Called in and within a minute or so of hanging up, had a return call from Chris, and within 12 minutes of calling, he was on his way. Great service, especially for a weekend call! Will definitely use again.

Taylor and Chris came out and quickly diagnosed my issues, they were both great at figuring out what was going on, and they were both very professional. Came out on short notice call. Turned out our contact was worn down. Chris came out and got to work immediately. Was very personable and we had a great conversation while he was working. He was done in less than 30 minutes. We joked that writing the invoice took longer than the service!Definitely recommend to anyone for HVAC work. :-D

I am extremely pleased that we hired Chris at HHC. He discovered we lost all of our AC coolant. After some testing he found a leak in the coil. Instead of trying to sell me a new unit, he made a phone call to the manufacturer and discovered my system was still under warranty! I was given daily status while parts were being shipped, and Chris and his assistant Taylor had me up and running as soon as the new coil arrived. I would recommend HHC to anyone who wants quality, enthusiastic service at a reasonable price. Chris, you are the man!

Responded to my call immediately and set up an appointment time. Called when they were on their way and were very professional and friendly. Explained to me everything they were looking at and doing the whole time. System has been working like a charm since then and I felt they cared for my family like their own not just like a job. I was extremely impressed by the work of Chris Hayden. I called at 8:00 pm after not having working air conditioner all day and an hour later he was here fixing the unit. By 10 o’clock my central unit was working as good as new! Very fair prices and great service. I will be using this company for my future heating & cooling service needs and would recommend to everyone I know.

Honesty and integrity is all I have ever received from Chris and his employees at Huntsville Heating and Cooling. The other day my mothers split unit stoped working and he showed up in a timely fashion and got right to work with no problem. Called when air conditioning failed this morning and Chris advised me that I had 2 calls in front of me and then he would be out. By early afternoon, he was there and repaired the unit. Set the expectation and was true to his word. Very satisfied. Will use again!

AC went out and Chris moved the fan wire, when asked to show me exactly what he moved, he responded with Really? Its hot up there and reluctantly showed me. Five minutes after paying an hours rate the AC was back off. Chris told me the refrigeration was good after putting his hand on the line. However a follow up HVAC tech came and found the refrigerant low by 25lbs. Save your money and time and keep looking.

Chris has always been a great person to deal with. I recently had a problem with my heat pump, he met me after work on Friday afternoon and fixed the problem. Afterwards he followed up with me to make sure the system was working as it should. I dont know many businesses that work late on a Friday or actually follow up with the customer.

There are HVAC companies that will send a salesman out dressed up like a tech. Then there is Chris from Huntsville Heating and Cooling.Chris came out on Labor Day. I called and spoke with an answering service, Chris called me within a few minutes. Minutes later he was here. He fixed the problem.The last HVAC person that came out was reluctant to work on it since it was so old. He piddles around a few minutes, then was insistent on replacing the entire system. Also recommended a bi-annual service contract. BTW, he didn’t fix the problem.3 - takeaways from this ordeal. 1 - HVAC is not DIY, hire a professional. 2 - Chris with Huntsville Heating and Cooling is a professional, my issues were fixed, timely and at a reasonable rate. He never asked me for a service contract, never mentioned replacing the system. Honest man. 3 - Call him first.

The owner Chris Hayden called from his personal number, which I did not recognize and as a result did not initially answer. So he calls back 15 minutes later, I answer, he immediately says and I quote This is Chris with ... I called you to see if you are home to fix your ac i apologized, then told him why i didnt answer initally... He then says well, Im not going to keep calling you, you need to answer the phone, are you going to be home in the next 30 mins? I paused, 🤔 like umm ok, and told him Id be here... so the guy arrives... Comes into my house, kids are just arriving from school as well and Im on the phone with the utility company trying to sort out our bill details, as well answering his questions about where the ac units and thermostats are located... i tell him...and then advise him to let me know when hes ready to go out back so i can let our dog in... he checks our breaker box, looks at thermostat downstairs, and then goes upstairs... literally 5 mins later look up and the guy is gone... i call him back and ask if he figured out what was wrong and if they ever went out back bc he never told me to bring the dog in... This guy literally goes into a full blown rant yelling No! Im declining the repair, evidently you dont want your unit fixed! Youre too busy on the phone and never let the dog in! I was like excuse me? All you had to say is maam we are ready to go out back... He yells again! We have other appointments! Im declining the repair! I dont have time to wait for you! I was literally on the phone 7 mins total and probably 5mins of it was within the time he arrived here... Dude is rude, and should not deal with customers at all... I will never recommend him to anyone... if i can find a way to post pictures Im going to post screenshots... I cant make this up. Who talks to people that way?

Absolutely horrible customer service. Chris, the owner doesn’t want to repair duct work. It is a free country and he doesn’t have to do anything, but I’d appreciate a nicer way of saying no. Upsetting a customer is not a good way to show you care.

I had a heating emergency in single digit weather, and Chris came out the same day and fixed the problem quickly, for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!
