The services were NOT provided at my place of business or home. They were provided/ are still being provided across the street of where I live (my neighbors house). I saw the ENTIRE process (I still am) and I am extremely impressed by the work. My neighbor has 2 very tall trees with branches that have been problematic to him during the storms and otherwise and boy is this company on top since early this morning. They trimmed, left the tree looking refreshed, and cleaned EVERYTHING like nothing ever happened. Now they are doing a final tree overview. Hats off to the guys doing the work SAFELY and according to me, the neighbor, professionally. I know who to call next time it is my turn.

Craig came out to work on our irrigation system that had been malfunctioning for a while. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, get the replacement parts installed and tested the system to make sure it worked properly. The whole process went smoothly and now our lawn is getting the right amount of water without me having to do it manually. I highly recommend Embark Services to anyone that wants quality work done.

I recently used Embark Tree & Landscaping for the second year in a row to prune 4 large trees. I was impressed with their service last year; and impressed again with their service this year. The team that does the work listened to what I wanted the trees to look like and completed the work very efficiently. We had a very large 30+ old oak tree that we had to have removed due to internal decay. This tree was extremely large and in very close proximity to two of my buildings. I have never seen such orchestrated, calculated work done by two men in my life. They did a beautiful job at removing this tree and not a roof one was touched. It was fascinating.

They removed a large silver birch tree that had died slowly over time starting with Ike and finishing with the drought. They did a fast and complete job. They took away all of the parts that they cut up and the space now looks great. I appreciated the professionalism of the point person and the effectiveness of the team that worked. No incidental damage was done to anything else that was there- a super big plus in a difficult position!! I would definitely use them again.

We have 6 big tall trees which may be taller than three stories high.3 of them are shared with a neighbor and are along the fence - actually the fence goes around them. There are also electrical and phones lines under them. It looks so difficult to prune those trees. In the past, we used yard people, some tree guys who knocked on the door, or we asked somebody who worked around our neighborhood. We were never satisfied. Then we found Embark Service Company through ISAs website (International Society of Arboriculture), and talked with Paul Newman. He was very knowledgeable about trees and explained the condition of the trees well. I enjoyed listening to his explanation as if I were taking a great college class about trees. When they came to our house for pruning they showed up with a nice truck and the all tree crew wore nice uniforms. Their job was very fast but very well done. Without any damage of our property they pruned very well and it looks great. Were very happy with the service and company.

Embark Tree and Landscape Services is the best around. When called to do an estimate for tree removal of a 30-year+ Ash tree in my backyard, they came out the very next day and did the estimate and that evening e-mailed the estimate to me. I was under a 2-week deadline to remove the tree due to sewer/water line repairs needed throughout my sudivision (North Glen). I e-mailed back the accepted estimate the next day and they put me on the schedule to remove it the next Wednesday (this was done in less than 4 days!). I came home last night to the tree gone from my backyard, the backyard looked like it had been vacuumed (all the shavings gone), and the cut up tree stacked neatly along the curb for pick up by Embark this morning and to completely grind down the remaining stump in the back yard, well under the 2-week deadline. This is one of the most professional and efficient companies I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them to everyone and hope other happy, satisfied customers are doing the same. SPREAD THE WORD!

Our H.O.A. recently reminded us that we were in desperate need of tree trimming throughout our property plus tree removal for a Bradford pear tree that didnt survive the drought. We contacted Embark Services and they did an outstanding job with our tree trimming and tree removal. Their team cut down and removed our dead tree in no time, and completely cleared out all the small branches and debris from the removal. They also trimmed several overgrown trees, and it completely transformed the look of our property. Our trees are now at a good height and our branches dont hit our house or droop over the sidewalk. Their crew was very friendly and extremely professional, and they took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure we were happy with the work. If you have tree removal or tree trimming that needs to be done, you need to call Embark Services.

It felt like a bit of a crapshoot looking for people to trim our trees - wed never had it done before so were completely dependent on online reviews. However, were so glad we went with Embark! Someone came out ahead of time to take a look at what we wanted; he asked questions (particularly about a tree in the back that had split a little) to make sure he knew what we wanted. We then were given a quote that was about in the middle of the range, and that was the price - no surprises or hidden extras. On the day of the trimming the guys were here right on time; they had their mulcher with them so even clean-up was quick. And after they were all done, our neighbour came out and complimented us on the nice job that had been done on the trees! Contrast this to other companies that either never responded to messages or emails, or quoted higher, or just generally didnt seem as responsive or knowledgeable. Im glad we went with Embark :)

I had hoped to engage your services but your customer service has been horrible. I do not appreciate the unresponsiveness of Steve Navarro nor being stood up for an appointment by Cody Brown. This kind of behavior shows I cant trust your team to take care of me and my properties. Your loss.
