Arrow Towing is a great professional company that was able to successfully tow my car out of ditch. The owner answered the phone after me calling over 5 tow company’s for assistance. He was kind and the driver who towed my car out was professional and provided quick services. They made sure I was safe and the driver actually took his time with my vehicle and didn’t cause any more damages. I highly recommend this company for all towing and roadside assistance services.

Bob was great!!!! I had an emergency situation and needed to have my car towed in order to have it repaired so I could get it back the same day to allow me to get to work the next day. He gave me a 20 minute ETA...but actually arrived in 10 minutes. This allowed me to get the repairs done in time. He even offered to give me a ride home. The customer service was great and service was timely along with a good price. I will definitely use Arrow Towing for any towing needs in the future.

DO NOT use arrow towing. first of all he tried to bribe me into a good review so, take these good reviews with a grain of salt. reason why im very upset is because when i got my truck towed my truck bed flew off! all i wanted was it replaced however i waited patiently as we communicated for two weeks but he gave me the run around. he did not accept responsibility for the damages. stay away from this company.

This guy went way beyond the call of duty for me. I had 2 busted tires AND a busted rim. He showed up so quick and got me over to a tired shop that was open a 7am. We discovered that the tire shop didnt have a matching rim he didnt just leave me there. He actually drove me to 4 different tire shops to help me find a rim. While I was on the phone searching he was on the phone searching as well. He spent 3 hours of his time and gas with me, lost out on other potential business and I could not thank him enough. He says he takes care of his customers because its the right thing to do. I am so blessed that I called them!!

Arrow Towing Service was the fourth company I called when I needed a tow for my fiancés car this morning, and the only one that answered. The driver was there in 20-30 minutes, and was incredibly helpful when we got his car back to the apartments.

My battery had died ...super bowl sundays of all days . I really needed a jump ...and we all know ...asking for fellow citizens help getting a jump ...is out of the question .My regular road side assistance must have been watching the game ...so I was stranded. Made a call to Arrow ..just to get s quote . Luckily Jimmy answered .I was pleased that it was the same price as my regular road side assistance . He showed up quickly ...gave my car a quick jump and was even understsnding ...and took his time to follow me to the ATM. He then offered that I follow him to oreilys ....and he even replaced my battery for me and everything . Jimmy was awesome .He went above and beyond .. Thanks Arrow .

At one oclock in the night, I ran into something on the highway while driving. Thanks to this man, it took me an hour and a half to pick up my car and people. The attitude is very good, the service is very good, and I have been in constant communication with the car rental company and the roadside assistance company, let me go back to the hotel to rest, and then deal with the car. It is worth five stars.Thanks very much for Robert to pick me up in Weimar. He drives like one hour and half (More than eighty miles, one way) to take care of me back to hotel. And thanks for helping me on communication with car rental company to resolve all the car issues. Very good service and nice person.
