Used this company first for my newly purchased home. He was so good I used him again to clean the carpets of the rental home I was moving out of.Customer service is important to me.He is very nice as well as experienced.

Contacted them through Facebook, they responded immediately, had a couple other quotes from other companies their prices were the lowest and the job done was amazing. Did 2 rooms carpet and the mattresses in each room. I am very pleased with their work, and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional cleaning.

Ibrahim is incredible !!! He does with work meticulously and the results are outstanding. Since I moved to the woodland area, I have use different vendors for my carpet cleaning but was never 100% satisfied, the last was sears and it didn’t cut it at all. D-Max Carpet is it! I used D Max services for a listing house that I had. I can surely tell you, it was a great experience. Very deep stains which had not been touched for years are gone and the carpet looks almost new! Scheduled them a month ago. Found them on the Google guaranteed service. Called to confirm appointment for tomorrow morning and apparently their truck is broke. They didnt call us to let us know. The lady who answered the phone had someone text us the bad news. She acted like we werent even on the schedule. We scheduled in advance because we are listing our house. I would give ZERO stars if possible. If we hadnt called them we wouldnt have known. They didnt even have enough respect for us to reach out and let us know to try somewhere else. Its very sad that a company who praises themselves for their customer service is so far off the mark.
