We are so impressed by L& F Services.We have used them a couple of times and plan on using them forever. Scotty is so thorough in checking all systems,and always finding the problem the first time.Jason the manager always follows up making sure everything turns out right.When I call into the office…Toshia always answers the phone friendly and helpful.

After coming back from a weeks vacation, we found out the hard way that our heat pump decided to take a vacation, too. Being a Sunday afternoon in early August, I was afraid I would find no HVAC companies available that day. The gentleman on call picked up quickly and was able to come out that evening to troubleshoot the heat pump. He quickly found the problem and was able to fix the issue on the spot.The technician was professional and thorough. If I have another heat pump problem, I will not hesitate to contact this company again.

This Heating and Air is by far and I mean far better than any service that I have ever received from any service provider this company was polite did exactly what they said they would. Tai, Toshia has world class customer service any question I asked they answered.I had a warranty issue and they help me through it. Scottie& Jason my techs did an amazing Job They were very professional any question I ask they answered as far as Im concern no other Heating and Air company exist. if you want great service this is the company to use. I will definitely be using this company from now on Thanks L&F you guys are amazing!

I have used L&F Services to perform an annual performance check-up on my HVAC since purchasing my home several years ago. I told my next-door neighbor about them, and she also started using them. Jason has always been very professional, knowledgeable and personable, and a pleasure to deal with. L&N has always responded quickly to my service calls, and their prices have always been reasonable.A couple of months ago, lightning ran in on my house, and the HVAC system took a hit. I called L&F and they came out to check it, determining it had been struck by lightning. Jason prepared the paperwork for my insurance company to either repair it or replace it. Thankfully, they decided to replace it.On the day the installers came out, I pulled my car out of the garage and parked it at the curb in front of my house in case I had to leave while they were working. (My HVAC unit is next to the garage, and I didn’t want to disturb the installers.)Jason came by as the installers were finishing up. He and I spoke for a few minutes before he left. I walked through my home to find out what the status was for the installation team, and they were GONE. None of them said a word to me, they just left, leaving my back doors open. WHY???When I moved my car around to park it in my garage, the garage door would only go up part-way. After trying everything I could think of to get the door to open, I parked it next to the house, and called a garage door repair service. Their service technician came out the next morning, walked in my garage and turned the lock handle on the door. It opened perfectly. I told him that I had a new HVAC unit installed the previous day, and that the only people at my house were the installers and myself. When I asked if the handle locking the garage door could have been bumped accidentally, he said those handles were stiff and could not be turned by an accidental bump. It cost me an $85 service fee to get the garage door handle turned.Granted, I cannot prove in a court of law that one of the installers turned the garage door handle, but since they and myself were the only people HERE…!A couple of weeks later, I noticed two brown spots on my living room ceiling. My brother was a home builder, so I asked him what could cause it. He told me it could be caused by a few things, including a roof leak or a leak from the HVAC system. I contacted some handymen I have hired on numerous occasions to repair things in m house. They went up in my attic and there was a wet spot where part of the duct work ended. They told me that that probably caused the spots on my ceiling. They also checked to see if there was a roof leak above that area but found no evidence of one. That trip cost me $65.I had my carpet cleaned in May. After the installers left, there were spots that looked like mud that had been tromped in on my carpet on the bottom of work boots. HOW difficult is it to wipe your feet? My mother would have had our heads if we didn’t wipe our feet before going in someone’s home! I haven’t had my carpet recleaned, but that will be another $110.I’ve made several calls regarding these issues, with the exception of the muddy carpet. Someone came out over a week ago regarding the spots on my ceiling. He said he didn’t see anything in the attic that would have caused it, and that Jason would have to come out. I’ve called since then and am still waiting.I know L&N is extremely busy. Jason told me that he hasn’t been home before 8:00 in almost two weeks. However, they have $7,218 from me. I, too, need help.Garage Door: $ 85.00Handyman: 65.00Carpet: 110.00TOTAL: $260.00Out-of-pocket expenses associated with my new HVAC installation – according to ME!

Jason came out to our house to and he was by far the best person ever. He went above and beyond What he was there for. He helped us out because we are in a situation and needed heat. I will definitely be referring anyone I know to yall. Thank you again for coming out and give Jason a high 5 for the Hall family 💜

They came out to do a tune up on my system to make sure it was working properly for winter. I had forgotten the heat quit working in the spring. They diagnosed it quickly and fixed it in a timely manner. I would reccomend this company for any of your heating and cooling needs.

When our heat went out . Scottie came out right away to check it out and he answered all of our questions. And then he came back today and started changing the unit and didnt leave till all was done and I would call him again if I ever have any more trouble. And will tell others. Thanks again for your help.

I called these guys and they came out to fix my unit. Jeremy was very helpful and informative on all the questions I had about what he was doing. Having an older unit he walked me through the process of what they could do to fix it and upon. asking explained the benefits of the newer units He gave me time to consider and after going over the offers of other companies I found it to be a much better deal to get a new unit through these guys. I am extremely happy with their service and will absolutely be a customer from here on out.

Jason was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to ensure our A/C was back up and running. He has even checked in with us to make sure everything is still running days after finishing. Definitely recommend Jason to anyone!

Honestly, the best bunch of guys ever!!My capacitor went out on my A/C on what had to be the hottest day of the year. They came right out and fixed me up. Suggested a routine clean to keep things running smoothly until it was time to replace my old units.Had them come out a few days later and the Air flowed cooler and stronger!!Had to call them out because one of the bearings in the motor cause a loud noise and was waking the neighbors. He set up shop at 11pm and didn’t leave until Job was complete!! Who is friendly on a service call at 11pm??? Jason MGR at L&F!!Honest, worth the cost, knowledgeable and friendly!I’ll be using them for the rest of my life!
