My brakes were completely shot. I was anxious to take my vehicle in to Tire Pros and get the brakes replaced including a complete brake fluid flush. I was impressed when two hours after dropping off my Jeep I got the call saying it was ready for pick up. What, already!!? They work fast and efficiently. The staff ate always friendly and willing to work with you on the repairs suggested. They provided me with a priority list of which repairs needed to be completed first and gave estimates of what they may cost. Thank you Tire Pros

The guys at the Hudson store are guardian angels in disguise. While driving from Fargo North Dakota to Detroit Michigan, my Chevy Tahoe blew out a left front wheel bearing on interstate 94. I was able to park at the Hudson store at 3:00 am. When the shop opened Saturday morning, the guys were able to look at my car first thing. They gave me an estimate for repairs and arranged their schedule to get my car into the shop. They then let us use their loaner car so that we could get breakfast while they worked on the car. When we returned from breakfast, my car was already done and ready to go. We were back on the road with virtually no loss of time. Due to their excellent work I was able to get home without any further incident. I highly recommend Tire Pros and Wheel Experts for everything from your everyday to extraordinary car needs.

Right front was down 6 psi at 10 am brought it in at 2:30pm w no appt and a new stem installed by 3:30 pm.The absolute best place in Hudson for service!

Was driving in to Hudson, WI and noticed a low pressure on one of my tires. Stopped for gas and could hear it hissing. Was flat within a minute. I pulled to a safe location and put on the spare. Was traveling back from Minnesota to Pittsburgh and had flat tire on the interstate. After the tire was replaced I stopped at Tire Pro to see if it could be fixed or needed replaced. I went in to tire pros to check on prices for new tires for my jeep. Wasn’t sure what I needed or was looking for. Jerrack the assistant manager I believe, was super courteous and helpful. When to three shops to order rims for my Camaro. Every shop I went to they were not comfortable ordering the rims and instructed me to order and bring them in to have tires mounted. Finally this shop took full control and knew what they were doing! Looks great very professional.

I had just moved to Hudson, WI from CA and I inadvertently hit a board on a back road the day after I arrived. The car in front of me swerved and barely missed the board, but I hit it straight on. Tire was not repairable. After working with Adam at the TiresPro Hudson location, I went with his recommendation and got 4 of the Toyo Celsius All Weather tires. The guys did a great job and I love the tires. They ride very nice. Quiet too! Adam had me come back after I had 50-100 miles on them so they could just recheck and make sure all lug nuts were solid. I will definitely be using TiresPro for ALL my future car needs. They are very convenient for me and Adam and team are amazing!

Was able to get the tires I wanted quickly. And unlike the other archaic shops in Hudson/New Richmond they actually have nitrogen. Which is a must if you have tire PSI sensors. Nitrogen doesn’t fluctuate like air with temp swings.

I am very fussy about tire balance. I tend to notice the smallest vibrations. The guys at Tire Pros sounded very confident about their tire balancing capabilities so I decided to give them a shot.They got my car in the garage on time. Took a little over an hour which they told me it would. My car has never driven smoother. This might be the best balance work I have ever had done.GREAT job and great service.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great communication and service. Came in this week to get snow tires and they were able to put them on that day! Great at explaining my options and called me right away to let me know when they were finished. I feel much safer driving with snow tires this winter. It was also very clean inside and they were wearing masks.

If I could rate TPWE more than five stars, I would! I brought my car in at the last minute because I was in desperate need of two front tires. My tires were showing cords and on the brink of popping. I spoke to Adam on the phone, and he said theyd be happy to put some tires on for me that same day. After inspection of my car, Adam and Nick asked me to come into the shop and look at something they had found. My front passenger side tire felt as though it could be pulled off by hand because my ball joint was completely destroyed. I noted that my steering wheel had been shaking while driving, which was due to my wheel being so loose from a bad ball joint. They had also noted that my drivers side front tire was mildly loose due to both a ball joint and tie rod, and recommended a fix in the near future. I asked if they could just replace all of it for me because I knew it was needed badly. Adam wrote me a quote before they began working on it just to be sure I was okay with the invoice. Shortly after, Nick mentioned that it might be a 3 hour job, and gave me the keys to a courtesy vehicle to drive for free. It was near closing time, so they wanted to make sure I had a vehicle to drive in the mean time. Nick even offered to help me install my sons car seat in the courtesy vehicle, and started the vehicle for me so it would be warm inside when I left. I picked my car up the next morning, and it drives good as new. AMAZING customer service, and a job very well done. Adam even sent me out the door with a list of other inspection notes to recommend replacing in the future to keep me safe on the road. I highly recommend Tire Pros for your car needs! I went in with a flat. 45 minutes and $35 later I was sent home with a flat. They basically cleaned the snow off my tire and said, good luck! Come back soon! I was putting my spare on shortly after and bringing my tire elsewhere. This experience was the equivalent to, thoughts and prayers! Utterly useless.
