Just got a truck for a few days, fast and cordial

Having rented here 3 times in the last 6 months they always have a vehicle ready they also confirm the day before if plans have changed. They also alter reservations by a day or to as my work schedule can change. Also a special thanks to Marshiqa she always seems to be the one who answers the phone or meets us to check out the rental. She is always pleasant courteous and professional. This is my go to for commercial rentals .

I went to rent a truck yesterday and the employee completely ignored me. It was as if I wasnt standing there at all. They had a tent set up for outside service and I walked up. There was another customer standing there and he told me the guy had just stepped away and theyd be here in a minute to help me. I said great! Thanks! The employee came back, helped the other customer, didnt even look at me, then walked off. He came back, finished his business with the other customer, still didnt even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there, then walked off again. I just stood there. He never came back. Perhaps the guy would have ignored me no matter what but I cant help but think it was because Im a woman. I guess women are for cooking, cleaning, and making babies, not for renting pick-up trucks. Perhaps Enterprise could join this century and teach their employees to not ignore women.
