The workers were friendly and kind but my gel manicure didnt go up to the cuticle. It looked, the day of the manicure, like a weeks growth took place. The experience wasnt bad, but I dont think Ill go back.

I showed a picture of design. I was told the could do it. Waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Could not do the design, had issues just painting my nails. I was there over a hour and half. Not even a week later my gel nails are chipped. Sent a message about my service with no response. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Very rude, poor job, was looking up another customers dress while she was getting her feet done . Appsilutly beyond disappointed .

My favorite and absolute go to nail salon. very clean and everyone is exremely kind and the place itself is very beautiful and comfy. all the techs are very skilled at what they do and there are so many colors to choose from. i have never had a single complaint about my nails here and they last a very very long time. they are also very affordable.

Everyone was nice, and the establishment clean. They got me in fairly quickly as it was a spur of the moment decision for me. I needed a bit of stuff care and they provided with excellent results. Looking forward to going back.

Made an appointment and they were very nice . Sat down to start my dip and nothing was sanitized before it was used on me .. price was decent but would rather pay more if it meant everything was clean . Also it’s been 4 days and my dip is peeling .. not impressed ..I went back and she offered to re do the “ top coat” which I was happy about .. and she was really nice about it but I won’t be going back .

Literally the next day when my gel acrylic chipped right off, WHILE MAKING MY BED. This location is also 40 minutes from me because I went with a friend so I can’t exactly just go back and get it fixed real quick. Probably going to have to spend $20 more somewhere else to get it fixed and a color change if they don’t have something to match it with. Not sure if it’s poor quality products or what but it’s super frustrating

I heard about this place from a friend and decided to make the trip. A great value in a convenient location. The girls are very professional and are really good at sensing my mood. And took care of my hands and feet. My nails are sleek, clean, and just perfect! Ive had good luck with this nail place. Honestly its the best nail salon Ive been to and I was visiting.

The service is always consistent the quality is top notch in the Hudson area. I really love their non-toxic concept AND the bright atmosphere. The owner and the technician that helped me out were so sweet. If I ask this place to fix something they go above and beyond and does not get insulted. It was peaceful, quiet and clean! Youre aces in my book! The best salon which I have ever been.

Love going there. I have tried almost every other salon in town and neighboring towns, this is by far my favorite. If you don’t make an appointment you usually do have a small wait but it’s worth it. I’m very picky on my nails and have not a single complaint about my fill today!!! Love love love.

I was so grateful because I decided to check out Nails 2000. The nail techs who were talented and sweet. He didnt try to file them down forcefully. Perfect customer service! The salon is very clean and new : ) Cant wait until my fingernails grow back.

The man doing the pedicures did not clean the station he was working at before he started on me. I was at a different chair so I thought maybe someone else does clean up. But then another woman was put in that chair. The young guy who did her pedicure did clean up after. Also the older guy doing my pedicure had water spilling all over the floor. I pointed it out but he just kept saying its ok. To the point where it soaked my shoes and was heading towards electrical plugs on the floor so I grabbed towels from the shelves next to me and put the down to stop it from reaching the electrical cords. Seems like hes trying to cut costs on all sides.The pedicure came out nice but you cant guarantee theyll be using clean anything.

Found this place on Google and had a great experience! The staff here are knowledgeable and approachable. Their prices are unbeatable. I wish I could give more stars.

My mother and daughter went to have their nails done, (acrylics for my daughter / mother only had hers painted). They were told they had to pay first - AND TO REMEMBER TO TIP!! After being treated extremely poorly, my daughters nails look horrible!! If the one on Amherst St is closed, dont go to Hudson b/c you could get better quality and service at a Walmart!!

Let me first start out by saying it is A-typical for a nail salon owner to provide personalized customer service. They recommended a tech based on my needs. Ive had a very thin nails and have never been able to grow them out. I will come back again for next week.

The only reason I went to this salon for a pedicure was because I had a gift card and a friend of mine was in desperate need of an end of pregnancy pedicure. From start to finish, I was less than impressed.1. My chair was not working (a gentleman gave me quite the eye roll to fix it)2. her tub had scolding hot water in the bath (again, shes super pregnant),3. None of my cuticles were trimmed4. The side of my foot was painfully swiped multiple times to the point of me pulling away, when I told the gentleman it hurt, he smiled and continued and sliced off almost an inch of skin with the pumice stone to the point I was bleeding (still smiling)5. My very pregnant friend was bleeding from both of her big toe cuticles, I guess what they didn’t cut from mine, they took from hers6. We were rushed out the door to pay. Charged my card full price and took the gift card amount off of my friends bill and said “oops, I sorry, I forget”After constant peroxide and liquid bandage applications my foot is still burning and will never return. ESPECIALLY after both of us walking out the door bleeding and STILL paying full price. This place should have a warning sign on the door!

I come from the south loop to still get my nails done at revive! The people that work there and the atmosphere is so great. My nails always look amazing after leaving!

Received a gel manicure on Sunday. On Monday one of my nails chipped. Its now Wednesday and several nails have chipped. I would expect this from a regular polish but not gel. I do not recommend going here.

Great job but pricey! I just relocated from Atlanta where Im used to only paying $25 for an SNS manicure. Here was almost twice as much! Combine that with a $50 deluxe pedicure, this was probably the most expensive salon visit Ive had EVER. But with that said, I will say the service was exceptional and I really liked how my nails came out. Its a tiny shop, but I didnt have to wait at all (I called ahead to make sure) and Holly, who actually did my nails was great! The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is solely due to how pricey it is, but they really did a good job. Oh! and they had a great SNS color selection too. They had colors Ive not seen before which was great too.
