Ahmad, Service Technician replaced my dead battery. He is a very nice and efficient young man and was extremely pleasant to work with. He replaced my car battery and checked my tires and was done in less than 1/2 hour. One very happy customer. Thank you.

AAA called me a tow in the middle of the afternoon. They said they would be here in a few minutes. I told them where I wanted to go, and they said they were on their way. That was a lie. They said AAA rerouted my tow because it was going to take so long. That was a lie. They canceled the tow and not Aaa. This left me stranded for many hours. When I called AAA back they said they had to dispatch someone else. If you dont want to tow people then tell them so they dont wait on the side of the freeway in danger, and they can call someone else. If you decide you dont want the job be up front. Dont leave people stranded... Literally. Never use this service. I hope AAA stops your contract.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have had To use AAA for a few things over the years and every single time they use armada towing, something bad happens. Whether it’s them just refusing to take the job and even show up, being unable to hook up the car and just leaving anyway, driving aggressively when the car is hooked up, and lots more. If you value your time, money, or vehicle at all then DO NOT use this towing company. They’re nothing but lazy scammers that don’t want to do their job.

Emilio was my technician after I called aaa. He was awesome, super professional, and installed my battery for less than what it would have taken me to buy when it at AutoZone. Would definitely recommend them time and time again. EDIT: He also came 35 minutes earlier than AAA estimated.

I called AAA and they dispatched Armada Towing to come on site. The truck that came was truck #218 and the driver was Jaime Padilla.Jaime was very professional with taking care of my car. In times like these he picked it up and took it to the dealership for me.He treated my car as if it was his own. He took care of made sure the car would not get any damage. He arrived on time and was very professional. I would highly recommend Jaime and would like to deal with in future for all the towing needs.He is honest,responsible, punctual and professional these important qualities that lack in people these days.Keep up the good work Jaime (Y)

AAA sent us a tow truck from Armada, and we were fortunate enough to have a fantastic experience thanks to the driver, Geraldo. He was extremely courteous and friendly, and took great care in the handling of our vehicle. Excellent customer service all around!!

I had a snapped tie rod in my driveway, and yes, the wrecker took much longer than the 45 minutes to get here, but the driver was extremely helpful. I worked with him for maybe 30 minutes trying to get a car that had minimal steering capabilities on to the bed of the truck, and we got it done just fine, no more damage incurred!

Called AAA to tow my service cargo van and Armada came withing 15 mins with a flatbed. Very courteous and experienced driver. This towing company is the best

Excellent service! Weve called Armada Towing twice and have received prompt, professional and superb service! Arrival time, I think both times have been within 30 minutes. Not bad for living in Houston. The driver was able to tell us exactly what was wrong with the car and helped us...didnt try to rip us off either. I am so pleased with this service, I cant tell you enough. You just cant go wrong with this company, give them a call next time youre stranded.

All I did was call and the customer service spoke volumes. The girl answered and I couldn’t understand wha take said and she didn’t announce where I called l.. had to ask the name. Then o stated the purpose of my call and she said “ what?” mockingly. Then she placed me on a long hold... no thanks!

Ive had Gilbert help me out twice. The response time is far faster than anyone Ive worked with. Ive had AAA for 16 years now and Gilbert has been very professional, quick, and the most courteous person.Just be nice to the folks and be understanding when finding solutions to tow your vehicle.

Have had to call AAA twice in the past week for tire repair/replacements/flats. Both times, Armada Towing was sent out to assist, and each time they were prompt and courteous! I received regular updates about their arrival, and in one case, they arrived sooner than expected. Great service!

Armada has come to my help many times through AAA. Locked my keys in my car multiple times (A LOT), had a flat tire or two, etc. Guys have always been very friendly, helpful and understanding. Rush hour times I did have to wait a bit, but Ive also waited as little as 15 minutes which was amazing (Houston is big, they are one company, there are a lot of people needing help... waiting is normal! If youre a business owner you understand you cant hire 1000 employees just in case you get busy 4 hours out of the week!).

AAA called in a request on my behalf and my first technician was Aaron, he was very professional and nice and not at all bothered by my questions or the fact that I fell asleep in his truck during my tow service (LOL). Completely a stand up guy!!My second technician was Randall; very prompt on the service call and totally professional and handled my vehicle with great care. I am very pleased with the superior service I received from this company and both of the men who assisted me with my separate service calls. Kudos Armada Towing!!!

Saw one of their vehicles driving out of control, swerving lanes, riding up on others’ bumpers, etc. with a sedan up oj the flat bed. Took license plate (t8069j) and called to inform them, as that is what I would want if it were my small business. What I received in turn was a terrible attitude from the person that answered the phone. When I asked why information they would like, I was told “You’re the one who called. Tell me what you want.” So much for trying to help them out and do the right thing. I guess I’ll have to settle for calling law enforcement instead. Buyer beware.

This company allows their employees to store flatbed rigs in our residential neighborhood, specifically rig #207 .It is always parked on Wolf Hollow Dr in Northglen subdivision, which is a no commercial vehicle parking neighborhood. The street it is always parked on is a major thoroughfare connecting two area of the neighborhood, and it is impossible to safely pass because the rig impairs visibility! Have contacted the company for assistance, but have not yet heard anything... Will resort to calling police daily if no action is taken!!! Safety hazard!!!

Normally they do a good job for me. But the last time they used my Jack to change a flat and did not put the Jack back where they found it. They just left it in the bed of my truck.

Never showed up! Tyron Jackson should be fired! Called and told me he would be here in 10 minutes, never showed up. When calling him back, Tyron wouldnt answer, and then turned off phone leaving me stranded!! Armada Towing, you should have ZERO trust in this employee. He is a thief! Anyone who steels me of the truth is a thief and should be treated as one.

Adam (w/the locksmith truck) from Armada towing was amazing, I could not thank him enough. I called AAA at 10:56, he was here within 15 minutes and was done changing my tire by 11:30. He was very professional and Im eternally grateful for his kindness and help. THANK YOU AAA, ARMADA TOWING AND ADAM!!

My car stalled in the middle of traffic. I called AAA and Kevin from Armada responded in a timely manner. He called me when he got the assignment, verified my location and gave me an ETA. He called again when he arrived, within the ETA. Not only was he prompt, courteous and professional, he even provided me with a cold drink. He handled my car expertly and delivered my car and me safely to my destination. And all with a smile and handshake. I couldnt recommend them highly enough.

45 minute wait turned into over an hour, almost 2 hrs... and I’m still here waiting. I called their line to get a status update on the tow truck, they replied saying the tow truck was 5 minutes away, it’s been 30 minutes and he still hasn’t arrived. I tried to call again for an update, they have a full inbox for their voicemail and they never picked up again after that. What a waste. AND IM STILL HERE WAITING WHILE I WRITE THIS REVIEW...

From day one being made move my car away from all other employees car for no apparent reason I wondered how this would go... After being ostracized the entire time being made work without proper equipment and having my performance criticized I decided to leave

I CANT EVEN GIVE THEM PART OF A STAR TO BE HONEST. MY SONS CAR BROKE DOWN IN A QUESTIONABLE NEIGHBORHOOD. CALLED THESE FOLKS FOR A TOW. INITIALLY TOLD ABOUT 2HR WAIT. WAITED 2HRS, THEN CALLED FOR AN ETA, WAS TOLD ANOTHER 45MINS. WAITED ANOTHER HOUR AND CALLED BACK. WAS TOLD THAT THE TRIPLE A FOLKS TOOK A PRIORITY AND THEY COULDNT GIVE ME AN ETA. THEYD CALL ME WHEN A TRUCK WAS ON ITS WAY. i LEFT THE CAR THERE OVERNIGHT. NO CALL EVER CAME! I WENT TO U-HAUL, RENTED A CAR DOLLY AND TOWED THE CAR HOME MYSELF FOR LESS THAN $50.00. THESE FOLKS ARE A JOKE!!

First of all they rate 0 i called in aaa request due my car would not start they sent out this company the mechanic did not connect jumper cable to the right spot to jump car he broke the top housing on my 2010 equinox, so now the computer housing for my car is not secure then, he had the nerve to tell me that my battery was completely dead and i need to buy a new one from him for 169.00, really liar, so i told him i would do it myself i got my own jumper cable out jumped my car with my lincoln took it to pep boys where i had purchased the battery they put i on their meter and told me my battery was 100% good. Dont use this company they are a rip off !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I contacted Triple A AAA for locksmith services and Arkon with Armada Towing was routed to my residence. I spent almost 8 hours looking for my Car keys inside of the house and within 5 minutes of arrival my vehicle was unlocked thanks to Arkon. He was very professional, courteous, and fast!!! I am glad both companies provide reliable and rapid service!!!

They strung me along all day, promising that theyd be here at a set time, then no show. Every time I called, they gave a new time they would definitely arrive. Finally, after 6+ hours they informed me they wouldnt make it. Horrible service. I would never recommend them to anyone else

Rude. Rude. Rude. Expect to wait 2 hours if you are 10 minutes away from their office. I cant imagine how much longer you have to wait if you are further from them. They kept promising they would get here and kept calling saying the driver is 3 miles away and will be there in 30 minutes. Does the tow truck need a tow too!? The driver was so rude that I turned him away. I rather wait another 2 hours for another piece of crap tow company. Garbage!

This was the worst towing experience of my life. First of all, I used this service bc of my AAA account. I gave the AAA rep the address of my location, but there was no way to provide my exact spot in the parking lot. When the driver arrived, he was on the opposite side of the parking lot so I used landmarks to help him find me. Locations large enough to identify like payless shoes and hobby lobby. Instead of listening or trying to find me, the driver was extremely rude, impatient and tried to have me walk to the other side of the parking lot to find him. As if being stranded isnt stressful enough; I dont need to be treated like a bother

The worst tow company ever. I went through them because of triple a and I let them know my keys were stolen so I needed to get my vehicle from my home to a dealership to get another set of keys made which only requires them plugging it up to a computer. So, 1 truck comes out and they try to hook my car up and struggles with it says he has the wrong truck he calls another truck well what do you know the same type of truck comes out and struggles says he cant get he has the wrong truck so, he calls another guy out and finally heisable to get it. So after my husband is driving off the dealership he smells gas. He looks under the car and sees the gas hose is ripped. So we call triple and say we have to call armada towing because they are responsible. So we call speak with a supervisor. And he tells us to take it to the mechanic to get an estimate well he receives the estimate and now he says we need a second estimate after the mechanic has pulled out the bottom because turns out the clamps ripped my frame and my hose and they ripped into my gas tank. Now, they are being extremely difficult in fixing my vehicle after they have all ready acknowledged they messed my vehicle up. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any business. I will be cancelling triple a since apparently they dont check the vendors our to well. As well as filing a cimplaint with the state.

The worst towing company in Houston, all there diviner’s are scam, they gonna tell you to cancel your call and give them cash instead when it’s over 7 miles .

Havent used their services but after being victim of road rage from one of their drivers I will NOT even think about use them. Tailgating, passing on the shoulder, cutting cars off, a number of other drivers had to veer off the road to avoid being hit by this guy. Not even a school bus was safe from this menace. NOTE: THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT OR STALLED CAR ON THE ROAD THAT WOULD NEED TO BE SERVICED BY THIS GUY. This was just pure reckless driving. Happened on September 16th at about 7:15am, on Hardy Toll Southbound and on 610 North Loop westbound. I had to take my phone and show the guy I was filming him so he stopped doing what he was doing. Could not take plate numbers but it has the number 220 displayed in the hood.

The WORST driver! I was on Westheimer last week and this tow truck guy in the left turn lane tries to pull out in front of me. I honk at him and HE throws me the bird! I will NEVER recommend this company and will tell EVERYONE not to use this tow service.

Called AAA for a battery and they sent a guy from Armada who proceeded to damage my car. Complained and got nowhere. These guys are scumbags.

Tow truck driver was on time And courteous I left my wallet in his truck Didnt even realize it until I got a phone call from our Armada telling me that I had left it went and picked it up and And everything was still in it
