If you you want a patient and detail oriented nail artist Adam is your guy he does amazing on my nails every single time but this set was super detailed and time consuming (this is a GELX set) however he had the best attitude stayed focused and did a amazing job

Mai is awesome! I don’t have any problems with the services that they provide. My issue is with the music videos that they play on the large screen televisions. It’s usually country music videos, which I can barely stand, Today’s videos totally sucked and hit a new low: All John Legend. If Mai wasn’t so great at doing my nails I would seriously think about going to another nail salon. Hopefully, this won’t happen again

Good standby - gel polish lasts at least 2.5 weeks with some upkeep to achieve this. Women are nice.

This place is under new management. Decor is recently upgraded, very clean, and customer service is phenomenal! I had the Diamond Package spa and it was great! Did not want to get out of my spa chair, so relaxed and felt right at home. Thank you for the experience Artisan!

Never ever again will I come back here! They had no clue on how to do Pink and White Powder but she acted like she knew and did my nails anyway. The white and the pink are different shapes on each nail and look like duck nails when I asked for square. Still charged me $45. Terrible.

LOVE this place!! My mom and I came in for mothers day and they got us in right away. My mom got a pedi and i got my nails done but they let me sit in the pedi chairs next to her while they did my nails. I had Ann and she was legit! My new go-to spot!

Horrible. Service was poorly done. Had a visit to CA and thought should have my nails done here before going back to the state, however, the lady in front was a friendly greeter with a cute customized apron worn in front, yet, techs here are english limited. I clearly said no ingrown cut but the tech still went ahead with it. Wth. She clearly do not know what I have asked.I do not want ingrown. I was also asked “advised” to check in to get discount with a five rating and 50% off. Hmm... is that why Yelp and here has such a high rating?! Long story short, when done, I just walked out straight after paying and was just whatever with the business. Just completely.....Poor management..... Whats so hard about this labor work of just cutting and painting?! Polish wasnt well done. Rough surface due to thick layers of the nail polish and I still see gaps. 😞Not so much knowlege to remember!
