From start to finish I had nothing but a great experience using Kotch’s. Mike was very personable and helpful. He made sure I had a full understanding of what I was buying and it’s quality. He kept me updated throughout the process and called to make sure everything was going well and that I was happy during instal. His team of guys that did the install we’re absolutely awesome as well. They answered any questions I had, made sure everything fit perfectly and kept the areas they were working in very clean. They where even fantastic with my two dogs who constantly got in the way exploring and trying to help. If I could I would give 10 stars! ⭐️

This was a fantastic experience! Mike Kotch has build a family business that truly cares about the customers and goes out of their way to make them happy! The windows were wonderful and their attention to detail made this an extraordinary experience. My neighbor also replaced all her windows with Kotchs Windows and they were so pleasant to be around, she told me that she was going to be sad to see them go!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND KOTCHS WINDOWS. Used Kotch’s for windows in our old house. Then used them in our new house for doors and windows. Knowledge of products, installation and finalizing the project is always outstanding. On time, professional and friendly every time. Their windows and doors are so much better than other ones. We used to keep our house at 68* in the summer. Now we keep it at 71* and it feels cooler since we don’t need the A/C running all the time. Pay for themselves after a while.

The Kotch team did a fantastic job installing our windows and new slider. Their attention to detail was very impressive. They do not rush to finish the job. We could not he happier!

Door install ended up being more work than planned due to some rotting boards around the door and they took care of it no problem and everything ended up looking perfect! Great service and quality!

Exceptional customer service from sales to installation! The windows were installed quickly and efficiently. I am glad I chose Kotchs windows as I live in Howell and after several quotes and demos by othervendors I chose Sunrise Windows to install. 22 windows installed and everyone was perfect. Quality of workmanship was excellent. Great communication with everyone involved. My wife now practices cleaning the outside of windows by tipping them in and is so happy. Purchased front door in 2018, and loved it so much we replaced our back door and storm door. Huge difference in quality compared to big box stores. Mike and his crew are the best.Added two exterior doors, and almost all of our windows (Garage windows didnt need replacing). We are noticing a significant difference in the house temperature. Great job by this family owned business. When we replace our siding, they will be the ones we will call.

Kotchs installed new windows yesterday at my condo. The sales experience was great - no pressure, no repeated phone calls or emails while I explored a variety of quotes for the windows (other companys are still calling even after I told them Id made a decision!). The installation was smooth. The crew showed up and got right to work, working quite efficiently. The windows seem to be of great quality. I can stand by my windows and not feel the air coming right through them! Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Just had windows put in our home yesterday 7/21/2020 Ryan and his crew did an excellent job on the install, trim, caulking and clean up, very nice job would definitely use them again.

Kotchs was wonderful to work with! We found Kotchs to be very competitively priced after receiving a total of 5 quotes from various companies, both large and small. After viewing some of the work of Kotchs and the one other company we were considering, Kotchs was head and shoulders above the competition with the quality of their work.We had our whole house sided in vinyl as well as gutter replacement. The contractors were wonderful. The work was done in a timely matter. The crew showed up together at the same time every day and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend Kotchs and would most definitely hire them again!

My wife and I purchased 30 Sunrise vinyl windows and a sliding door from Kotch’s Windows-N-More and had them installed in Aug 2017. Our home was built in 1998 and the original wood windows were in need of replacement. Mike Kotch and his team were fantastic! Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and I was pleased that he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques during the bid process. His extensive experience in the windows industry was very evident during our consultation with him. We received 3 different quotes for windows and we found that Mike’s quote (which price-wise fell in the middle of the 3) provided the most value and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted (including a really neat Sunrise sliding glass door with shutters built on the inside of it, and 3 large picture windows that the other competitor said would need to be 6 smaller windows instead of 3). Mike’s installers were also top notch. We were very impressed with the work they did, and the care and attention to detail that they had. (Mike’s installers came highly recommended to us from a few different neighbors of ours, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Mike.) The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too. Very happy with my overall experience with Kotch’s Windows-N-More and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows!

I had a 9 sliding door wall that needed to be replaced. Turned out that it was a custom size and Mike was upfront and told me that they could make it fit, but that there might be some cosmetic issues in the inside (a little trim and paint work). I was ok with that. When his installer, another Mike, came he took one look and said there would be no need for touch up. He was right! When he left, it looked like the door wall came with the house.Mike offered a fair price, the timing for installation was as he said, and maybe most important, when there was a minor problem with a latch, he followed up to make sure the manufacturer came out and fixed it. Which they did. I am happy with Kotchs Windows-N-More and would recommend them highly.
