I went there for the first time yesterday, he was extremely rude, no manners. No hello, thank you or goodbye. I will not be returning there again. I was told it would be $18 for a fill, I had 1 repair which cost $2, the other $2 was for trimming my nails. Trimming never cost extra for a fill, it’s always included. My nails look fine that’s why I rated it 3. Language issue or not, these simple courtesies are not difficult. Bye bye Golden Nails.

After quarantined I desperately needed a mani/pedi and they did such an amazing job making me feel safe. Everything was wiped down after every use, masks were used, and they added a glass in between you and the nail tech. As always very satisfied with the services. Owners are incredible and it’s Best Nail Salon in the area!!

Upon moving to the area, I tried all of the salons to find the service and quality I was used to in the downtown Chicago area. My efforts were rewarded when I stopped in here and had my first manicure. Five years later, I am happy to report that it does not get any better than this. All the employees here have the same high standards, they are meticulous, detailed, patient, helpful and keep their establishment very clean. I have been going to Golden Nails for 12 years. Husband and wife business. Very clean and professional. They have taken very good care of me. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

They did a wonderful job on my nails but I will never be returning because of how badly I was treated as a person.

The service was okay. My nails were shaped weird but luckily someone else painted them and fixed the shape. I don’t recall seeing sanitized tools like other salons with the pouches. They also used lotion from a container that you scoop out of. That made me a bit uncomfortable.

Ive been going there for years. Everyone is friendly, they do a great job on your nails, pedicures and eyebrows.

I was so impressed that they use disposable bags after the pedis. 👍verry clean, will go there for now on!
