First time here. Last minute apt.for a no chip manicure and pedicure. They were very gracious and attentive to my needs and requests. I will be back to this location!

WOW! Super impressed! Lisa did my nails 10/10! I’ve been to many salons over the years. From the moment I called then walked it... so helpful, personal, & fun! Family/hardworking vibes...I will for sure be back & tell all my gal pals.

I got my first full set of gel a week ago and theyre holding up incredibly well. Kenny did the set and Lily painted my nails. They look incredibly and Im so happy!!

Last Friday my daughter and I came here for manicures and it was our first time here. Two weeks before we went to a different salon to get manicures and pedicures before a wedding and felt like they were trying to get us in and out of the salon ASAP because they were busy even though we had an appointment. My daughter is three and they did her manicure and pedicure at the same time and she ended up messing up the polish on both because she couldn’t reach both fans at the drying table. At Lotus Nail & Spa they took their time and made sure my daughter kept her fingers separated by using the foam separators between her fingers so she wouldn’t mess up the polish. One of the ladies(Lily) even remembered my name and my daughter’s name throughout the appointment. My daughter also started to get antsy while waiting for my nails to be done and Lily helped my daughter to get something out of my purse to keep her entertained. On top of that, they did an awesome job with our polish. Definitely will be going back here!

I loved the workers here! They are all really nice. And Susan did an outstanding job at my acrylic nails. I showed her a google picture of what I wanted and she did it perfectly. I’m so impressed with the service I got here.

Went in last weekend and had a full set and pedicure. The people working there are friendly. However, I rated this salon so low because it has literally only been 7 days and my nails all lifted and lost 2. I was able to easily remove the others. I also asked for a natural look and they were square. Im sad because it was a nice salon and they were friendly.. but my nails should not have came off 7 days later. Especially for how much I was charged for them 🙃

I love this nail salon. Mike is so funny and always welcomes guests by name when the come in and leave. I have had Holly, Lilly, Lisa and Kimmie and they all do quality work. I will not go anywhere else. They all speak excellent English which makes it so easy to have conversations while getting my nails done! I highly recommend Lotus Nail Salon!

Love all the ladies and gentlemen that work here! They are great people who care about their clients. They do great work and make you feel like family.I’ve personally been to every one of them! Holli is my fave very personable!!

I honestly can’t tell you guys how happy I am to find a place with just good people. The owner knows every returning customers name, staff is friendly. My nail technician was Hollie.....loved her!!! She seriously did an amazing job on my gel manicure. Clean lines, and polish was on point. Mike, was so inviting and personally came over and said hello. I’ve been to many other nail salons, and they fluff the salon but don’t have quality or service. I will be returning to see Hollie! Thanks for the great set of nails!

Ive been coming here since they first opened. They do a great job at a fair price. My nails will last at least 2 weeks before I feel like I need a little touch up (and Im pretty picky). But its the wonderful staff that really keeps me coming back. Its a comfortable environment (not always the case in nail salons).

My new favorite nail salon. Hollie was wonderful. She understood exactly what I wanted, and we had a nice conversation. My no chip manicure looks beautiful. The removal of my old no chip, and the new manicure, took only an hour, when I have spent longer at other salons. The quality is better, as well. I will be back, for sure!

Best nail salon in Huntley area! Very friendly staff, my go to is Lisa, Lily or Liz! The prices are reasonable for such great quality!

They are super accommodating for walk-ins and add-on services. Very welcoming when you come in and remember your name, even when youve only been there a few times. I love ending my week with a mani/pedi with these folks. They do a great job and my nails look great when they are done.

My favorite nail place. Ive been going there almost as long as theyve been open and its the best place Ive ever been. Everyone is so friendly and helpful so try it youll like it.

Went here for a long time, years and I would only recommend 2 people. After being helped by all of them I only saw 2 people sanitize anything. Had ingrown toenails 4x from improper cutting even after I asked them not to cut the sides. After a while they were not interested in giving me what I wanted only what they wanted and get me out of there. I was even told my the man he didnt want to deal with me. I wont be back. Suddenly the salon went from awesome to unprofessional and Im positive they talk about clients in another language after using a translation app on my phone.

Always five stars. All great techs there. Ive been there 7 or 8 years now.

Call them to ask if they have openings they assured they did but we had to wait over an hour. My pedicure was rushed, my nails were not cut correctly. What a joke for $50 for a pedicure

Went here to get a full set and a pedicure for my daughter and I. Walked out with an ok pedicure and horrible full set. The technician that did my nails was very rough with the dremmel tool and file, cutting my thumb and leaving my cuticles sore and red. The technician hardly blended the nail at the bottom and the paint job was rough and atrocious. I don’t often have time to get my nails done and now I have to go and find another place to fix this on my own time. Not pleased at all.

Best place in Huntley / Algonquin area.

Been going here for years. If your nails start coming up or chipped within a few days they will fix it for you free. Lisa is my go to for mani/pedi.
