Called for pricing and the guy was so rude. He was in a hurry and told me that I just needed to come in. Customer service is definitely not his strong point. Would not suggest renting from him. I wont be.

I got some wheel studs replaced. Mine snapped off when the lugnuts came loose. So far so good.

The owner is old school straight to the point owner but likes to talk. I know what I want when I come here. I have always had a good experience renting a trailer here. I do not know anything about trailers but everything has been perfect so far on all my experiences. I use the trailer for a client of mine that has a need for it from time to time. I have rented a trailer about 6 times. Most of the rentals have been in this past year 2020. My expectations of this businesses is a Mom and Pop Shop and do not expect them to be perfect but I do expect Discount Trailers to give me their best service and that is what I have got.I see many landscapers business here, when I come to rent my trailer.Thank you for a nice selection and quick service.

Great family business, my brother and i have been coming here for as long as i can remember. They have competitive prices, and are very knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions. Whenever i drop my trailer off for repairs the turn around is real quick and they never try to sell me any unnecessary services.

At first went in the office nobody was there,then went to their shop looking for someone,older hispanic guy with very rude attitude told me that he was busy at the moment and told me to wait,i was waiting there for like 20 minutes and no one came to help me.i was looking on buying a 16 utility trailer

Had two extra support angle iron placed on drop gate on my 10 single axle trailer. If you are looking for precision installation and alignment to adjacent support members you may want to consider another vendor. Off by 1/2 inch from top top bottom. I can see the misalignment visually. Staff and owner are friendly enough. Maybe I expect tom much for a $130 dollars? I am a stickler for alignment.

Not happy with paying 74.00 on a 40.00 dollar trailer hub.. OverpricedYour reply 👎 will not recommend.. I have 4 trailers .. Never will buy there again.. First impression..👎 customer service.. Work on your PR skills
