Such a great experience every time I come. My husband and I have been coming here for over 10 years. I personally love Judy for my nails, she is so precise and Kathy for my pedicures and Michelle for my 4 year old daughter (she has A LOT of patience lol)

I wouldve given 1 star except the staff were friendly. I was super unsatisfied with both my Mani and Pedi. 2 of my nails have a smaill hair inside the acrylic nail and the polish on my toenails are uneven. She seemed rushed toward the end. This is my 1st and last time coming here.

The owner waxed my upper lip and eyebrows so quickly and perfectly I didnt even know it was happening! Then she made sure to pluck any stragglers for a perfect job! On to the mani/pedi with massage which was great. They have a nice big salon so everyone is well spaced out and they do a great job. Very professional and reasonably priced. Located on the Costco side toward the back of Bella Terra, closest parking is in the structure across from the Costco gas station.

I go there regularly and see the same people, Cindy and Kathy. They are wonderful.

I have experienced excellent customer service,all employees are welcoming and Christine makes sure everything runs smoothly, she took care of waxing in a very professional manner, Tina and Nancy are excellent technicians,I leave with gorgeous nails by Tina and I get total deluxe treatment, always feel pampered, excellent pedicure by Nancy, she also does massage of legs and feet. I totally recommend Ivy Nails and Spa .

Great experience! Clean and modern with plenty of color choices! Nails turned out great!Due to COVID appointments are done outside and all services appear to be available. I enjoyed the experience!!UPDATE:I returned for the Pink and White nail service which did not turn out well. (Pic attached) Acrylic tips not attached to nail. Pinky skin drilled. Cuticles services only done to 2 fingera. 1 hand nails painted to look better, 1 hand done properly. Nails were drilled underneath and still looked caked with powder. (Adjusted score)

Cindy did a great job with my mani/pedi. Another woman did my eyebrows & caused a large abrasion. 3 days later & the area is still red & swollen. I’m going to post a picture on yelp if I can’t post one here.

Nice place, I’m a Coustmer since 5 years.

I went in on December 27, 2020. I am 20 years old & I did not want a full pedicure. However, I was constantly being pressured to buy one. When I told them how old I am, after they asked, they told me I looked 15 & to come back when I am older because I will “be able to get anything I want then”. While exfoliating my feet, she held up the fallen skin and laughed while mocking me to the woman doing my manicure. Then proceeded to laugh at the paint job she had done poking and pointing with one another. Time wise, for the service I received it was wayy too long. My first and last time here. I do not recommend. Unless you want to be disrespected and made fun of!

Very clean, saw me right away and my nail lady SHEILA was very careful and did my nails exactly like the design I showed her. They also did great with my eyebrows. I’ll definitely go back 👍🏽

Satisfied? I think not. I witnessed my best friend get verbally attacked by this business and their staff. Meanwhile I was pushed around by the lady who did my nails saying I was color blind. Meanwhile, my pinky is crooked and looks as such a child had eaten it. Can’t believe this place is even in business. Constantly looking over our shoulders and creating a language barrier. The disrespectful manner in which this business operates is intolerable. COVID 19? They use VENMO AND BLINDS! No sanitizing was visible!!!!!

I got a manicure done here and it was so relaxing.She did a great job!there are 2 guys there that just stand around idk what for but it was kind of weird.....

So Happy to receive the best pedicure.I Spend many hours on my feet at the hospital and my toenails were giving me trouble. I finally have some relief. Thank you for being so thorough.

I invited my mother in love to this place to get manicure and pedicure done and I got soo.. disappointed by an old laddie that did my pedicure, she was so unhappy from the beginning and made rude comments and complaints about the work she was doing to me and other clients. She also talked to the other girls next to her in her own language and I really noticed how this other girls that where way younger than her where trying to ignored her and they looked frustrated. And she not even did a good job with my pedicure!! At the end we pay a ridiculous expensive bill. she made sure to included her good tip in it of course. So that was my first and final visit to that place. Never going back!!

Went in today for a last minute pedicure. Kathy was the tech that worked on me. She did great was friendly detailed and really put in the extra effort to make sure my feet were perfect. Highly recommend and will be back if Im in the area again!

Great atmosphere and service

Judy is the best nail specialist I have ever had. She sculpts the finest shape, not bulky, very natural and smooth. She does an awesome gel final coat to give a high gloss finish which finishes the look. Always easy to book an apointment, reasonable price and excellent service. Located in Bella Bella Terra, I find access is easier coming in off Center Ave by the Costco entrance, plenty more parking than the front of Bells Terra off of Edinger. They are right across from Nektar and next to Amazing Lashes.

I went in without an appt. to get a fill -- my nails are perfect!! Tina did my acrylic with a gel top coat!!! I love them!!

Hubby dropped me off for a pedicure while he went for some craft beers. Cindy did a great job on my polish & floral design. She took her time throughout the entire pedicure & was very gentle with the entire treatment. Ask for Cindy next time youre here.

Probably one of the worst manicures I have had. The staff was friendly which is why I gave it 3 stars. I got a gel manicure and it is SO blotchy and uneven. The girl missed so many sides with the clear top coat so now my nails are so sticky. I would go back and have them re-do it but Im only here for work. Definitely not worth $30.

Amazing service

Ive had acrylic nails done twice from here and both times I ended up getting fungus under the acrylic nails. Very disappointed especially having to pay almost $40 for a fill. Never going back again!!!
