I called and made a reservation with Penske for a 16 truck. Pick up was 6pm with a quoted price of $16.50/hr and 0.82c per mile rate. All well and good, arrive at the location and ready to pick up the vehicle when they pull a bait-and-switch trying to charge $135.Thats not double but almost 10x the quote. For an hour of use this was definitely not worth it, after failed attempts to contact Penske with a run around through their automated machine I gave up and just went with the Home Depot truck rental.Very unhappy customer here, not only due to the ridiculous price difference but also sitting in rush hour traffic when they couldnt deliver their product as promised.

They give the best services, when you need to rent a moving truck at affordable price. Thanks Penske!
