We arrived at the location. We reserved the truck but hadn’t paid for it yet. We walked over to what looked like the entrance to get help but the door was locked. So I called the woman ( Ms.Felix) that my father had previously spoken to to reserve the truck. Her tone was rude and the way she spoke to me was very unprofessional. She sounded frustrated and annoyed. She directed us back to the door that we had previously tried to open. It was unlocked and we went in. George unlocked it for us and helped us with our reservation. He was nice and professional. Thank you George for your patience and professionalism.

Ive been using Uhaul for years, this is the absolute best location by far. The customer service here exceeded my expectations.

This lady is so rude just said she was on vacation and got to cussing all kind of foul language..I suggest you to spend you money else where.
