I had a great experience! They were able to schedule me in a bit short notice, and Eli got my entire 1 bed room apartment clean even with abundant cat stains. Eli was a nice and funny guy, I enjoyed chatting with him. Would recommend!

I would definitely recommend this carpet cleaner. The whole team were so professional. They have all the proper equipment and take care to do a good job. In about an hours time they had made two rooms in my house look brand new. Definitely would use again, they are worth every penny!

Almost after 48 hours of having my carpet cleaned, with all my fans and AC constantly on, the carpet is still damp and the whole place is smelling like dung due to the wetness. Calls and texts to Eli has gone unanswered and that is very unprofessional to say the least. I promptly called and left messages for him to bring fans to get this place dried up and not even a single response from you Eli. You do not think you should at least call or respond to my text or you think I am complaining for nothing? You have cleaned this place several times so if I am calling your attention to your job this time, that means something is wrong. I am having a hard time staying here because of the terrible odor. Why would you not suck up the water as you should and then you have the effrontery not to ameliorate the situation? Your attitude this time is for lack of a better word is terrible, deeply disappointing.

Incredible and honorable service! I got home on a Sunday night to find a leak and soaking wet/seemingly destroyed rug. The owner Cheryl answered the phone that night and lined up one of her staff members to come at 9 am the next morning.They quoted me $129. It ended up taking close to 20 hours of manpower to complete this project yet C&E honored their price, left fans with me overnight, sent staff back to continue working a second day, and offered to find another company to complete the rug if they were not able to. Her staff - Eli (in particular) and Christian - were great guys and committed to cleaning the rug to my satisfaction. To clarify - the rug is still drying from the last cycle of deodorizer so I cannot yet comment on how effective their work was in terms of both stains and smell but rarely am I so impressed with a company honoring their commitment with such integrity!

I was totally impressed by the dryer vent cleaning service done by C&E Carpets and Vent this afternoon (in fact, the service guy just left 5 minutes ago). I have a severely clogged dryer vent/duct, as a result my dryer could not dry the clothes properly. I called C&E and Cheryl was courteous and prompt in setting up my appointment (the same afternoon). The service person, Eli, arrived on time and went right to work. Eli “thoroughly” cleaned out entire dryer duct from the inside to the outside of the house (which was about 25 ft long). I was shocked by how much junk Eli was able to clean out (it filled half of a large trash bag). I was utterly impressed by the quality of the work, the professionalism, and the friendliness of the service I received today. I will call them again for my air duct cleaning in the near future. In fact, I will not trust any other companies other than C&E to clean my air and dryer ducts. They deserve my recommendation without any reservation.
