I stayed at Optima Salon Suites for little more than 4 months. First we got a shared suite with a friend, they told us they will fix the suite in a week but it took them twice longer. They only install the sinks for hairdressers, we had to pay $150 to change the sink to the regular one and the job they done was ridiculous, the size of the sink was wrong and they left a hole between the sink and the cabinets. We asked them to fix it and they never did. Then I moved to my own suite, they sink was installed just fine but it takes forever to get the water got. My sink was clogged, I asked to fix it multiple times, they never did. Also, my only 2 out of my 3 windows were tinned. They told me they asked the companies if they can match it and the companies told them it was impossible, I called 1 person he said it’s super easy to do and I had to hire him and watch the process myself in my work day that I’m paying the rent for. The owner said he will pay me back for the job and he didn’t give me any money for over a month. Had to ask few times to get my money back. Then winter came and my room temperature was 61F every day! I had to get a heater but it didn’t help much, I was freezing. There is no decent break room for tenants, you have to eat your lunch in the laundry room where they have all the electric stuff and annoying loud noise, u can’t rest.2 times we got a notice that the owner is not paying the rent on the front door and the other tenants told me it happened before as well. So they can just kick us all out because of that.I moved out 2 months ago and they still didn’t send me my deposit check back, had to contact them again.Besides that I really like their suites with pretty set up and huge windows, I didn’t enjoy my stay there at all and I would recommend you to find a salon suites with a better management.
Come here to get my haircuts. Very elegant and comfortable atmosphere. Lots of parking and a very nice waiting area inside the lobby.
