Staff was very friendly and nice. Very knowledgeable and quick. I got my nails done by Judy and she did an amazing job doing dip powder. I would highly recommend and come back.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years & I love it. Jade (nails) & Celine (pedicure) they’re super detailed oriented, love how clean & natural my nails & pedicure gets done every time. I highly suggest this place to everyone. Love how the owner coordinates all the services you want to do.

Service was amazing. Called ahead and let them know what my sister and I were looking for and they were ready for us as soon as we got there. We both were looking for designs and they even had several nail techs look at the picture of what I wanted so they could decide who felt they could do the design best. We also got our eyebrows waxed which looked great however the wax was a little too hot and minorly burned my sister so I give it 4 stars but had the wax been more appropriately temperatured would totally have been 5 star experience.

Went there yesterday for the first time and woke up this morning with an infection. Awesome. I should have know the second she started literally digging into the side of my toe. I know it has been a while but that wasnt necessary.. and now.. infection. She knew she did someone wrong and tried to cover it up and stop the bleeding with hydrogen peroxide. I’m sure she hoped I didn’t notice but yes, I noticed and felt you stabbing my toe. I should have said something right then but I was really trying to find the zen in my day after weeks of a baby who won’t sleep. Thanks for making my first me time away from baby terrible!

I really want to like this place. But 35 for a Gel French mani??? Really. They are really nice but not very efficient. An when I leave I have to re file my own nails. Update, one of my nails already pealed up.

I had an appointment for 12 showed up early and I got a seat at 12:30. The ladies were nice but it was very pricey and not worth it. I payed 42 dollars for just gel nails plus tip. There are much better places in Huntington for a lower price. If u want to pay a lot of money and have to wait a long time then it’s a good place

I went to this location about a month ago, I didnt pay close attention to if they were cleaning their instruments or if the instruments used on me were sterilized, but after taking off my acrylic nails which stayed on very well. I found THREE NAILS WITH FUNGUS ON THEM. I do not like to write bad reviews, but I am writing this for the public so you DO NOT go there and get FUNGUS on your nails. I work as a hairstylist which is a profession where you need to sterilize your instruments so I know how easy it is to clean your tools. I also work with my hands every day and it is VERY EMBARRASSING to have fungus growing on your nails when you use your hands to touch peoples hair and faces. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. You have been warned.

Ive been here a few times throughout the years. I was recommended by a cousin who frequents this nail salon. Our entire family comes here.Ive had various ladies & all have been great. I requested Cindy this last time but she wasnt in on that day so I requested V (as my cousin goes to her). Im very simple as I dont like to go crazy with my nails. I am in love with their Pomegranate Red & I ALWAYS mattify my nails. I get complimented all the time bcuz its very rare that a red has a minimal shine under the matte.Eventually Ill use a different color but for now Im in love with red/burgundy.It was also easy to get an appt the same day but for holidays, Id probably try to make an appt a week in advance.Please please please, tip your ladies well. Theyve been out of work due to the closures & being in the beauty industry I understand how hard that may be.They have not risen prices from what I remember & thats a plus. (Other places say theirs a covid fee - not here)

Quite a holiday experience, treating myself to getting nails done while technician is coughing all over my fingers.Stopped in for basic mani/pedi.Short wait and was in and out within 45 min but horrible job on both. Toes were smeared and had cotton dried onto nails.Would not recommend.Also, very strong chemical smells.

Exceptional service!I came here the first time in a recommendation of a coworker, her nails were beautiful. Mine are now too! Ive been coming the past few months and drive 30 minutes to get here -its well worth it. I only have to come once a month and my nails have never lifted or broke. Very happy.

Walked in at 6:45pm hours show that they are closed at 7pm. Wanted to get my nail fixed. Now I walked and the lady was not only rude but said they take their last appointment at 6:15. Now can someone please explain to me why the hours say open until 7pm if you dont help anyone after 6:15. But not only that to have your door wide open thinking that you are still welcoming customers. Thought I would take a picture now if you walked by would you think they are open? I dont like to complain but really just why be so rude to customers trying to spend money and give you business. I refuse to go back to this place or ever give them my money again. If I were you I would think twice before spending your money here.

Best place Ive ever gone to do my nails. Theyre attentive to details, have a huge assortment of nail polish, gel, print, designs and dips for you to choose from. The place is always busy, so I highly recommend an appointment.

First few times were great then everything went wrong. Gel nails peel within days, uneven and crooked nails. And don’t bother complaining they just say oh wait I’m not done. I waited.... Still crooked! And to top it off one hour for a Brazilian wax? It wasn’t me! Still can’t figure that one out. Won’t be returning.

This place is awesome. Ive tried a few places in town and everywhere is alright but the people here are great. I went today with my sister amazing experience! Woo! They are so fast but do such a great job and my nails look great! And, they fit us in so quickly; we waited no longer than 10 minutes :)Will definitely be coming here again.

I love Biotone nails. I have been coming here for the past year and a half and always get treated so well. Everyone does a great job but Im partial to Jasmine-she is one of the nicest people ever and she does an amazing job on acrylics. Definitely recommend going here!

Every time I come to Biotone, they do a phenomenal job. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff is super nice and talented. I live in Anaheim Hills and make the commute all the way here because of how amazing this place is. I love Biotone and always recommend it to family and friends. Keep up the great work!

Wanted to like this place, seemed full enough where people frequent and judging by reviews it’s an on trend place but if I’m gonna pay a good price, then I want a good service and good work done but this was not the case. Felt rushed. Harassed about pricing. Not even happy about the work done. Again felt rushed and just all round treated differently/poorly. It’s clear they already have their clients, which is probably why I felt this way as a first timer. Just didn’t seem like they cared. I was unpleasantly approached about pricing by front lady at the nail tech chair before even starting then also asked many more times after clarifying what I wanted, I felt bugged and harassed when I had just got off work and really wanted to RELAX. I didn’t even care about price! I finally had to say so and that I just want to enjoy the time and for my nails to come out nice! Paid $72 for spa mani/pedi with gel nails. I honestly just wanted to finish up and get out of there. I seen other reviews and women who seemed satisfied and wish I could say the same. I’d honestly would even rather pay more elsewhere for better service and to not feel rushed or treated badly ........and to be able to relax!

This has been my go to nail place since the beginning of 2015! I always get the best service when I come here no matter who I get whether its on a full set or just a simple pedi. When it comes to acrylics, they always make sure I get the exact shape I want and will even restart until its to my liking which I love. I love all of my designs they have done so far as well. It is such a nice and friendly environment. My favorite nail salon based on service and quality of doing nails!

Girllllll, go here ! The absolute best ! No matter who you get . My nails last and they Have so many chair and girls and I never wait longer than 10 mins . Really great all around I’ve been getting my nails done for over 12 years and have not bounced around unless I had to * this was only my third visit but I calling it home.

They used a drill with a nail filing but to remove dead skin during my pedicure and cut me then refused to acknowledge the cut (which was bleeding) after I stopped the technician. This is not an approved technique for pedicures and can result in infections. I recommend you only patronize this establishment for nail services alone.

My go to nail salon! They do great work & in a timely manner. All the ladies are friendly & talented. Its a little pricey but it lasts a long time. I do acrylics with gel polish & can go almost a month without feeling the need to get a fill.

First time going there..a little different then what i’m used to. She was a lil rough on my feet, didn’t really like the fact that they don’t have a basic pink for french to go on the toes if u don’t want clear. The pink they use looks a little yellow. Also they don’t have dryers for the feet which is super odd to me 🧐

Unfortunately, I went with my guest and my guests toe was nicked and bled a little, and another toe was cut too short. I had a great experience but its unfortunate that it isnt consistent.

Dear Manager of Biotone,Ive only been to your salon thrice after being recommended by friends.However, this last time was a horrible mess!I wanted my acrylic nails removed because Im having surgery next week and I nice pedi was in order for my hospital stay. I let Megan know Im diabetic and she said Okay, then proceeded to start with my pinky toe. She didnt even finish that toe when she CUT me! I cant believe she understood I cant get cut and then CUT me! The manager today tried to get another girl to remedy the issue but once cut, I wont trust again.Then she suggested I have my acrylic nails removed while soaking them in acetone, which the manicurist was very annoyed it was taking her time, so she went to the couch and started to read a magazine and had to be reminded that she was assisting me. Im very disappointed in your establishment and in your employees lack of knowledge and courtesy.I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE RETURNING AGAIN!!

A Bit pricey I thought...I asked for Gel Nail polish to go on my real nails. They automatically assume you will have the manicure with gel apparently. I didnt ask for it though. Total was$25.. but I just wanted gel polish!

Had a appointment and was taken on time. Did my nails and toes around Christmas time and the Polish was chipped and coming off by new years. The massage and the mani pedi was good.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I have gone a few times every time the front desk woman is rude and snippy....today i went in to get a fill for myself and my daughters. The woman doing my daughters nails proceeded to cut three of her nails off....we stopped her and said no its a fill only. She said oh i thought it was a new set....they look nasty i told her no they are a new set they just need a fill. She promised to fix them. When she was done they looked horrible and pointy. I mentioned to the front desk my issue while i paid the $90.00!!!! She told me ok ok dont come back again then. This place is over priced with attitudes!
