Fast, understanding and easy to deal with.

I was in an accident an I was told my car would be taken off to the side (I have a tow I use) after getting into the ambulance the driver left with the car(can a person be checked by medics before asking about Very important information anyways?) . I then tried getting the car first getting my stuff obviously there was a communication barrier between me an whoever was handling the papers because he just didn’t understand anything I was trying to ask or confirm just telling me sign papers. I had someone set up to come that day an pick up the vehicle called an received no word then or the next day I called a day later an a woman told me a manger would talk to me but was on the floor at the moment, a day an Fourth of July went by with no word I called today questioning the communication delay in which then the SAME guy that handled the papers denied everything then explained that I had to pay for every day they didn’t contact me when I had it set up 4days ago to be picked up (any of those days) I then was put on hold for 11 mins hung up called again immediately back to hold which seems alright but I then called with another phone an they answered right away once realizing it was me again they got quiet an then put me on hold for a few seconds THEN coming back with a whole different attitude like ha we got you. They are unbelievable unprofessional an it seems like they just want to claim the vehicle

This place is awful do not take your car here. They give bad service and rip people off charging them more so they can get all the money from the insurance on top of it they charge 1k to get your car out because of paper work...
