AL AND AL were both wonderful, professional gentleman. AL balanced and rotated my tires quickly and even helped me figure out a couple of issues that were causing my tires to wear unevenly. Instead of insisting I just buy new tires to make some money off me, he suggested I get as much life as I can out of them and replace them when I fix the other issues. They also did my balance and rotation for free because I bought my original set of tires from them which was entirely unexpected and very kind of them. A+ SERVICE.

I just bought a new car and was concerned about a grinding noise in the front. I called to ask if someone could look at it for me and Alfredo booked my promptly for that same day. He did a superb job inspecting the area where I was hearing the noise from to ensure no detail was overlooked. He suggested I call the dealership as everything appeared to look normal. He was very friendly and helpful with manners...great customer service. I am confident that the next time I have an emergency, I can call Tire Warehouse.

I seldom leave reviews but have to give Al and the other worker that helped put new tires on our vehicle today a huge shout out. Al worked with me on a very fair and reasonable price for a tire he had in stock to get me on my way prior to some traveling we are about to do. They also did the work the same day I called in about 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time with any other tire store along Lowell rd. You will be treated with respect and honesty here.

The best tire place around. Helpful and quick. Will not over sell you. They give you what you need. If you buy the tires there you get free rotation and balancing for life of tires.

Tire Warehouse greeted me right when I arrived and completed work on replacing and balancing four tires within a half hour. Even their wifi was fine even though I was warned it was slow. One of my tire sensors died a couple of days after I left, but they replaced it for free. Their service is top-notch.

I went in to force balance all four tires. I have been dealing with out of balance tires for a while. Different shops never got it the way it was supposed to be. The guys took me right away and in 45 minutes or so they finished. I took my truck on the highway and no more problems.Thanks so much for great and timely service.Mike

Had a leak in my car tire that was previously repaired at another big name tire chain. The issue is still my valve stem but the guys at Tire Warehouse explained to me what was causing the leak and how I may want to replace the metal tire rim to avoid future leaks. They then put on a truck valve stem as a replacement, which is metal. This should be sturdier than the car valve stem which was replaced previously. The extra time these guys spent explaining the issue to me makes all the difference. Why didnt the other tire place tell me these details? IDK, but I know in the future Ill be bringing my car here for all of its tire needs.

Very friendly employees, SUPER fast service! I dropped my car off at 4pm for 4 new tires and it was all set and ready to go for me by 430!! They got right to the job and did what they needed to do! They also gave me better tires than what i requested for the same quote as well as pointed out an issue to me that I wasn’t aware about before !! I asked many questions like is there anything else wrong and they answered accurately and with the best of their knowledge ! They are awesome over here and definitely my choice of tire shop! Tech was nice, put air in my tire with an object sticking out of it. The sales man wouldnt even check to see if he had any mid grade tires due to 18s.....he could only order for three days later at the soonest.

I had a bad day at another mechanic shop (certified automotive solutions) in Nashua after dropping almost 2 grand 3 days ago there & asking them to check everything from head to toe on the car to make sure it’s safe & no issues. Today I was told to come at 3 & my fiancé and I were waiting for hours and my fiancé has a broken leg from an accident & that’s why we are so on top of making sure everything is right so nothing got done all they did was tell me “oh I found this on your tire& this on another tire” wanting to charge me the same amount I paid here thank god I found this place and then just an hour before they closed I called to see if they had the tires I needed and they took me in right away and took great care of me didn’t play me with price either! very friendly and would definitely recommend for sure! After a bad day it turned great!

I paid $1000 for a set of tires. Within 2 months, they leak every time the temps go below 20 degrees and require refill. They also all had yellow dots painted on them. Worker said there was nothing he can do. Next time, I will go to a more professional company.

Tire Warehouse was not only VERY welcoming (Allen, Alfonso & Al) they beat TowneTires quote by $75. for the same tires WITH a front-end aliment. A year ago, I gave Tire Warehouse a five star review. One year later and after around $20,000 of customer loyalty over the years. Im sad to say, I must pull that back.I was desperate today when I found my tire with only 10 PSI in it. I called Tire Warehouse and spoke with the younger Al. He told me to bring my car in but make sure its in the afternoon since it was busy and should be quieter then.I arrived at Tire Warehouse and pulled up to the bay. The older Al huffed out of the back, seemingly frustrated and approached me. I told him I called about low pressure in my tire and that I had a screw in it. He looked at it and saw the screw in the sidewall. He rudely said I cant fix that, no one will, you have an AWD and need four tires, I cant put them on, Im too busy - I told him that I had to drive 100 miles the next morning to volunteer at an event. He said again I cant help you, Im busy - I then said we buy all of our tires here, weve been loyal customers - he didnt care. He said Go to Sullivan Tire or Town Fair Tire, maybe they can help you but I cant, Ive got too much to do - I then told him that when I called, I was asked to wait until the afternoon to bring my car by. His response Well lady, that was to fix a flat, not to put four tires on a car - Im done doing business with Tire Warehouse. The other five drivers in my household are done as well.Sorry Al, you had me almost in tears.I did go over to the Daniel Webster Highway to Town Fair Tire. They were flat out busy. It was insane but you know what? Joe greeted me professionally and treated me with the utmost respect. He went out to the bays to see if someone could fit my car in. They also said they could help me. I have my tires, they have 6 new customers.Thank you to Town Fair Tire, I can safely drive to volunteer to teach first aid at an event tomorrow because of you.

I had an appointment for 10:30 and they took me right on time. With in 30 minutes they already had all 4 tires back on my truck. I scheduled an alignment with the same appointment and they had two guys take care of that. For people with busy schedules this means a lot. Four new tires and an alignment in less than an hour. Can’t beat that.I shopped around for pricing and they are very competitive in that category too. I recommend giving them a try. I did my research and it went better than expected.

The guys are always hard working always prop to do the best they can to take care of anybodys problem and needs. Theyre honest fair and their prices hands down to the best around and you can tell that they take pride in their service most of their technicians and staff members have been there as long as Ive been going and thats a long time.The guys are great they get five stars for me and a $20 tip plus every time Im there when I can if not at least do my best to bring coffee or at least offer to run for coffee for them appreciation goes a long way. Thats something that you people should keep in mind when visiting them
