20+ yr. old central A/C stopped cooling. Called Thursday afternoon, very courteous and informative tech showed up 9:30 Friday morning, diagnosed low coolant and refilled system (2.5 lbs. in a 3 ton unit) Also recommended that if this happens again in less than a year, I should think about replacing it. Already was thinking that this was going to be the solution right now and was glad to hear I can put that off for awhile.

I cannot say enough about Huntsville Air Conditioning Inc. My a/c unit would not cool below 79°. I called HAC yesterday afternoon and Brian showed up shortly after that. He determined that the coil needed to be replaced due to a leak. He put a temp charge on the unit, ordered the part and one of his crews came by today and did an absolute amazing job installing a new coil. . Very knowledgeable and HONEST! My outside unit was making a loud noise. I phoned around 8:30am and fortunately they were available. Service Reps, Trey and Shaun showed up about an hour and half later. Both were very courteous and conscientious taking time to check everything. What I thought was going to be $$$ was nothing to worry about. They checked everything in and out. Trey informed me that the unit may need some repairs in the future but not anything urgent. Without getting technical, they fixed the noise problem and checked everything out. I am so happy that our neighbor referred us to Huntsville Air Conditioning. Also, the receptionist/appointment setter was very cheerful and polite! I highly recommend this AC company!

The best experience I’ve had with an air conditioning company. They came out to diagnose the issue and determined that the 25yr compressor had finally gone bad. I had asked Brian to quote me 3 different options( good, better, best). Brian was able to get the price where we needed it, so we ended up picking the better option. They were out here the next day and had it installed in less than half a day. Night and day difference. They were professional, quick and cleaned up after themselves. They even went the extra mile to seal up the joints in the Sheetrock below the unit to keep it from sucking up any unfiltered air!! I recommend you give them a call for any of your air conditioning needs!!!

After I saw 5 stars reviews here I decided to call and check it out, The guy arrived and told my tenet that the unit need to be replace. To me on the phone he told that just need to change few parts. I asked how much is for the parts and labor? Is $1000 parts and $400 labor. So after I didn’t trust this guy anymore I called to another AC guy and he arrived and fix the problem in 10min and charge me $125 . However the company charged me $89 for the “visit” and to Liad to me. Think twice before you use there service. And BTW the woman on the phone not really care to serve you. She probably have pillow at the office.

Have been using Huntsville Air Conditioning for past 5 years servicing the air conditioning on an older home we purchased and remodeled. Now we have replaced an older Trane System with a new Trane System.Huntsville AC was very professional in the new system install. They came in the day scheduled on time in mid summer and made sure I had the AC back for the night. They did what they said they would do. Very happy with the service.

Brian and his crew were incredibly efficient. They came in early and worked straight through the day to get the job done. We had a completely new system put in. They added returns and a new duct, and there were no issues at all whatsoever. My favorite part of the whole experience was how clean they left the place. Also they were super pleasant. Our old Freon air conditioners were replaced with high quality Trane units and touchscreen WiFi thermostats, and we are enjoying using an app to adjust the temperature in our three different zones. Working with Brian Bennett and Huntsville Air Conditioning is probably the best experience Ive had working with an HVAC company. Every step of the process was very professional. Some examples: 1) taking accurate measurements of my home to determine the proper sizing of the equipment. Found that my current system was oversized by 1 ton. 2) suggested a different layout for the indoor equipment in the attic which resulted in more efficient air flow, 3) provided a top of the line Trane variable speed system which is extremely efficient and way more comfortable than my single-speed system, 4) offered 0% financing, 5) responded quickly and courteously to my questions, 5) added new return vents for more even air distribution, and 6) did an expert job of installing and setting up the equipment. There was not one hiccup or one miscommunication. I am extremely happy with my new variable speed Trane heat pump system and I am saving a lot of money on electricity as well. Will definitely use Huntsville Air Conditioning again and am recommending them to my friends.

My ac stopped blowing cold on a very hot and humid day. I knew there would be a substantial wait for service because of the weather and others in front of meWhen I called,Miss Kathy said shed send someone today but couldnt provide a time.I was beyond surprised and excited when Brian showed up maybe 20 minutes later .He was able to identify the problem AND fix it in less than a half hour !!!My grandson was excited that the air was fixed (hes 4) and made Brian a mini paper airplane... When our AC went out after a lightening strike, Huntsville AC came out that night and ran the diagnostic. They were able to locate the problem and get the part ordered, and fixed the next day. I have a Trane unit and the local installer is no longer a Trane dealer. This causes issues when ordering parts. After my air conditioner went out late Monday evening, I called Huntsville Air Conditioning early Tuesday morning. Eric promptly came out, and from the moment he looked at the system, it was apparent he knew and understood Trane units and their communication systems. My problem ended up being a minor issue with the electrical disconnect but the entire time Eric answered my questions and we discussed minor maintenance that I could perform myself. Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism and honesty from Huntsville Air Conditioning and should I have another issue with my Trane system, I will not hesitate to call them back out.
