Juan and Ivan tightened loose carpets, steam cleaned the carpets and the tile floors in kitchen and breakfast area. Highly professional, competent and flexible. The outcome was excellent. They are passionate about doing a great job. I almost never write reviews but their work was that good.

Brock assisted us with this process last Thursday.Brock thoroughly explained the process, made recommendations and was very timely in completing the process.He was super friendly and cleaned the heck out of our carpet. Ere cleaning carpets in a unit behind us and my wife got their business card. We had them here today to clean 2 room, 1 hallway, and the stairs. We havent had the carpet professionally cleaned for 11 years. Always do it with our home cleaner.The price was the big draw, only $140.00!!The techs were very friendly and very professional. In addition to cleaning the carpet they provided excellent advice on getting spots up (we have one cat who loves to hack up hairballs on our beige carpet). They also told us what type carpet to buy whenever we decide to replace ours.And the carpets look FANTASTIC now!You cant go wrong with AquaTec in my opinion.

We have just concluded both an air duct cleaning and hard wood floor cleaning with AquaTec, that turned out to be much better than I might have expected. Both jobs were done on time, at price and when promised. When I say ...better than I might have expected, I simply didnt appreciate that these could look so good and wear so well. I must also add that the crew performing the service was meticulous in their neatness, punctuality and demeanor. We could not have asked for a better job and we wont hesitate to use them again.

I have been using AquaTec for almost 4 years now, and on every single occasion they do an outstanding job!.When we moved into our new house, I first tried 2 other companies in the Houston area, both of those companies completely failed in attention to detail. I am former military so the word meticulous is taken to a whole new level when I search for a contractor or service provider, carpet cleaning is no exception.I then discovered AquaTec through our neighborhood forum, and decided to give them a try. Great service and great quality

I have used AquaTec twice now and have a great experience both times. Superier customer service by Ivan and my carpet looks fantastic. I like that the cleaning is done by steam and there are no harsh chemicals used and he was even able to remove residue that a previous carpet cleaner left behind. Ivan even was able to patch up to small holes in my carpet that I didnt think I was able to repair without replacing the entire carpet. Very fair price for the service received. I will continue to recommend this company to my friends and family!

All of my expectations were blown away by AquaTec. Ivan was thorough, professional and friendly. He was also great with our German Shepard who is anxious with strangers in the house. He took the time to educate me on proper spot cleaning technique which is critical in our household because we have 5 cats in addition to the dog. He went above and beyond--and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that underneath the grime, we have great quality carpet (were the second owners of our home)! We were planning on replacing the carpet, and now with regular cleanings, we wont have to for quite some time. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!!

Melissa was very accommodating to my need for having the carpets cleaned after I moved out of my rent house. I could not get other companies to call me back to schedule a time to clean the carpets (I guess they have good much work). At the time of the carpet cleaning I thought the carpets were pretty shot (10 years old) but the technician was able to get them looking very good and they dried very fast. I had a couple of pet stains but they were gone. The last company I used in December left them very wet and really not very clean. If I was still living there in the Houston area I would use them again. Great carpet cleaning companies are hard to find.

This company blew me away, totally exceeded my expectations. He came in, took one look at my silk upholstery chairs & told me to save my money and not have them cleaned. This suprised me a bit but then he explained that because of the type of silk and kind of spots it would either ruin the material causing bunching or not get the stains out at all. I appreciated the honesty. After he was done with area rugs & couches they look brand new. If you want experience in the industry & small town feel honesty, this is the company to use.

I have used AquaTec for many years. This year I went with the company used by our apartments but the work was just NOT the same. The tech was very unprofessional, he was constantly on his phone, and did not greet me when he arrived or left. I had called AquaTec and I was amazed by their services I could really tell the difference in the clean. I high recommend AquaTec to anyone who is in need of a professional who is well educated in the field.

I met this company through my next door neighbor. Ivan only had about 45 minutes due to their busy schedule. He was able to clean my Golden Retrievers resting area. Other carpet companies could not treat or remove the stain created by the the oils and tannins from her hair and mouth. He had a special chemical that he sprayed and let set for about 10 minutes to break done the cellular structure of the stain as he explained to me. Then he hit with the 180 degree steam and the stain was gone. Carpet look new again. I will use again and have referred several other friends to use them when the carpets need to be cleaned. They will not believe the difference it will make and look once he is done.

Ivan and Aquatec are amazing!My husband and I were budding, and very green landlords, when we managed to find the renter most of us fear. She essentially abandoned our property but not before doing significant damage. I remember how my heart sank when I walked into the home and saw the damage.The carpeting was fairly new but appeared to have been destroyed. The carpet was filthy, had red wax melted into it, stains we could not identify, and it smelled.
