I just came home for having a manicure and pedicure enjoyed my experience.

Kim is an amazing nail tech, and tom gives the best pedicures!!! Highly recommended!!

Their work was great, the technician really paid attention to details.The place was neat and clean and the staff was very friendly as they kept a very professional demeanor.

My mom and I have been coming here for over two years. Tom and Kim are always professional. Their designs are top notch. They do great work. Family owned business so I enjoy supporting their shop!

Since this place has changed management the quality of work has improved drastically. The couple that own this shop are the most kind, patient, and detail oriented owners I have ever met. Kim and her husband NEVER disappoint. They take their time with manicures and pedicures. We share stories of families and they always ask how my family is doing when I come in. Their warmth extends even further as they offer drinks and/or snacks to moms and their children they brought with. I will only go to this place to get nails done. I hope people give it a chance or a second chance. For those who say they have to “wait”... you can’t rush a good job. Appointments are nice but it’s part of the business to take in walk-ins. You should NEVER turn down a guest. If you say you’ve never had to wait even after making an appointment at any nail salon, you’re either going to a less than par salon or you’re lying. My longest wait has been 20 min and I expect that because that is the nature of the beast.Keep up the superb service! I love this place.

I used to go here all the time with my daughter before they came into new management it’s been the worst experience ever I paid for a no chip nail manicure my nails were all chipped within a week. When I called to complain the gentleman was very rude said I don’t have to come back if I don’t want to and refuse to even make the situation better

If I could give no stars I would. I had acrylic full set done on xmas eve before I left out of town. On Xmas day 3 nails just broke off from mid point when i picked up a glass. I just got home today and going to call here. Not only the 3 broken but the tech never pushed my criticals back or buffed my nail or any of the basics that are done. So it looked like they needed to be done again after 1 day . In 25 years of having my nails done this is the WORST place. If they dont offer me a fix or something I will use my resources to make thousands aware of the work they do and their customer service

Doesn’t hear out people’s concerns. Gave my information to other beauty technicians that don’t work at the salon. When questioning the licensure, they hung up quick. i don’t trust it

This review is not specifically for the quality of work at this nail salon, but for the ventilation theyhave or lack there of.Eating at the food shop next door, you can smell the glue they are using and it is really strong. I would assume that there are regulations especially when placed next to a food establishment.This may need to get escalated to a health inspector because it is blatant disregard for the other shops attached.This place needs to get their stuff together and figure out how to ventilate properly.

Got a no chip. Very clean. Great selection of colors. Tech was thorough and polite. Will definitely be back.

My experience on my last visit was horrible... they have an inexperience nail technician to work on my nails; I left the place almost in tears, they didnt care about my request. I wasted my money. I noticed they have a roach infestation, I saw small roaches in their bathroom, this is kind of gross because this nail salon is located next to the smoothie and sandwich place. Im never going back.

I went in to get a acrylic fill a worker replaced 3 nails not even a week later I barley hit my nail and the acrylic popped off (one of the ones they replaced), I went to get it fixed and they make it thinner then before. Way to thin! I will never go back. And they dont follow appt. times had to wait an hour.
