I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone who isn’t a regular. Definitely felt they have favoritism to familiar faces which is understandable but unfortunately I wish the service was the same. My gel pedicure was a little messy, I still have some gel left on my skin which I can try and get off myself. While doing my pedicure, she had to stop midway to assist a coworker and when she returned I felt she rushed through my massage. Also, I wasn’t very satisfied with my dip manicure. It felt rushed because more people kept coming in. This was my first manicure in two years as I told the lady. I was expecting my cuticles to be cut, lotion, possibly a hand massage, and a more flawless finish but sadly I didn’t get any of that. I feel my dip is way too thick and by the time I got back from washing my hands the lady had moved on to the next customer. I know that they were busy but I appreciate when nail salons make you feel like you’re the only one there even though you may not be. Sad to say I don’t feel I will be back.

I came here 2 consecutive weeks for a pedicure and they closed early. Staff was rude. Do not recommend. Place is very old fashioned and needs updating. Health protocols not followed.

Made an appointment a few days in advance. Showed up a few minutes before my appointment time to find the waiting area completely filled. I waited about 20 minutes before someone working acknowledged me. Another 10 minutes went by (30 total at this point) and I picked out a color. Another 10 minutes later a woman told me it would be two more minutes. She was eating noodles in the back while the chair I thought I’d be going into was filled by someone else. No end in sight to waiting for an appointment. Not respectful of customers time who schedule appointments ahead of time. I’ve never had to wait this long for an appointment. After waiting 50 minutes and no end in sight, I walked out. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Just called and made another appointment at a different local salon.

Tina at sister nails is fabulous. The owner there is very kind and fair. They do take walkins so quite often if they get a lot of walkins and this may cause them to be behind so even though you made an appointment their may be a wait. Especially before holidays or right after school gets out etc. If you are a person that doesn’t like to wait or doesn’t have time to wait, I suggest making the first appointment of the day. Then their will be no wait.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! My family and I have been coming here for years. The staff is so friendly and remember us everytime. They are all very talented. Lily did my nail art and it looks INCREDIBLE! I’m very happy with my new set and pedicure. 10/10 recommend!

My appointment was 30 minutes delayed- if you’re on a time crunch... don’t come here. I understand that things happen, but having customers wait for 30+ minutes past their appointment time is unprofessional.On top of the time issue, the quality of my nails were not good. She was rough while doing my dip tips, and even made my cuticles bleed (they stung even worse when I got home...).I paid $60 for a below-average full set + terrible time management. You can find better service, at better prices at so many other shops- trust the reviews, and don’t go here.

I have been coming here every two weeks for over a year and i love this salon. Everyone is friendly and personable and they really try their best to provide good service for customers. They all remember who i am which i think speaks volumes considering the large amount or people they take care of every day. I recommend this salon to women daily. Personally i would make an appointment rather than just walk in because it can get very busy.

Nikki and Hannah are the best. The entire team at this spa is professional, friendly and meticulous. I enjoy the pedicures, and the gel manicures. The prices are reasonable and the hours are convenient. This shop was previously owned by an owner that was not professional and was grouchy and sloppy. Since these sisters took over 2 years ago, the place is busy and the service is great. Check it out.

Super friendly staff! They listen to your wants and are beyond kind! Very personable. I dont really like getting my nails done and they made the experience fun (and hilarious!).

I waited 40 minutes to get seated and then it took it then took another hour and 20 minutes to do my nails which was just a simple fill in. i would have been fine with it if they were just busy and understaffed but half the time i was at my seat there were multiple workers just standing around. the whole process took 2 hours when it should have taken an hour tops.

I love Sister Nails they are wonderful. I drive from Cleveland to the shop. I wont go anywhere else to have my nails done. All the ladies in the shop are excellent at doing nails. If you havent been there in the last ten months then you have dealt with the old owners and staff. I recommend Sister Nails to all my friends and family. One of my friends travel from Cleveland just like I do also. We live Nikki, Hannah and all the ladies there.

This is my second review because I’ve never been so disappointed with a nail place. Not only did her employees directly stare me down for 5 minutes while speaking a different language when i got one of my nails repaired they were EXTREMELY disrespectful. Hanna (the owner) was trying to be nice but came off as very rude. Weeks after my nails themselves are torn out of their nail socket. My acrylics usually will last me 3 weeks then a fill. And I’ll have the same pair for 3-4 months. These lasted 3 weeks and my fake nails aren’t all off and my nails are not present. So now i just have skin in my nail socket. Had to go to the er to get medicine to contain my infection in three fingers. DO NOT GO THERE PEOPLE.

Been going here ever since new ownership and absolutely love it! Every one is so kind. They know me by name and always ask about my mother and my dog :) They do amazing pedicures with multiple “levels” that include more lotions scrubs and massage time. Also have amazing nail artists that do beautiful designs.

Love Sister Nails! They do awesome manicures and pedicures, staff is friendly, and prices are good. They have a huge selection of all types of polish - regular, gel, and dip. They are very thorough and have even included a mini massage of my arms and shoulders with a mani. They have lots of options for add-ons with pedicures for when you really want to pamper yourself, but they can also do a really great quick polish change (even with gel) for when you are in a hurry! Thanks for the great service!

Worst pedicure ever! Completely rushed and did a half ass job. My girlfriend and I both got shafted on our pedicure, all because some other lady came in. Didnt take any of the dead skin off my feet, let alone fulfill the entire pedi as it should be, wont be back. Super star nails in stow is amazing and knew I shouldnt of gone elsewhere. Not worth one star.

BEWARE!!! I will never go back here or refer anyone. First off, they charged me $25.00 for shellac paint but never told me it was more. Also, I specifically told them I did not want the deluxe pedicure when they were trying to push me on it multiple times, but guess what? they charged me for it at the end. I scheduled a basic pedicure for $35.00 and ended up paying $73.00. They are dishonest and ripped me off. It was very disappointing because I coordinated a entire party and that is how I was treated. Poor, poor business ethics. BEWARE!!!

Im not sure if the woman doing my pedicure was in a hurry but she scratched my foot up with the scraper to the point where my heel was bleeding. I have bright red scabs on them from where she scratched them.

I like the location and the availability of hours. They are friendly.
