Loved Chloe for my manicure/acrylics, she did a beautiful job. Alan was great for my pedicure. I will be requesting them both again, they made me queen for a day! *Massage chair fabulous* 😁

Ive been going here for a few years now. I have tried many different nail salons in orange county and this is by far the best! Good service, everyone makes sure they do their absolute best, clean environment/tools, and everyone is very friendly. Great customer service 👏

I went in for gel manicure, the colors in front of me were for powder dip, the lady let me know it would be $45 and I said okay. What I wasnt told was what was not included! No manicure at all just the removal and powder. Also she asked if I wanted it think or thin, I said thin. What I got was thick. Some of my nails still had the dark blue color from my previous manicure, she tried to file it off after the new dip was applied. Also I had to ask if she could please remove all the glue left on my skin from her rushed job. I say rushed because I was in there all of 35 minutes! I would love a job where I can earn $45 for 35 minutes of work.

Mika (sp?) did an excellent job on my brows and toes. I was having a rough start to my day, but this made it all better and I feel pretty, 😁

I came in with a mess of broken acrylic. I was bent on getting it all removed and just doing gel as I was tired of the up keep. Tammy told me about dip powder and how its strong like acrylic but safer for your nails. I lasts 3-4 weeks as well so less visits is nice as Im very busy constantly. She removed the old acrylic with such care. She made sure nothing hurt. Such a breath of fresh air compared to other salons that just rip it off. She did a great job doing a French ombre as well. Over the moon with the results. Ive been desperate to find a great nail tech and I found her. I also had a pedicure done by another amazing tech. Probably one of the best pedicures Ive had in a long time. Overall the place was clean and everyone was friendly. I highly recommend this place and recommend seeing Tammy!

Loved the attention to detail. Kayla took really good care of my natural nails. She understood exactly what look I was going for and delivered. Definitely worth it.

They completely ruined my nails by taking the gel off with only the drill! She didn’t even try to use nail polish remover it was horrible and all of my nails broke off.

I have been DYING to get a pedi & a new dipping powder set. I had the pleasure of meeting Nina and Van. They were fun & sweet! Love them both! I will definitely be back. A wee tad on the pricey side, but definitely worth it!

Understanding that we’ve been in quarantine, was grateful they’ve opened only every other chair.Needed pedicure, manicure (as I had to remove the gel “polish” they said would Not damage my nails, at home) & eyebrow wax.Left bleeding (cuticles, both feet & hands) with the Worst brow wax I’ve Ever Had ~ red marks from too hot of wax, grabbed my Skin when tweezing.I’ve had issues in the past; they were just too convenient.Never Again.I have pics.

I have tried a couple different places just to see. Lux is a little more expensive for a reason. The most Amazing Pedis. My color lasts for ever. So relaxing. I get the Anti Stress. I have been coming for 5 years. ABSOLUTELY MY FAVORITE NAIL SPA.

I love this nail salon. Bell, Helen, Van, Katy and Sophie just to name a few are absolutely skilled. The customer service is awesome they make you feel welcome. Sophie always has a smile when I walk in the door, the salon is very clean, the nail artistry is on point. Bell has gotten my natural nails to grow long and healthy thereby eliminating my need for acrylics. All of the women in my family go to the Huntington Beach location for over a year now and have been very happy with the service there in all aspects.

Loved this place at first. Really clean. Nice massage chairs. Everyone is friendly. BUT every time I get GELS on my finger nails they chip after a few days like regular nail polish. I’ve done gels here a few times each with different people and all GELS CHIP! Not sure what they are doing wrong. And to make matters worse they tried to tell me gels are only supposed to last maybe a week. Theirs don’t even last two days let alone a whole week. I call BS. Gels last weeks at others salons. Unfortunately I won’t be back. Great location. Gels are poor quality. Two other salons I have been to since my gels last up the three weeks with no chips or peeling.

I got dip/powder and less than a week later my nails started chipping. For 40$ it should be lasting a lot longer. The lady also hardly filed it and the ones that were filed were filed crooked. Disappointed because of all the great reviews i read previously.

Wish I had never walked in there. I paid $40.00 for a fill, When I walked in I asked if they were able to do this nail polish design. The girl at the front desk said yes. Its wasnt even close to what I asked for. But not only that the person that worked on me was very rude. She blamed me for it, because the picture wouldnt stay lit on my phone. They didnt even offer to fix it.

This is a nice shop it’s just too bad they don’t know how to treat their customers. I have scheduled appointments with Helen on three occasions that were not placed on the schedule and there is never a manager or owner around. They talk over you and don’t listen to what you have to say and are extremely rude. I don’t mind paying their high prices if the work is good but I won’t pay it for good work and a bad attitude. I went to Nancy a couple times and she seemed in a rush each time and didn’t listen to anything I said. I was told she was one of the good ones but I have been going to Bell for the last month and in my opinion she is WAY BETTER than Nancy. Needless to say they need to treat their customers better!

First of all I went to this salon because of the reviews. Now first let me say I am a licensed cosmetologist meaning hair nails and skin I am educated and licensed for all three. I paid $90.00 for gel polish on my toes and acrylics and the chrome gel on my nails with coffin shape tips. Two days after the chrome chipped off my right thumb. Sunday I broke a nail. That was my fault. But today while washing a clients hair another nail came completely off. And another is loose. The coffin shape has no consistentsy .. the salon is well setup and appears to be high-end but the work is only worth $50.00 at most

The staff is nice. Its relaxing. I enjoyed my visit.

I went here based on Yelp reviews. Beautiful shop. Brian did my feet and Crystal did my hands. They both were friendly and professional. Both did a great job. I did the anti-stress package and felt super pampered. Only thing is that its expensive!

This is the most unprofessional salon I have ever used. There are a couple ladies that do a good job such as Kayla who really listens and does wonderful work and Sophie who is always so friendly and greets everyone with a smile and she genuinely likes to make sure everyone is taken care of and leaves a satisfied customer. My complain is about the unwarranted attitudes and pettiness of a few ladies in there. I have been a paying customer for 3 years now and trust me when I say this it does not matter how long you’ve been going there or how much you spend they will lie to you and give you the run around and even treat you like trash on the streets. There is an air of arrogance from a few and Nancy is one of them. Bottom line they tend to lie and BS you when they can’t get ahold of things when they are busy and they forget to place u on the schedule which has happen a few times yet they treat you like their errors and lies are your fault. It’s so ridiculous how they do things here rather than keep longtime loyal customers they would rather treat you like yesterday’s garbage. So go at your own risk but don’t get too comfortable because no matter how much money you spend there it won’t change the fact that they are liers, rude and disrespectful.

Clean and well lit, well ventilated, and well staffed. I had a pedicure here with my mom amd sister, all of us were helped at the same time for our appointment and we all had a lovely time here.

Lux is my favorite nail salon in HB because of the opulent yet understated decor, the quality of services provided by staff is across the board excellent and no matter who I see they never fail to impress. Although its a $30 gel mani it is worth every penny. Ask for Katie or Nancy.

I felt like I was at a spa. Cute place and super clean. Awesome chairs!!!! Even tho is a little more pricey than other nail places is totally worth it. I Highly recommended!

This place started out with 5 stars. Now I give them 1 and will never come here or bring my family and friends here again. The prices are getting ridiculous. $20 to polish my daughters nails. Thats almost a full set!!! Insane!!! What a joke!!!!

I went to this Solon Sun before Christmas. I was charged $27 for a regular Acrylic fill. 2 days later one nail popped off a 2nd nail is cracked up the center and won’t last much longer. I’ll never go back there. Update - Within one week three nails came off.

Hidden gem of a nail salon in the Newland Shopping Plaza. My friend and I stopped in for mani/pedis to get ready for her brothers graduation. Upon entering there is a beautiful wall of nail polishes to choose from. And unlike most salons you take which bottle you want yourself. No choosing a color on the color wheel and having them bring out a completely different color. Surprisingly the place was quiet and there werent many other people in there. Maybe it was because of the construction outside but who know. We chose to get done the 25$ house pedi which was amazing. Linda did one of the best pedis ever. She was very articulate on cutting my nails and painting them and problem solved when the color I wanted seemed to be too runny and transparent. And she massaged my legs for what seemed like forever. Completely relaxing. Lynn was doing my full acrylic set of nails and she was also very polite and gave me a very pretty golden set. I showed her a photo of the length/style I wanted and she matched it to a tee with only looking at the photo once. My nails ended up looking beautiful and I was very pleased. My only complaints about my stop was that we were quoted one price over the phone and when we paid the lady charged us a higher price even though what we got done and what was written down were quoted for the lower one. It was just 10$ up charged but that 10$ would have gone to the ladies for a greater tip than what they ended up receiving. Also, this is the first nail salon that Ive been where they dont offer you magazines or wine to sip on while you get pampered. I guess when I spend 75$ not including tip on a mani/pedi I expect a little more. Will I be back? Maybe. My nails really do look beautiful and its conveniently located right across the street, however, it wasnt a really memorable experience and nothing to really look forward to in the line of being pampered.
