I was rushed through out the whole service. I understand that they were busy, but I am still paying for a service and except quality. My nails were chipping not even 3 hours after I got the service. This was my first time here and definitely my last.

This place was recommended by a lot of my friends, so I decided to give it a try. Needless to say it was my worst experience ever. First time and last time, I will go back to my other salon even though it’s farther of a drive. I had to wait longer than my appointment time. While trying to have a relaxing day at the salon, well it was not relaxing at all. I went in to get a dip powder on my nails: massage was rough and not relaxing, Holly rushed through the hand massage. As far as my nails, they don’t look professionally done. She clipped the skin around my nail and it’s painful the day after. The nail filing to shape nail are uneven, some of my nails are curved, some straight. The nail art is not professionally displayed. This place is not recommended and it’s the worst service I have ever experienced.

Made an appointment for a dip manicure and no chip pedicure with someone else. Someone at the front desk told me too go to the back for my pedicure first. I sat in a chair with water for almost 40 minutes after the start of my appointment before someone even started to remove my polish. By the time I was on cuticles the person I was with finished their appointment for their manicure. I continued onto my dip appointment which was fine, and checked out then left. Overall, no point in making an appointment if you are going to make the people who do wait almost an hour after to start. The polish itself was fine, but you can pay the same thing somewhere else to get the same quality.

Always enjoy my time while I’m there. enjoy feeling pampered. Nancy does a wonderful job doing my pedicures every time. So glad I found this nail salon.

Basic manicure was less than par. Polish was not brought to the bottom of nails, which I didnt notice until I was in a better light than at salons! In two days I removed the polish. Manicurist was continually interrupted to answer the salons phone. Very disappointed with interaction with manicurist. She mostly communicated with other stylists. Busy salon! Maybe just my bad luck.

First time here they did a great job! Friendly and very clean. I did dip for the first time wasnt sure about the color I picked but it really turned out great! Will definitely return. They do get busy and it took 2 hours for mani and pedi but that just shows the quality they give their customers.

I went here to get a manicure and pedicure. My pedicure went very well. My manicure was rough, I asked to not cut my nails, then they were cut too short. I asked for tips because I was doing dip, they “forgot” to put tips after bring it up multiple times. The nails themselves are beautiful but the service was not the best.

Posh Nail Bar, is very clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Ken the nail tech was very friendly and their staff makes you feel welcome. Holly did my eyebrows and she too is very nice! Love Posh Nail Bar!! This was my first time there and will not be my last!!!

I was here 2 weeks ago and received a manicure by some guy. I was not very impressed but left . I go to a different salon today and as they were taking my polish off they found FUNGUS. I was so upset. I am NOT happy because I wasted 55$ on a manicure for one nail to fall off after about 9 days and mold growing on my other finger . As far as the women go, I cant speak for them. But definitely dont get your nails done by the guys. Either the instruments are not properly cleaned or he did not apply my nails right, leaving them them to lift and trap water inside of them.

Anna and the rest of the group did an amazing job today!! I had an appointment for a manicure and it was wonderful! They then all made time to fit in my last minute decision to have a pedicure and eyebrow wax too. They were WONDERFUL!! Will definitely be back and will be referring anyone who asks.

I switched to posh nails a few months ago and couldn’t be happier, I have only seen ken and he’s been great. Takes his time to make sure it’s done great, also really nice to talk to! Clean and calm.

It was my first ever pedicure, and it was great. Really enjoyed it!

I had an appointment for a dip manicure and when I arrived, the salon was busy. Apparently having an appointment means nothing because they asked what I was there for, and I had to wait. Two other customers were experiencing the same thing, waiting while having an appointment. The tech (Holly) was rude and quite rushed, I asked her to cut my nails down a bit and she gruffly FILED one hand only. The finished manicure was awful, very rough around the nail edges and the polish was all over my fingers. I asked about it and she said, wash your hands. After washing hands several times and a shower the next morning, I still had polish on my fingers. I was not happy so I called and was told by Anna to come in on Saturday at 9:30 and they would re-do my manicure. I asked specifically if they would take off polish and start over, and she said yes. I showed up at 9:30 on Saturday and Holly very rudely told me that if my nails were messed up, it was because I did something wrong. A man who was also working said Anna was not there and they refused to honor what shed said would be done. He told me to make an appointment the next week and someone would fix my nails. (not start over, like I was promised). Both he and Holly were very rude, I was so shocked that any service business would speak to a customer like they spoke to me. They also spoke in another language to each other about my situation in front of me, which is one of the rudest things anyone can do. If you choose to use this salon, beware. An appointment time means nothing, be prepared to spend hours for a manicure and/or pedicure. One customer walked out after her mani (she also had an appt for a pedi), but 2.5 hours had gone by and she couldnt continue to wait. With nail salons on every corner, I would think service and quality would be important to maintain repeat customers, but not at Posh Nails in Huntley.

This is my new go to nail salon. Super clean, great ambiance and they took their time doing my pedicure. Usually when you go they rush through it but they took their time. I had the lemon pedicure I believe the last few times. It was excellent, they play nice relaxing music. The staff is so great and friendly; I won’t go anywhere else now to get my nails done.

Great nail place reasonably priced. They remember your name and treat you like a friend. They work very hard to fit you in for emergencies.

So, I stopped in for the first time for a hot stone pedicure... The pedicure itself wasnt bad. What I didnt like is I had 3 different techs do my pedicure & one of which I dont believe was even certified. I had one tech start, second tech (questionably certified) do the stone massage & one tech paint my nails. The questionable tech was a grandma-type lady. Im guessing one doesnt need a license to give the hot stone massage.Why cant I find a local nail place that has techs who can do Instagramable nails???

Posh is clean, current, fresh and well stocked with an enormous selection of polish. They do a fantastic job with dipping and givie a wonderful deedul pedicure ! I normally do not have the patience to sit for a pedi..but here I spring for an upgraded pedi and just love it. Anna....is.beylnd fabulous. No one has ever done my nails where they actually last. And she is so sweet and calming which makes my visit an even better and more relaxing experience.

Absolutely the BEST pedicure I have ever had! Anna was sweet, pleasant and did such a lovely job. I havent had my manicure yet. They stayed very late to fit me in. They usually close at 5 on Sunday and it is already 6:30. Ill be back.

I went in for my first time not expecting much. Waking in, it is clear to see how clean and beautiful the salon is. The relaxing music, the ambiance, everything as a whole was spectacular. I came in for a pedicure and a full set. I was extremely happy with the services provided to me and I was out in an hour and a half. I’ve been to many, and I mean MANY, salons in my life and this was by far the most comfortable experience. I will be coming back and recommending to all my friends and family.

This was my second manicure and they were two of the best I have had in the area. I like that I got 3 coats of color on my no-chip manicure.

Posh nails was so professional and clean. The staff was friendly and considerate. I was asked about water temperature, offered a beverage, and assisted with check-in. The facility was gorgeous and relaxing. The music was soft and relaxing, instead of blaring tv. A classic pedicure was $30, which I thought was perfect for what it included. Just what the doctor should have prescribed for lifting my spirits. Totally loved my no chip manicure and organic pedicure that included the hot stone, paraffin wax, and de scaling of callouses. I would highly recommend POSH NAIL BAR at 9930 IL-47, in Huntley, IL. I definitely will do again here.

Why would you tell customers that you have time to do a service and then you sit and wait for 20 minutes until someone becomes available!

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone would help me, eventhough I had an appointment. Was told to go back to the pedicure area but wasnt told where to sit until someone else came to fill the bowl where you put your feet. The nail tech did a nice job. When I was told my polish was dry and I could go, I had to wait to pay and feel like I could have left without paying and no one would have known.

Everyone at Posh does a great job. I’ve tried dozens of nail salons but now I’ve found my “go to” place. The salon is clean, the atmosphere is calm and the staff is all so kind.

I have been to EVERY nail place in Huntley over the past four years that I have lived here. This place by FAR, is the cleanest!! Most pleasant employees-I highly recommend this place!

Nancy was very good. Nice mani- pedi.She walked with me from the pedicure area to the manicure area to make sure I did not fall (I recently injured my knee.) She did a great job on my mani-pedi. Ill ask for her next time Im in. Thanks for the peaceful salon too.

I was taken 30 minutes past my appointment time, no explanation/no apology. When I finally got my service, it was rushed and sloppy. My nails do not look good.They do not sanitize stations/chairs/no-chip manicure lights, or their hands between clients. I will not be getting future services done there.

I’ve been eyeing it ever since i started going to the new starbucks next door and was so excited to check it out once it opened. Got a pedicure and they were so attentive and detailed. Can’t wait to go back again!
