Beautiful items In the store but very poor customer service!!! I would have certainly purchased a few items but I refuse to spend my money where I am not given good customer service. I asked one lady a question and she didn’t really know and never tried to find out. I seemed to be bothering her.

I decided it was time to purchase my first Rolex, and had an idea of what I was looking for, and gave The Vintage Contessa/Times Past a call to see if they could help. I was completely blown away by the entire experience from start to finish. On Monday I spoke with Mandy and told her what I was looking for, and within 10 minutes she sent me a text with a picture, and could not believe that it was exactly what I wanted. She answered all my questions, and I asked her to hold it for me until Thursday when I could make my way over to see it. Eugene helped me through the entire process, and was struck my his knowledge of watches. The process was never rushed, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Their customer service is amazing, and highly recommend if you are in the market for a pre-owned, high end watch. We will definitely be back!

This is the only place in Houston for quality vintage, high fashion jewelry, scarves and handbags. The staff is totally friendly, very professional and a complete pleasure to deal with. Rob and his beautiful wife are some of Houston’s best— friendly, knowledgeable, and totally fun. If I could give their boutique 10 Stars, I would. I’ve recommended to all of my best friends that a visit to The Vintage Contessa and Times Past is an experience one will not forget. And the treasures you might find are truly that— treasures!

I recently purchased a watch from Rob at Times Past and couldnt be happier about it. I walked into their beautiful showroom and was quickly greeted by his wonderful wife Donae. After looking at a few watches through the cases Rob immediately came up to me and asked me to tell him what I was looking for and informed me that the majority of his inventory is not out. After listening to my wants he quickly returned with 4-5 watches that exactly matched the criteria I expressed to him. I was given the pros about each style and also background information on specifications I had no idea I even needed to know. The entire process was extremely comfortable and I thank Rob for making me feel good about my purchase without the typical pressure sales that most jewelers apply. As I acquire new watches in the future I know that Rob will be the only person I purchase anything from. I highly recommend anyone to both Rob and Times Past!

Diamonds, jewelry, purses...oh my! Times Past & Vintage Contessa is a one stop shop for every gal’s wish list! Rob secured the diamonds and helped design a new ring, taking my original ring and making a keepsake pendant and earrings that I treasure. I have purchased scarf for my MIL, an Hermès bracelet for a dear friend; it’s a wonderful place to shop for all the special people in your life without paying crazy retail prices. Go visit soon!

Everything is 100% authenticated and the staff really knows what they’re talking about. The prices they give are extremely fair compared to other places I’ve been. Excellent transaction on a wonderful new Panerai. The watch is 15 years old and came as if it was manufactured yesterday. Very friendly staff and expedited delivery. Would recommend to anyone looking for the highest quality timepieces in new or near new condition.

Low ball offers! I dont know who the guy was that appraised my almost brand new Louis Vuitton purse and wallet but it wasnt one of owners. He was extremely unprofessional and took less than 30 seconds to look over my purse and wallet- literally gave both items the once over. I had all of the original packaging, dust bags and the original receipt with a total of $4,131.76 at the bottom and the guy had the audacity to offer me $1,000 for both items. Less than a year old and they look/ are BRAND NEW!!! I will never go back to sell or purchase! Customer service is everything and yall definitely lack in that category.
