expectations. I didnt think Id like the particular location as Im from South Huntsville and have grown accustomed to the geography there, but have quickly learned that I have to use only one red light to get to virtually any/everything I need. This includes almost every single kind of restaurant you can think of.Feel free to email me any questions or whatever- Im at my computer all day.

I gotta say, when I moved out here from S. HSV, I was little worried about how Id get by. I mean, everythings so much bigger and busier and just crazier. However, Bridgewater makes everything so worth it! I love love love the staff, but more importantly, I LOVE MY APARTMENT. It is so nice! Everything is new and updated and theres no popcorn ceilings and the walls are all painted with textures. Seriously. Like, if I was a bachelor I would be having a party all the time. (Im neither a bachelor, nor a guy though). Not that I recommend parties, and none of my neighbors have crazy parties either. Its a really super quiet community. And the whole gate thing people keep complaining about? I have never felt better about a gate keeping out the bad guys than I do in this complex. A+++++ recommend to anyone!
