I didn’t get a chance to tell her not to cut my cuticles because it’s bad hygiene and she did and made me bleed :/ and one of my nails had a bubble on it… in her defense tho, I was on a time crunch so she probably was rushing but overall not happy with the results. I wish she asked me beforehand if she can cut my cuticles.

I received a gift certificate and used this salon for the first time. I treated myself to the Diamond package with gel nails. Polite staff and lovely setting. Unfortunately the gel peeled off some of my nails the next and some became broken. I returned to have this fixed and opted to have the gel removed and nails cut to the length of the broken ones. Very good job. Sadly, instead of making this right and having a new loyal customer, they charged me for an additional manicure and lost my business. Very sad.

My friend got treated horribly here and cut into her nails so much she had to stop the service and still made her pay. They also removed all the negative feed back so people don’t find out how horrible they really are. Don’t come here ladies

Very nice ladies working here. No hidden charges or fees after your pedicure is donep, you pay what you expect to pay which is nice since I dont splurge. Got a very cute design, happy I went!

Absolutely amazing. I was completely pampered. The women take pride and really want you to be happy and make sure your nails are beautiful. Jenny especially was amazing and skillful. Thank you Cosmo Nail Bar!!

This place is by far the best! I would highly recommend. The place is spotlessly clean, and great service. I get acrylic nails and Jenny is the most talented gal with acrylics! She went above and beyond to make them PERFECT! I even went back the next day because I changed my mind about the length and she shortened them at no cost.

The ladies do a great job with gels and a phenomenal job with artistry. The prices are very reasonable too. I would definitely return especially if I wanted designs. I found one design on Facebook and asked them to recreate the image on the big toe on my feet and hands. And it was spot on!

Ive been here twice, once for a pedicure and regular manicure and the other time for a pedicure and shellac manicure. Ive had different technicians both times, but the services have been superb. Im very particular about my nails and take great care of them in between professional services, so Im kind of a picky nail customer. Im impressed with this salon.

The people here are friendly. They gave me a bottled water without asking which was nice. Too bad they dont serve wine or beer here though! 😉 Both times I walked in for a mani/pedi and they were able to take me right away, despite being busy. Seems like a local place.

This place is fantastic! Ive came here several times and each time was a great experience. Very friendly and they do a great job. The colors last long and the prices are great too. I definitely recommend this place :)

Updated review (December 2017):Over this place. Too many times Ive had an appointment and gotten there a few minutes before only to be told there would be a wait as everyone was busy. I understand walk-ins are a necessary evil for the techs to make money but as a customer for almost 6 years, I dont appreciate having to rearrange my schedule when Ive made an appointment. The final straw was recently when I needed an acrylic fill with gel polish and decided to forgo the appointment and walk in thinking I might stand a better chance of being seen quickly. They were busy and asked if I could come back in 90 minutes. Showed up 80 minutes later only to be told they were busy and it would be at least another 30 minutes before someone could help me.Why offer appointments if you arent going to honor them? Ive been a regular customer for almost 6 years. Ive brought friends and family in more times than I can count. Clearly they dont care about repeat customers and are more concerned with right here, right now. Time to look for a new shop.Tiffany is my go to girl for acrylics and/or gel. She does an amazing job. I get compliments on my nails all the time. Highly Recommend!

I love this place❤ The atmosphere is so relaxing and they really take care of you. David is the best and the quality of work is much better than salons that charge twice as much.

Love this place! I have gotten both pedicures and manicures done here. I always ask for Holly when I get my finger nails done. She takes her time and does an amazing job! My gel would stay in place for weeks, if I needed it to. Each time I go back (every two weeks) to re-do, they basically look brand new. I have been to a few nail salons around here, but none have been as consistent as this one.

I normally have a good experience here, but recently I am seriously dissapointed in my most recent visit to this salon. The woman rushed through my gel manicure and almost painted my nails the wrong color except I politely corrected her. That didn’t really bother me, but what does bother me are the scabs I have on my pinky and thumb from her harsh buffing and filing. It was an uncomfortable experience because I had to ask her to stop bugging them and afterwards when she put acetone and oils on my nails it burned. If you go here, try to get the guy who usually works, he is much much better. I wish I had got the name of this woman so I could specifically recommend you not to have her do your nails.
