I came here because I had two gold chains that ment alot to me.. I had gone to 2 places prior and one said they couldnt fix while the other charged unjustly. I came to KCs by a friend referral the customer service was absolutely fantastic, the price was fair for the work, and I received my jewelry quick. Very rude and unprofessional. I came in to ask about the jewelry and he cut me off and turned me away before I could say anything. He answered “what” aggressively when I was standing there in shock. I don’t appreciate being treated so rudely and definitely see why he doesn’t have much business when I come in. No one should be treated in this way before a word even gets to leave their mouth.

I heard from one of my family members that he is the only guy she goes to fix, clean, and buy jewelry from. So I immediately gathered all my jewelry that was tarnished, dual looking, and broken gold necklaces I been having needed fixing. I was so excited to restore my jewelry. 10$ to snap watch back on ... Really yall? ***updated -- I apologize, I didnt use your service, you have me confused with another dissatisfied person. I only wanted the back to my citizen watch put back on, I just replaced the battery and I couldnt get it to snap back. $10 seems steep when I suspect you would only use your tool to press it back in place. You are charging for a battery replacement I imagine when I already bought a battery and replaced it. I dont know why Im even adjusting my review when I really dont care you thought of it..I just thought $5 wouldve been a better price...
