Ever since we have moved to Eaves, Linda has always been so welcoming and supportive. She is very understanding and helpful when it comes to answering any questions or concerns. Linda always asks us if we need any help and she finds the best solution to any of our problems. We consider her to be part of our family and she has made a huge positive impact on our experience at the Eaves. Thank you Linda, you are the best.

The staff here has been nothing short of great my entire time here. Any issue I had regarding my apartment was fixed or completed in a generous amount of time. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great fun community and with an outstanding staff.

I just moved here about 2 weeks ago, and so far Im really enjoying it. My unit is one of the recently renovated ones so it is very nice and clean. They did an amazing job cleaning my unit before my move in date. Usually I anticipate having to do some heavy duty cleaning before I move my stuff in, but they did an outstanding job. I was so impressed. I had a couple minor things I needed fixed (the balcony light wasnt working and my bathroom fan was making a weird rattling sound), but I put in my service request in the evening and Frank was here the next day in the afternoon. He fixed everything so quickly and was really nice about welcoming me to the community. Ive read other reviews about this place on Yelp and Google, and Frank is mentioned many times! Living somewhere with reliable and friendly maintenance is a such a luxury. Linda in the leasing office also was so nice and friendly when I toured and when I got all my move-in materials. I think Ill be very happy here.

The team at eaves has been wonderful. The maintenance staff have been super timely and responsive. Nicole at the main office has been very responsive to all our needs while we have been here at the community. 5 star community!

Where do I start? Mark Andres our Sales & Service Supervisor was everything you can ask for.Walk through the process from showing the unit to even helped with the application process.Throughout the whole process he made sure to social distance himself as well as showing the unit to us last minute.I would trust him again with the next apartment hunting. Trust me and also his follow up is superb and genuine cares about you. Did I mention eaves Huntington Beach also send out monthly goodies for the tenants? Make sure to always ask for Mark in the future!

Frank our maintenance man was very helpful in my emergency situation and is always kind. He is amazing!

We have lived here for about three years. The office staff are super cool and extremely helpful! The service staff is just as amazing! Quick response time and profesional. We have enjoyed this community very much!

Frank has helped us innumerable times over the 17 years weve lived here. His work is outstanding and hes always ready to help. I trust Frank implicitly. Hes good at what he does and he has a kind heart. Frank is a large part of the reason why were still living at Eaves.

I had some issues with my outdoor storage closet and some pesky pests. Frank was quick to show up and help solve the issue. He set traps, cleaned the droppings, sealed the holes and continuously checked back to see if everything was still okay. I appreciate the extra measures he took to ensure that everything was up to par, he even repainted the inside.

This community has been excellent since move-in! The staff is super attentive and welcoming, always around to answer questions and help out. Ian has been our leasing agent and has been so helpful every step of the way! The pool is always kept nice and the grounds are always clean. The only small issue Ive noticed is the tree outside our unit that flowers berries which fall on our stairs, but pretty easy to sweep up. The maintenance staff, especially Frank, are all absolutely wonderful. Frank has gone above and beyond multiple times and looks for extra ways he can help out in our individual apartment and around the community as a whole. The community is quiet, the other tenants are nice, and its super close to just about anything youd need. Very happy with our choice of apartment.

Recently had to get a few things fixed in our apartment after living here for almost 7 years. Needless to say Frank was able to help us fix our sink and garbage disposal in a timely manner. Also Maria and Omar were very helpful. Overall great team and everyone is so friendly.

It’s a really great place to be - quiet, people are friendly, and anything I need taken care of is always completed with ease in a timely fashion. Ian in the office has been great from when I first started looking to now. I really love the fact that I have a washer/dryer in my apartment. I’d like to live here for the foreseeable future. If you’re looking for a quiet secure place to live this is it.

Frank has always done such a fantastic job with every problem I have ever had in the almost 4 years I have lived at the Eaves. He always completes the job quickly and correctly, and I have never had any problems with anything he has ever helped me with!

I have been living at this apt. complex with my girlfriend since September 2015. I am taking the time to write a review now because of how impressed I am and satisfied with the service theyve provided us from the very beginning. The other day, for example, we had an emergency and needed our locks changed. They sent someone out right away (within 20min.) and replaced the locks in under that time.Any type of maintenance or service weve ever requested has been addressed and completed within 24hrs., and I would say 90% of the time theyve actually been able to do it within a few hours of the service being requested. The maintenance crew on the property are all very nice and friendly, and respectful anytime they enter the apt. We have always given them permission to access the apt. even when were not home, and weve never had to worry about our belongings.All in all, this is the best experience Ive ever had with an apartment complex. Everyone that works here is actually here to help you and work out any issues you have.

Great location, updated unit great, pleasant & helpful office and maintenance staff, friendly residents, guest parking can be challenging but manageable. Very pet friendly. Love all the trees but have wrecked havoc on many sidewalks in need of repairs.

Read before you rent, Pluses are few. The grounds are nice and quiet and are pet friendly. Big backyards and patios and really nice pool. The units themselves leave a little to be desired. They are big but cabinet space is inadequate. They Have renovated units try to get one of those!! The un-renovated units are extremely dated. Appliances are old and in constant need of repair. Toilets clog on a regular basis. Shoddy repairs of doors and baseboards...you name it!! Cheapest hotel faucets and counters remind one of a boulevard motel. Maintenance people just try to fix as best they can. If you live downstairs be ready for noise from above...i.e. very little floor.padding.

Right from the beginning I have been treated with respect. I have had no issues and the management team is incredible. I love that they have events, connected to help dogs, set up a Christmas wrapping station for free and would wrap for you if you didnt have time, and also they take all large packages for safe keeping and send you an email to pick up. The gym is clean and the hot tub and pool too.Highly recommended.

Great staff at Eaves HB. Frank and co in maintenance have been incredibly helpful over the years of living here with regards to repairs, which are always handled in a timely matter, with full transparency. Ian, Linda, and Bryan in the office have always been incredibly helpful as well during our stay here as well.

We have lived at eaves for 1.5 years, and what we love is the ammenities-pool/spa, workout room, and friendly Staff. The grounds are very manicured and beautiful with palm tress/flowers, always clean. The new modern updates recently installed-- wood floors, kitchen and carpet in our apartment is wonderful. There are not too many things the Front Office has not accommodated for us also. 3 miles from the beach I might add...

Eaves is a great complex with a wonderful staff! Everyone from the people in the office to maintenance is so helpful and kind. The apartment is great with tons of light and a huge patio for my dog. Plus washer and dryer in the unit is AMAZING. If you get an opportunity you wont regret living in this community!

Ive lived here for almost 2 years now and have really enjoyed it. I have a second floor one bedroom apartment by the pool area which is surprisingly larger than many of the newer 1 bedroom apartments popping up in and around Huntington Beach and for a lot less money. The amenities the Eaves offers are great, with a gym thats open 24 hours, very large pool and hot tub, covered or garage parking, and a very nice BBQ area where you can have birthday parties and gatherings, it really is a great place to live The staff here are truly the best, always friendly and willing to help, as also the maintenance staff who always can be seen around the complex and extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for someplace thats central located in Huntington Beach and is a good family oriented place to live.

When I moved there 4,5 years ago, the place was really good. However during the years the quality dropped, taking too long to fix simple things... watch out for the moving out fees, they always try to make you pay more money...

Positives- Apartments are spacious. There is no need for AC or heat, the place stays comfortable with windows open. Residents are very friendly. The staff is helpful. The leasing office holds your delivered packages for pickup. The premises is secured (but see below.) This apartment complex is 6 minutes from the beach, and minutes shops, restaurants, malls and entertainment. The biggest positive for us is that it is not in LA county.Negatives- Non-residents use Jacuzzi and pool, (I have watched them come in using a fob, use the pool, the leave and walk across the street to the other complex). Parking- 1 spot included with rent, your allowed up to 1 additional spot for a fee. Currently there is a waiting list of up to 2-3 months (or up to 1 quarter of the length of the lease.) Some dog owners allow their dogs to bark incessantly throughout the day/evening/overnight, last night was until 2-3 in the morning. The complex is supposed to be non-smoking, with 2 permitted areas to smoke, people around us do not follow this.--updated-- 3/31/17since the previous post, the barking has gotten better, but it still happens from time to time. smoking- remains the same. It took us almost 5 months to get a parking pass for the extra car.The community had there first taco Thursday catered event. It was quite fun and met some new people in the community.-new issues or newly noticed issues-My dog has fleas ever since moving in here; I NEVER had this problem before. I now have her on 2 different medications monthly. I also had to get the apartment bug-bombed for fleas. Eaves paid for this, so I am assuming they are aware of the problem the community is having.--overall--I would continue rate this a 3 star out of 5.Updates to come.

Its a good spot to live, the complex is alright, the people who work here are great! The only complaints I have is that you only get 1 parking spot per apartment, a second one costs $40. Also our apartment is super super dark. The model we saw was perfect but we couldnt visit our specific apartment before we moved in and it was an unpleasant suprise.

Apartments are cool and spacious, parking is terrible !!!! Only one assigned parking space per apartment and we have been on the waiting list for a year and the lease ends in July. The apartments are overly!!!pet friendly, there is always pet feces on the walkway, nearby grass and even in the parking garage area on the bare ground!!!!! People do not pick up after their pets and the barking of dogs overnight and early mornings are consistent. This place is not accommodating enough for 1800.00 in rent!!

I have lived here almost 3 years. The office personnel are very professional and caring. Your maintenance requests are attended tovery quickly.

I lived at Eaves for a year (before they renovated the apartments). I’m giving it a 4/5 because the price is pretty affordable, but you are getting what you pay for. The finishings, appliances, and overall community is cheap and not well maintained. You can look past it though because you are getting a good amount of square footage for the rent and everything still works. A couple other downsides is that you’ll probably get ants or fleas and there’s theft in the parking area. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, the community just needs an update - which they were renovating as my lease was ending.

Maintenance issues are resolved quickly! Frank came and fixed 2 problems we had within 24 hours of making the request which was on the weekend and non-urgent.

Maintenance crew is so responsive. Really appreciate their friendly service.

I enjoy my apartment near the sea. I have a beautiful patio where I spend my mornings having tea. Just a few miles from the ocean. What more do I need. Its not my Myrtel Beach but close enough!!!.

Always well maintained. Mainly quite community. Dog friendly. Close to Bella Terra and westminster mall. Staff is great always helpful. Locked myself out one day they got me right back into my apartment.Sub post just had to have my locks changed due to circumstances they went right over and changed them. I couldnt have even gotten a lock smith out here this fast great service.

Older community in regards to amenities. Upgrades are being done constantly though it seems of which the most important one is to remove carpet in favor of hard floor. When Americans realize that it’s a disgusting, unsanitary and ancient practice to install permanent carpet in apartments then Eaves might remove it also in the bedrooms which would be perfect.If you can manage to rent during Oct - Dec prizes are much better which is necessary in this insanely priced SoCal rental market.What Eaves really need is a gym upgrade. A Smith machine would transform the gym to professional grade!

Dont even bother, if you want a one bedroom for 1750, move to Irvine where its many many times nicer and newer. This place is outrageously over priced for NO central cooling or heating, extremely limited parking, terrible interior painting (over hinges and globs of paint hanging for cabinets), terrible lay out with d/w inside the already tiny bedroom. Walls are insanely thin with no insulation, expect to freeze in the winter and sweat in summer. Many policies are not enforced what so ever, smoking policy, dogs of all sizes and breed(all prohibited/property manager violates this rule as well). Also, I hope you have rain boots because when it rains the parking areas flood with 2-3 inches of water and takes days to drain. Dont be fool by their garage, its really just a parking over hang with a door and chain link fence along the back and the overhang rains rust and paint onto your car. Not only are you already going to over pay for the apartment but if you want to park thats another 35/month. Say you forget to park in the right spot(easier than it sounds) Eaves will have your car ticketed ($35), without sensibility (are there other spots open?) And even have it towed as an awesome Christmas gift for you! ($275)

The shower knob broke making my shower unusable. They came out that very day and not only was the shower fixed by the time I got home, but they must have noticed that the key would stick in the lock on my front door and fixed that while they were here. I had been cleaning my classroom all day and I nearly cried when I got home and found I had a useable shower again. The shower worked better then it ever had since I moved in! A few days later my washing machine stopped working and again, they were able to fix it the next day. I am very thankful for their great service. I am disabled and these things make a huge difference in my quality of life. Thank you to the hard working Eaves staff!

I ve been hear 4years,every month there is some new up grad with no compensation. The plumbing is 10 years old or more. I have 2 floors in 4 years from two other apartments not mead.
