He looked everything over so thoroughly and detailed everything in writing and in photos. He showed up exactly when he said he would and was very respectful of my house and property. I would never recommend anyone to this company. Money hogger and Negative Rating on Customer Service. Better grow up in the industry if you need to survive because by fooling and cheating you can never expand or run in a long race. How can you even think of forcing a service which is not intended or required?? How can you expect your service guy to be on a phone with you and do service for every single step on phone..? pathetic service..
